Abstract

This study aimed to explore the distribution of bees A. koschevnikovi in South Kalimantan. For this purpose, the researcher collecting bees A. koschevnikovi from several regencies in South Kalimantan. Banjar Regency (BJ), Tapin (TP), Upper South River (HSS), Hulu Sungai Tengah (HST) and Balangan (BL). From each district collected some colonies and each colony was taken approximately 80 individual bees. A. Bees koschevnikovi found living in hollow tree with height 0 - 2.5 m above the ground with distances between trees 1.5 - 3 m. In forests that have suffered damage from coal mining is not found in A. koschevnikovi.

Abstract

In research conducted with the cropping pattern used between maize and chili plants showed that the distance the fence is relatively less able to compete with corn. The use of maize as a crop during the growth of jatropha causes disturbed and the production had decreased by 90%, whereas between corn plants can grow normally and can produce seven tonnes of dry loose maize per hectare. As with the use of pepper plants interrupted, growth and productivity of Jatropha plant is not susceptible to interference, while the chili plant capable of producing 110 g / ph. This shows that the distance the fence is not tolerant of shade so as to alternate between the plants, is necessary to find plants that are shorter than the distance the fence and have high economic value. Planting distance between the ideal plants is one meter from the plant jatropha. If the distance is less than one meter cropping, the effect of shading and nutrient competition will be very detrimental to both the growth of jatropha plants and productivity. Therefore, in designing the planting pattern must be known in advance of plant characters that will be used to achieve the synergy between plants.

Abstract

This research aimed to know about the aspects cause the settlement formed, and the adaptation patterns of the local community. Further it makes description of housing and settlement model on the area. Descriptive research will use to make systematically, factually and accurately of the observation concerning with the facts and population or the area characterized by typology concept. Classification and building type hierarchy is expected able to describe the housing and settlement in troubled area of flood. The result of this research shows that the housing and settlement model in troubled area of flood consists of Javanese building with Kampong and Limasan type and combination between Kampong and Limasan type . Factors that affect such as the shape of building, environment utility and community adaptation process. Besides, there is a close relationship between the settlement and community income. The information about the model of housing and settlement in troubled area of flood is expected can be used as a consideration to manage and improve the housing and settlement in troubled area of flood.

Abstract

AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) can be applied in the selection of model student. From the structure of a complex, unstructured, and then formed a hierarchical structure. In the hierarchy itself there is the main goal or objective to be achieved, criteria, sub-criteria, and alternatives. From here, the decision maker then makes a comparison in pairs for obtaining priority of all the available alternatives. The results of this pair wise comparison matrix, which will form the ratio scale derived in the form of Eigen vectors. Generally there are three principles that became an integral part in constructing the AHP: decomposition, comparative judgments, and synthesis of priority.

Abstract

This study was conducted in the Village Simongagrok, Dawarblandong Subdistrict, Mojokerto regency, at an altitude of 40 m asl, rainfall 1200 mm / year, temperature 270C, held in April-June 2007. This research use randomized block design (RBD) factorial pattern consisting of two factors: Dose-F Rootone composed four treatments namely: R1 (without Rootone-F), R2 (dose gram/10 Rootone-F 2.5 ml of water), R3 (dose gram/10 Rootone-F 5 ml of water), R4 (dose gram/10 Rootone-F 7.5 ml of water). Factor cuttings material consisted of three treatments: cutting materials to the upper (B1), the material cutting the middle (B2) and the bottom of the cuttings material (B3). According to analysis of variance showed significant interaction between treatment dose gram/10 Rootone-F 5 ml of water and treatment of the middle stem (R3B2). Average starting -90 days after planting. Thus the hypothesis that reads: With the treatment dose gram/10 Rootone-F 5 ml of water and materials stem cuttings middle section gives the best effect on the growth of plant cuttings bougainvillea (Bougainvillea spectabilis L.), which was conducted at study sites proved.

Abstract

Vegetable greens are consumed, either after being processed as well as fresh vegetables, it contains various essential nutrients for health, besides having the content of vitamins or nutrients essential for health, mustard greens can be in believing to eliminate throat itching in patients with cough. It can also be a healer for headaches and may improve kidney function. This research has purpose to know the effect of growing media and fertilizers Urea (N) on the growth and production of Indian mustard (Brassica juncea L.). Materials used in this research that green cabbage F1 hybrid seed, fertilizer, urea, NPK fertilizer, cow manure, compost, sand, soil, polybags, Furadan 3G. Conclusions of research are an interaction on all parameters including the observation of growth and production of mustard. The best treatment combination in the treatment of planting media soil types: cow manure: compost (1: 1: 1) by urea fertilization 200 kg / ha (M2 U2)

Abstract

This experiment was carried out to determine whether the spacing of cotton and the use of fertilizers KC1, Fosfo N and M-Dext has an influence on plant growth and production of cotton in rainfed cropping pattern of soybean grown after rice crop was harvested. The hypothesis of this trial, allegedly with the use of liquid manure as fertilizer N Fosfo of over 2 liters / ha in cotton plants will have increased growth and yield of cotton in the use of l00 x 40cm spacing. From the results of this experiment showed that the treatment plant spacing generally do not indicate a direct influence on the growth of cotton plants. Production phase spacing of 150 x 40 cm showed better results than the spacing of 40 cm and 100 x 125 x 40 cm on the parameters of the number of flower buds and fruit number of cotton. For treatment fosfo N fertilizer usage from the results of this experiment showed the effect of increased growth and yield of cotton.
