AbstractIndonesian Center for Agricultural Library and Technology Dissemination (ICALTD), as an institution library, has a function in providing information for supporting research and development in agriculture. Information technology has been used for supporting many library services at ICALTD. However, the implementation has not referred to a comprehensive and integrated strategic planning. A good strategic planning of information technology has an impact to the successful of utilizing information technology in the library. Therefore, this research aims to develop a strategic plan of IT-based library services at ICALTD based on the IT-IL V3 framework. The strategic assessment was conducted to analyze the external and internal factors through user surveys and interviews. The respondents were selected based on the organizational structure using SWOT analysis. Moreover, the survey results were analyzed using importance performance analysis (IPA) and user satisfaction index methods. In this research, several objectiveswas determined based on the importance and performance matrix diagram and the internal analysis results. In addition, this research recommended some improvements such as: 1) developing online catalog; 2) improving the library website; 3) developing library collections; 4) conducting user training for improving electronic services and 5) increasing access to internet. AbstractThe existance of information technology currently to higher education institution had become a necessity to support education processes. Manajemen Information Academic System (SIMAK) IPB is an aplication (software) that organize the whole academic activity processes namely compiling lectures’ schedules, re-registration through online KRS completion and academical data reports. The purpose of this study is to analyze the obstacles, analyzing the quality level of SIMAK IPB and to formulate recomendation of policy strategy to SIMAK IPB service improvement. Based on the result of SERVQUAL Gap analysis discover that performance degree of the services provide by Bogor Agricultural University was bigger than importance degree perceived by users of academic system in Bogor Agricultural University due to the SERVQUAL score valued >-0, which means the services provide by Bogor Agricultural University have already fulfill users’ expectation. The IPA resulted that in quadran A of Cartesian Diagram, based on students’ perception, there were 7 attributes which will become the main priority to be improved. Meanwhile, based on academic staffs’ perception indicated that there were 6 attributes that become the main priorityto be improved. The conclusion of this study users’ satisfaction degree to SIMAK IPB obtained from questionnaire deployment to students: average value of importance degree scored 3.34 (agree) and average value of performance degree scored 3.91 (satisfy). Meanwhile, the result obtained from questionnaire deployment among academic staff, average value of importance degree scored 3.33 (agree) and average value of performance degree scored 3.92 (satisfy) Keyword: academic information system, information system quality analysis, university system information, SIMAK

AbstrakMobilitas sivitas akademik meliputi dosen dan mahasiswa serta reputasi ilmiah merupakan informasi strategis yang dibutuhkan dalam pelaporan kinerja perguruan tinggi. Menampilkan informasi tersebut dalam sebuahhalaman web dalam bentuk grafik akan memudahkan para eksekutif dalam menyusun rumusan strategi. Sistem informasi eksekutif dapat menjawab kebutuhan tersebut karena sistem informasi eksekutif sebagai bagian dari sistem pendukung manajemen menekankan informasi yang strategis yang dibentuk bagi eksekutif.Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi eksekutif berbasis web bernama SIMORI yang dapat diakses di halaman http://simori.ipb.ac.id dengan berbagai perangkat karena menerapkan responsive web design. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan Executive Information System Life Cycle (EISLC). Dari informasi yang ditampilkan menunjukkan rumusan strategis untuk mendukung perguruan tinggi menuju kelas dunia. The abundant of information on the internet has become a competitor for libraries as information service providers. Therefore to survive and thrive, the libraries must change and adopt to a rapidly evolving external environment. Understanding user information seeking behaviour is very useful for redesigning various services that suit to user needs. The objectives of this study were: 1). To analyze the characteristics of digital natives and digital immigrants of IPB University students related to their information seeking behaviour; 2). To develop a model of information seeking behaviour of both digital natives and digital immigrants of IPB University students based on structural equation modeling. The study was mainly quantitative and questionnaire was designed to study students’ information-seeking behaviour. The findings showed that the dominant behaviours and preferences of digital natives in their information seeking behaviour were influenced by environmental variables, especially the availability of information. For the information seeking behaviour variables of students, the dominant indicator were asking for printed and digital information to the lecturer. While for immigrant digital students their information seeking behaviour were dominantly influenced by environmental variables, especially the availability of information. The indicators for information seeking behaviour of digital immigrant student were dominated by asking printed information to friends, and requesting digital information to the lecturer. The success of getting information is dominant in the speed-of-getting-information indicator, both for digital natives and digital immigrant students.

