Abstract

UD. Cipta Karya abadi is a company engaged in trading household appliances. Its flagship product is the multipurpose pot CKA POT. Using special and unique concepts in the sales activities of superior products, namely by direct sales, by conducting promotions, introducing products and even directly practicing cooking demonstrations in front of prospective customers. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Sales Promotion and Personal Selling partially or simultaneously on Purchasing Decisions. The number of samples in this study were 98 respondents. While the sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling technique. The data is analyzed using the SPSS program, Variable Sales Risk (X1) = 0,000 <0,05, Personal Selling Variable (X2) = 0,000 <0,05. From the equation above the variable significance of the price is smaller than 0.05, the significance of the Sales Promosion variable is smaller than 0.005 and the significance of the small Personal Selling variable is greater than 0.05, then the X1 variable has a positive effect on Y and X2 has a positive effect on variable Y.

Abstract

Some people who appreciate literature still discuss about the real of each terms which often appear in literary works especially in narrative fiction, such as plot, story, character, characterization, and conflict. Eventhough, there are some people who appreciate literature who are not able to differentiate those terms. That is why, the purpose of this article is to explain the position of literary works in fiction, especially narrative fiction. Because of characteristic of fiction include all the aspects of story so in this article explain about story, plot, and conflict. Story as an even which followed by other even, then followed by another even, and so on, while plot as even series which is composed by cause and effect. Meanwhile, conflict is created by the interaction of each character. Without interaction, a conflict could not be created. So that is why, a conflict as a part of integral that should be stated in. Good or bad o a conflict depend on the criteria of conflict itself.

Abstract

The purpose of research include five things: the expression indirect include; Second, Reading of heuristics and reading hermeneutic, third, matrices, models and variants, fourth,hipogram (hypogram).in ontology poetry Doa untukAnakCucu by Willybrordus Surendra Bhawana Rendra Brotoatmojo. The research approach used is semiotic, that is studying the indirect expression to poetry by way of linguistic influence the meaning of a literary work as a whole and the effects on the reader. Data collection techniques using literature techniques, see and record.The data analysis technique that analyzes three grooves flowing with concurrent activities. That is; data reduction, data presentation, drawing contents in poetry. Methods of data analysis used in this study is a semiotic method, and approach indirect expression.The conclusions of this research consists of four things. First, the expression indirect include; Second, Reading of heuristics and reading hermeneutic, third, matrices, models and variants, fourth,hipogram (hypogram).

Abstract

Teacher Working Group (KKG) schools and committees / communities can improve learning achievement in SD Negeri Blimbing I Lamongan District. Increasing teachers' understanding of the importance of using the school environment as a source of learning by sensitizing and guiding teachers to understand the importance of utilizing the school environment as a learning resource, developing learning implementation plan (RPP) and learning implementation by utilizing the school environment as a source of learning while keeping the principles -the principle of learning forms that favor learning through relating, experienting, actuating, contextual, transferring.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) to describe the improvement of Mathematics learning achievement after the implementation of cooperative learning, (2) to describe the influence of learning motivation after applying cooperative learning, (3) to give an accurate learning method in improving student achievement and make students active in teaching and learning activities. This research uses action research for three rounds. each round consists of four stages: design, activity and observation, reflection, and revision. From the analysis result, it is found that the students' learning achievement has improved from cycle I to cycle III, that is cycle I (68,42%), cycle II (81,58%), cycle III (94,74%). The conclusion of this research is cooperative learning method can have a positive effect on student achievement and motivation of IX class SMP Negeri 1 Paciran.

Abstract

This research aimed to improve the ability of teachers in making the completeness of learning devices. This action research is done by following the main flow: initial reflection, planning, action execution, observation, reflection, and redesign. The results showed that classroom supervision activities can improve the ability of teachers in the ability of teachers in making the completeness of learning devices and managing the class administration in Badurame I State Elementary School, Turi sub- district, Lamongan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe students' activeness of the class when it is applied to the media and the improvement of learning outcomes of the students of grade V SDN Paciran I Lamongan 2016/2017 academic year in completing multiplication counting operation through the use of laces. This research belongs to classroom action research. Data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheet of teaching and learning activities. The learning outcomes of multiply counting operations by applying the wrist strap medium from cycle 1 to cycle 2 experience, a very satisfactory improvement. In cycle 1, there is an increase of students who fulfill KKM that is 50%, while in cycle 2 reach 100%.

Abstract

The research is determine the effect of leadership, organizational culture, competence and motivation on employee performance at KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan. The population in this study are employees at KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan while the sample population were all employees of cooperatives totaling 30 people, sampling techniques is the saturation sampling because the entire population is used as a sample and also less than 30 people.To obtain the necessary data the authors used data collection techniques such as interviews and questionnaires, techniqueanalysis used in this research is descriptive method. From the discussion concluded that KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan is a savings and credit cooperatives in which variable competence and work motivation are effected significsnt partially on the performance of employees in KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan while the leadership and organizational culture are not effected significant partially on performance employeer of at KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan. So the contribution of variable influence leadership competencies organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance in KSP Sumber Jaya Lamongan amounted to 78.4%, while the remaining 21.6% is influenced by other variables that not examined.

Abstract

Learning PPKn in class IX-B SMP Negeri 1 Pule Trenggalek has serious problems. In daily tests on regional autonomy, the average score is very low, namely 56.6. Students who have achieved mastery learning are 17 students or 51.5%. There are 16 students who have not reached the completeness of learning or 48.5%. The most mistakes made by students when describing the principles of regional autonomy, describing central government affairs, describing regional government affairs, examining regional autonomy implementers, describing the duties and powers of regional heads, describing the duties, functions and powers of DPRD, describing the importance of community participation in formulating public policies as well as looking for a relationship between the implementation of regional autonomy and the development carried out in their respective regions. Based on the results of discussions with colleagues, it was revealed that the learning that had been taking place did not involve the students maximally. In the teaching and learning process of PPKn, teachers do not provide much time for students to be involved in learning and discovery of learning concepts. Based on the above, it is necessary to conduct an action research by applying recitation. In this study, researchers used a classroom action research model. Observation / observation is divided into two learning cycles, each cycle carried out 2 meetings. Two cycles were made to improve the learning system being implemented. Based on the description of the discussion above, it is concluded that the application of the recitation method to regional autonomy in PPKn lessons begins by giving students assignments to make summaries of the articles contained in the clippings. In the next lesson each group gets an assignment to conduct a discussion. This is intended to increase student involvement in learning. The application of the recitation method can improve student learning outcomes on regional autonomy material in PPKn lessons.
