Abstract

This research aims to implement an Android-based badminton court booking application using Flutter at UMKM GOR Tambora Jakarta Barat. The existing booking process was conducted manually through communication between customers and administrators, creating limitations in schedule information, booking records, transaction management, and the risk of schedule conflicts. The research applies observation, interviews, and literature study to identify business processes and system requirements. Software development uses the Waterfall model, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application is developed with Flutter and Dart and is supported by a database for storing user, administrator, court, schedule, booking, and transaction data. The system provides registration and login, court information, real-time schedule viewing, booking, payment and proof-of-payment upload, booking history, profile management, and administrator functions for managing users, courts, schedules, bookings, transactions, and reports. Black Box Testing is used to evaluate functional behavior. The documented test cases produced valid results for the tested functions, and the thesis reports that the system was considered valid and ready for use. Implementation also produced positive operational impacts, including faster reservations, easier access to schedule information, more organized data management, and better documentation of payment processes.