XYZ Hospital requires information technology to carry out all activities as supporting health services. Information technology service audit is needed to determine the extent of information technology services at the XYZ Hospital. This study uses the COBIT 5 framework to determine the extent of information technology capability levels at the XYZ Hospital. Data from this study were obtained based on the results of interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The results show that the capability level of the findings in the company is 2.7 which means it is at level 3 (Established). Thus, the applied process conditions already have a standard and are able to achieve the results of the processes implemented. The results of the capability level of the whole process have not reached the desired level. This difference occurs because several processes in the IT field have not been carried out maximally, there is no scheduling, review, and report on the results of problem solving.

The development of the digital world in Indonesia is currently growing rapidly. The rapid development of the digital world is accompanied by developments in Information Technology. One of the efforts that has been made by BAZNAS ProvSu in assisting the management of zakat is by applying information technology through the application of the BAZNAS information management system (SIMBA). However, there are several obstacles in optimizing the application of SIMBA in zakat management, such as the limited ICT skills possessed by zakat managers and the internet network which is sometimes less supportive. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to optimize the application of technology through the application of the BAZNAS Information Management System (SIMBA) in the management of zakat at BAZNAS ProvSu and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the application of technology through the application of the BAZNAS Information Management System (SIMBA) in the management of zakat at BAZNAS ProvSu. The research objectives in this study were to determine the optimization of the application of technology through the application of the BAZNAS Information Management System (SIMBA) in the management of zakat at BAZNAS ProvSu and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for the application of technology through the application of the BAZNAS Information Management System (SIMBA) in the management of zakat at BAZNAS ProvSu. . The research method in this research is to use a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques by collecting and reviewing all data, data reduction, compiling data and checking the validity of the data. The results showed that the implementation of the SIMBA application at BAZNAS ProvSu in zakat management had not yet run optimally. Supporting factors in optimizing the application of the samba application in zakat management at BAZNAS ProvSu such as the quality of HR in the IT field, internet networks and laptops and computers. In addition, the inhibiting factors come from internal and external parties.

ABSTRACT The Indonesian Center for Agricultural Technology Assessment and Development (BBP2TP) is a Research, study and development center for agricultural technology that houses 31 Agricultural Technology Assessment Centers (BPTP) in regions that produce location-specific agricultural technology. BBP2TP is a means to convey information about agricultural products from farmers, researchers and extension workers to the public by using electronic media in the form of news, articles, powerpoint slides and printed media in the form of brochures and books in terms of providing information and documentation. Based on this, several multimedia products were made such as posters, video tutorials, and video documentation of activities.The method used in making this multimedia product was made according to what was done during the Field Work Practices (PKL) at BBP2TP both when working on posters, video tutorials and video documentation of activities. There are four stages: observation, data collection, editing, and testing. ABSTRAK Balai Besar Pengkajian dan Pengembangan Teknologi Pertanian (BBP2TP) adalah Balai penelitian, pengkajian dan pengembangan teknologi pertanian yang menaungi 31 Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian (BPTP) di daerah yang menghasilkan teknologi pertanian spesifik lokasi. BBP2TP menjadi sarana untuk menyampaikan informasi tentang produk pertanian dari petani, peneliti dan penyuluh kepada masyarakat dengan menggunakan media elektronik berupa berita, artikel, slide powerpoint dan media cetak berupa brosur dan buku dalam hal pemberian informasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka dibuatlah beberapa produk multimedia seperti poster, video tutorial, dan video dokumentasi kegiatan.Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan produk multimedia ini dibuat sesuai dengan apa yang dilakukan saat Praktik Kerja Lapang (PKL) di BBP2TP baik saat mengerjakan poster, video tutorial maupun video dokumentasi kegiatan. Terdapat empat tahapan yaitu observasi, pengumpulan data, proses penyuntingan, dan pengujian.

