Abstract

Perpustakaan sekolah di SDN XYZ memiliki peran penting sebagai sumber belajar untuk guru dan siswa, namun pengelolaannya yang masih manual menyebabkan proses pencatatan dan pencarian data menjadi rentan terhadap kesalahan. Seiring dengan pergeseran minat siswa ke sumber informasi digital, diperlukan inovasi untuk meningkatkan layanan perpustakaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web. guna mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk mendigitalisasi pengelolaan data buku dan anggota, memfasilitasi proses manajemen perpustakaan agar lebih efisien bagi staf, dan menyediakan katalog buku yang terorganisir serta mudah diakses. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall yang terstruktur, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi perpustakaan fungsional yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Sistem ini berhasil menyederhanakan proses Administrasi, mulai dari pengelolaan data buku dan anggota hingga transaksi peminjaman dan pengembalian, serta memudahkan siswa dan guru dalam mencari informasi buku secara mandiri.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a web-based library information system to make it easier for librarians to manage data and for library users to find book collections. Previously, the library still used separate Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for all administration. This non- integrated system leads to inefficient services, such as slow information retrieval, the risk of data errors, and difficulty for library users in finding book availability. To solve this problem, the author used the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to build a web-based application with PHP and MySQL. The result is an integrated library website that makes administrative management more efficient and accurate.

Abstract

SMP N 1 Kubung has a library room where the current book lending system is still manual, so the process of registering, borrowing and returning books is still done in writing in a ledger and data processing will take a long time, less secure so that it will hamper the process of data processing and providing information to students. Therefore, a system is needed that can help library managers. The system is built on a website with the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​and is useful for overcoming the difficulties of library managers in managing the available book collections. In developing the library information system at SMP N 1 KUBUNG, the SDLC method is used, this application is created using PHPMyAdmin for the database and the Visual Studio Code application as a tool for creating the information system. This website helps the recording process by automating borrowing, returning, and helping speed up the process of making the report.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan  berbasis web menjadi suatu kebutuhan penting dalam mengoptimalkan manajemen perpustakaan di lingkungan pendidikan. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pengembangan Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Web untuk Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas manajemen perpustakaan di madrasah. Melalui implementasi teknologi informasi, diharapkan perpustakaan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada pengguna serta memudahkan proses manajemen koleksi buku. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak berbasis web digunakan dalam penelitian ini, melibatkan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, uji coba dan evaluasi. Partisipasi staf perpustkaan dan pengguna potensial menjadi bagian integral dalam pengembangan sistem ini. Hasil implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efsiensi operasional perpustakaan, memudahkan pencarian informasi, dan memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada pengguna untuk memastikan kehandalan dan kepuasan pengguna

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that occurred at the end of 2019 has accelerated the application and use of technology in universities. Various academic activities, such as learning, final project work, and UTS and UAS, were completed online. But unfortunately, supporting facilities such as digital libraries are needed as a source of reference and information that can store various material needs such as ebooks and modules that can be used for the learning process and can be accessed anywhere and anytime. This is the basis for designing the Digital Library Information System to make it easier for lecturers and students to find the books and modules they need. This library information system is web-based and made with HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, and MySQL programming languages. The method used in the development of this digital library information system is the waterfall method with the UML (Unified Modeling Language) software approach. With the Informatics Digital Library, it is hoped that it can help students and lecturers find various references and information for the learning process.

Abstract

Pelawad is one of the villages that already has a library called "Perpustakaan Desa Pelawad Pintar," but it has not been well managed. With the advancement of digital technology, it encourages people to work more effectively and efficiently. Pelawad Village Library still relies on manual methods to manage its data. This issue affects the effectiveness of library data management, including book data, borrowing records, return records, visitor or member data, and generating reports. By utilizing a web-based information system, the management of book data, member data, and library borrowing transactions can be more effective and efficient. This research aims to design a web-based information system using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The system development method employed is Extreme Programming (XP), black box testing dan user acceptance testing method is used for testing. The information system includes statistics with graphical information, the most read book titles, book categories that are frequently read, and members who borrow books the most. The test results user acceptance testing obtained a good score with a total score of 77.6%, a design category score of 78.6%, an efficient category score of 76% and a function category score of 76%.

Abstract

Currently the 101935 Batang Terap publick elementary school library, especially for book borrowers, still uses a system that is still very manual, resulting in errors in the circulation of loan books because the data is not well documented. Therefore, we need a database system application that can manage and process library transaction data in an efficient manner precise and efficient. So the authors are interested and willing to research and create this techno project with the topic entitled Web-Based Library Information System at the 101935 Batang Terap Elementary School. make it easier for librarians to process borrowing and returning data and make it easier to input data, process and process data with an application to produce fast and accurate information. The library information system at the 101935 Batang Terap public elementary school was built using the Sublime text and Xampp applications.  The library information system at the 101935 Batang Terap public elementary school was created to be able to provide convenience in the process of borrowing and returning books. With the existence of a library information system at the 101935 Batansg Terap public elementary school, it can assist schools in analyzing and obtaining input material in making decisions.  easy to make a report to the head of the librarian.

Abstract

A computer is a device or machine that works regularly and can handle unwanted things and also functions as a device for processing data. The design and creation of a library information system at Cenderamata Private Middle School is an element that can influence operational tasks at the school. Information that is not fast, inaccurate and inefficient can be resolved by using this system. So that information systems are needed in libraries to support knowledge, insight and information for students and for teachers in schools in supporting the teaching and learning process in schools. In preparing this final project, the author aims to make it easier to borrow books through this computer system so that activities can run smoothly without obstacles due to lack of accuracy. With the system that the author made, problems can be overcome even though they have not reached the expected level of perfection.

Abstract

Information systems are needed in libraries to support the knowledge, understanding and information of students and teachers in schools to support teaching and learning processes in schools. This information is data that is processed in a form that is more useful and meaningful to the people who receive it. One of the things that can affect the school's operational mission is the design and creation of a web information system for the GKPI Padang Bulan Medan Private School Library. Information that is not timely, inaccurate and inefficient can be overcome by implementing this system, the library is very important to assist the implementation of data management and transactions that occur in the library. The library is an organizational entity that functions as a container for collecting, storing, managing, and managing in a structured manner various kinds of library materials. These materials are designed to be accessible and utilized by users as sources of information, references, or information research materials as well as learning and playing tools. Abstract

The map archiving system in the Jambi Province DPAD is currently facing quite serious challenges because it still relies on manual recording methods. This reliance on manual recording has caused the process of searching for map archive data to be slow and inefficient. Employees have to spend quite a long time searching for and managing the necessary information, resulting in disruptions in productivity and a high potential for data errors. To address this issue, we designed a solution that we believe can provide significant improvements in the management of map archive data. This project is in the form of designing a Website-Based Map Archive Data Information System which will replace the existing manual method. By using web-based technology, this system is specifically designed to increase efficiency and accuracy in managing map archives. It is hoped that with the implementation of this system, the data search and management process will become faster, easier and more structured, thereby helping to increase productivity and reduce the risk of errors in information management.
