Jurnal Teknologi dan Sistem Komputer (JTSiskom, e-ISSN: 2338-0403) adalah terbitan berkala online nasional yang diterbitkan oleh Departemen Teknik Sistem Komputer, Universitas Diponegoro, Indonesia. JTSiskom menyediakan media untuk mendiseminasikan hasil-hasil penelitian, pengembangan dan penerapannya di bidang teknologi dan sistem komputer, meliputi sistem embedded, robotika, rekayasa perangkat lunak dan jaringan komputer. Lihat fokus dan ruang lingkup JTSiskom. JTSiskom terbit 4 (empat) nomor dalam satu tahun, yaitu bulan Januari, April, Juli dan Oktober (lihat Tanggal Penting). Artikel yang dikirimkan ke jurnal ini akan ditelaah setidaknya oleh 2 (dua) orang reviewer. Pengecekan plagiasi artikel dilakukan dengan Google Scholar dan Turnitin. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. JTSiskom telah terindeks DOAJ, BASE, Google Scholar dan OneSearch.id Perpusnas. Lihat daftar pengindeks. Artikel yang dikirimkan harus sesuai dengan Petunjuk Penulisan JTSiskom. JTSiskom menganjurkan Penulis menggunakan aplikasi manajemen referensi, seperti Mendeley, Endnote atau lainnya. Penulis harus register ke jurnal atau jika telah teregister, dapat langsung log in dan melakukan lima langkah submisi artikel. Penulis harus mengupload Pernyataan Pengalihan Hak Cipta saat submisi. Artikel yang terbit di JTSiskom akan diberikan nomer identifier unik (DOI/Digital Object Identifier) dan tersedia serta bebas diunduh dari portal JTSiskom ini. Penulis tidak dipungut biaya baik untuk pengiriman artikel maupun pemrosesan artikel (lihat APC/Article Processing Charge). Jurnal ini mengimplementasikan sistem LOCKSS untuk pengarsipan secara terdistribusi di jaringan LOCKSS privat.

Abstract

Virtual Reality is three-dimensional technology and developing rapidly at the moment. Therefore, Virtual Reality technology implementation will be useful for people. One of this implementation is in clinical fields, which is for handling phobia. One of the therapies provided by a therapist to patients is by using flooding technique that faces the patient in the situation that confronts the making of fear until no longer feel anxious. In some cases, the flooding technique for acrophobia almost impossible because of the level of dangerous and the expensive cost. By using game engine Unity and Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method which has six stages, concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution, application development Android-based Virtual Reality will resolve the issue. Based on the results of Black-box method, functions from the application of virtual reality simulation as a tool for the treatment of acrophobia has already worked well. Further research is needed to find out the impact of application in the medical sector.

Abstract

The modern way of thinking cause traditional music instruments start to lose its enthusiasm. Today’s generation is more familiar with multimedia features presented by computers. Angklung which is one of the world heritage of musical instruments from Indonesian culture is the one that affected by the rapid technology development. Based on such situation, this research is conducted to design a mobile device application which introduces Angklung. The Application is implemented on a mobile device with Android Operating System. The method used in this research is Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). The evaluation of this application uses two parameters, the Black-box method, and questionnaire. Black-box method evaluation results showed that this application is running according to specification requirements. The result obtained from the questionnaire with Likert scale showed the average score for each question is 88%. So it can be concluded that the application gains positive feedback and has been qualified to be considered as good.

Abstract

The manual process of registration, inspection, payment, reporting and administrative employees at a clinic is not efficient. An information system to assist and facilitate a user in the process of a medical record is needed. The purpose of this research is to design and build a management information system for a clinic, specifically for Kebon Arum Clinic at Boyolali. The method used in this system development is the waterfall, which consists of the plan requirements, process design, and implementation. This application is built using PHP language, CodeIgniter framework, and MySQL database. As the results, the application can solve problems on manual clinic registration, queues, services, payments and patient data.

Abstract

Development of Smarthome system has many important contributions to make a comfortable house. One of the problems is how to keep the house comfortable without becoming moist and getting enough sunlight. In this study, the roof opening that can automatically provide the supply of sunlight using automated roof opener. Manual control of the tool is using smartphone application that communicates through a Bluetooth HC-05 module. This tool also uses an automatic controller with a raindrop sensor that automatically activated when the raindrops on the sensor panel. In addition, this system also integrates the automatic light-intensity sensor using LDR (Light Dependent Resistor). The result of whole system testing is automatic rooftop opener using Arduino Uno works perfectly as the design that the motor is able to be controlled by smartphone application using serial communication based on Bluetooth so that the rooftop can be opened and closed.

Abstract

One of the factors traffic accidents is caused by a damaged road. Therefore, road improvements based on the priorities scale is indispensable. This study implements the Fuzzy C-means method. The method is capable of classifying data based on the characteristics. The results showed that the FCM algorithm was able to classify the road improvements into four groups; 1, 2, 3, and 4 priorities. Based on the test results the accuracy of calculations on the data of road damage, there are 8 correct data from 9 trial data or 88.89%, which indicates that the method FCM clustering results and a precise calculation.

Abstract

One of the problems frequently encountered by internet users is slow internet access. In particular, when there are many users share the internet bandwidth. This problem may occur as there is no bandwidth management system employed. HTB is one of the bandwidth management system available on Linux that can be installed on a network. This research focuses on the implementation of the HTB as a bandwidth management system. Based on the testing done, it is shown that after using HTB as bandwidth manager, internet access can be controlled and every client gets bandwidth as needed. The performance achieved when HTB is employed outperforms the non-HTB scenario. With HTB, the packet loss and failed transaction are reduced more than 90%.

Abstract

Tourism is a valuable aspect of a region. The presence of the tourist areas will promote the welfare of the surrounding community. Information about the location of the tourist attractions in Tasikmalaya is still lacking and this is an obstacle for the tourists who will go sightseeing. Tasikmalaya tourism guide Application is built using Eclipse IDE with Java language. This application is created using PHP and MySql database. The design phase made is using Multimedia Development Life Cycle with UML modeling. The results obtained from this research is a tourism guide application that runs on Android operating system. The result shows that this application runs well on Ice Cream Sandwich version and more. Buttons and functions within the application have been running well with the respective functionality.