ABSTRACT This final assignment was created with the aim of making multimedia content in the form of motion graphics. The content is expected to be an alternative content for Taman Impian Jaya Ancol which is published to its visitors, especially for increasing their brand value. The Production of Motion Graphics as an Information Media for Visitors at PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol were using my own development method. The results of this final assignment were in the form of six video products in the form of motion graphics and two of them as information media for Taman Impian Jaya Ancol’s visitors. ABSTRAK Tugas Akhir dibuat dengan tujuan membuat konten multimedia dengan bentuk motion graphic. Konten ini diharapkan menjadi konten alternatif bagi pihak Taman Impian Jaya Ancol yang akan dipublikasikan kepada pengunjung. Di sisi lain pembuatan konten juga dapat meningkatkan brand value Taman Impian Jaya Ancol PT kepada audience. Pembuatan motion graphic sebagai media informasi bagi pengunjung di PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sendiri. Hasil dari kegiatan PKL berupa enam produk video berbentuk motion graphic dan dua diantaranya sebagai media informasi bagi pengunjung Taman Impian Jaya Ancol.

ABSTRACT Center for Technology Service (Pusyantek) in Agency for The Assesment and Application of Technology (BPPT) has two kinds of employee, there are civil and non-civil servants. The civil servants already have the official website for attendance system, but the non-civil servants don’t have the official website. The presence process for employee has engaged by the fingerprint machine, but still need help from Microsoft Excel. Administrator creates a recapitulation constantly for a period. This process can cause an inacurate data, inefficient time management, and others. Employees also hard to check the presence’s datas and complete the absences. With such problems, administrator needs attendance system that can help administrator and non-civil servants. The system was built by incremental method because the client already know requirements that the system necessary. Incremental method consist of five steps, those are communication, planning, modelling, construction, and deployment. System building involved two users, admin and employee. The system building engage by two iteration, which is first increment with 22 functions and second increment with 28 functions. System building successfully implemented attendance data management feature, attendance feature, filling permit’s data feature, and filling leave’s data feature. ABSTRAK Badan Pengkajian dan Penerapan Teknologi (BPPT) khususnya di Pusat Pelayanan Teknologi (Pusyantek) memiliki tenaga kerja yang terdiri atas pegawai PNS dan non-PNS. Pegawai PNS sudah memiliki web resmi untuk sistem kehadiran, namun pegawai non-PNS belum memiliki. Proses kehadiran sudah dilakukan dengan mesin fingerprint, namun pengolahannya masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan bantuan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Pengolah melakukan pengolahan untuk menghasilkan rekap secara berkala per periodenya. Hal tersebut bisa menyebabkan data yang tidak akurat, pemanfaatan waktu yang tidak efisien, dan lain-lain. Pegawai pun sulit untuk melihat data kehadiran dan melengkapi data ketidakhadiran. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, pengolah mengharapkan adanya sistem kehadiran berbasis web yang memudahkan pengolah dan pegawai non-PNS Pusyantek. Sistem dibuat dengan menerapkan alur kerja yang terstruktur dari metode pengembangan incremental. Metode tersebut digunakan karena klien sudah mengetahui kebutuhan apa saja yang diperlukan. Metode incremental terdiri atas lima tahapan, yaitu komunikasi, perencanaan, pemodelan, pembuatan, serta penyebaran dan umpan balik. Pembuatan sistem melibatkan dua user, yaitu admin dan pegawai. Pembuatan sistem menghasilkan dua kali iterasi yaitu increment pertama dengan 22 fungsi dan increment kedua dengan 28 fungsi. Pembuatan sistem berhasil mengimplementasikan fitur pengelolaan data kehadiran, fitur kehadiran, fitur kelengkapan data pengajuan izin, dan fitur kelengkapan data pengajuan cuti.

ABSTRACTPT Sagara Asia Technology or better known as Sagara Technology is a company engaged in technology consulting and digital products. Sagara Technology manufactures and provides premium software development, training and talent products. The work done at Sagara Technology focuses on developing website technology and mobile applications. Investment is an option for many groups of people to invest in a company because investment promises long-term benefits. Therefore, PT Lunaria Annua Teknologi decided to create a Bond Coin application to reach all groups of people who want to invest and can take advantage of investment returns according to their wishes.The methodology used during the creation of this application is Scrum. Scrum is used as a framework because this methodology is suitable for small teams, clear application specifications and Scrum allows iteration and incremental of a product requirement that will be found during product development. Bond coins make it easier for investors to conduct checks on Government Securities purchased, including transparency, security and efficiency in transactions.
