The coronavirus-19 pandemic has become a threat to health and economic conditions, including a threat to transactions in the money market and the model market. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the effect of Covid-19 cases on Sukuk and the exchange rate; know the magnitude of the effect of exchange rates and bonds on Sukuk, and know the indirect relationship between Covid-19 and Sukuk. The data analysis method in this study uses a two-stage least square model approach, with a sample range from March 2020-November 2021. The results of the analysis conclude that the Covid-19 case influences the decline in the exchange rate, while the Covid-19 case has no effect on Sukuk. Other factors that affect Sukuk are the exchange rate and bonds. The results of the study also concluded that the Covid-19 case indirectly affected Sukuk through the exchange rate. This study contributes to the understanding of Sukuk, which can be influenced by many conditions, both coming from within the capital market itself and from external factors.

Abstract

Abstract

Food delivery services are developing significantly, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Food aggregator application is one of the online systems which enables customers to order delivery food from several food providers. This application was made as a simple app to make it easy to use by customers. In addition, it also makes it easier for food producers to sell their products. However, it has its limitation in which the consumers do not know the safety and halal status of the products offered in this application. This research aimed to understand the consumers' perceptions of the food's safety and halal status in this food delivery system. This descriptive-qualitative research was held in January - February in DIY through in-depth interviews using an online meeting platform. The results showed that the consumers believe that the products sold in the aggregator application are safe and halal. The consumer's choice and trust depended on the restaurant's rating, products' photos, and their taste. In the product's safety context, the consumers justified the product quality from its packaging. As for the halal label of the product, the consumers believe that the product is halal if there is no information that these products contain non-halal ingredients

Abstract

Pertamina Mandalika Internasional Street Circuit in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, has become the attention of motorcycle racing lovers in various parts of the world today. This is because at the Mandalika Circuit the Idemitsu Asia Talent Cup, World Superbike, and MotoGP are held. However, the current number of 14,000 hotel rooms in West Nusa Tenggara is not sufficient for the number of World Superbike spectators of 25,000 people, MotoGP viewers of 160,000 people if the COVID-19 pandemic ends, and 114,000 people if the COVID-19 pandemic is still ongoing. . The number of viewers is not proportional to the number of hotel rooms available in West Nusa Tenggara. The number of hotels is far from sufficient, so that the lack of hotels to accommodate these tourists requires a solution. To find out the solution, an in-depth study with qualitative methods was carried out. One solution that is the result of this research is to empower the houses of the surrounding community to become halal homestays for tourists outside Lombok. Halal homestay is a sharia-based homestay that implements the sharia concept through product adjustments, services and management in accordance with sharia principles.

Abstract

Ramadan is the holy month for Muslims. A month full of wisdom, blessings, and forgiveness. In this month of Ramadan, Allah promises multiple rewards. Therefore, Muslims are competing in pursuing goodness, blessings, and forgiveness. Giving alms in the month of Ramadan is noble worship and the right of everyone. However, someone's generosity is often abused by certain people. This culture can become a social disease in the month of Ramadan. But behind this blessing of Ramadan, certain parties take advantage of the momentum to reap the benefits. One of them is the number of monthly beggars in the month of Ramadan. Beggars are mushrooming in public places. Islam does not make begging by lying and cheating. The reason is not only because they violate sins, but also because these actions are considered to pollute good deeds and rob poor people who need help. It even damages the good image of the poor who do not want to beg and those who love virtue. Many propositions explain the haram of begging by deception and without an urgent need. The Prophet Muhammad SAW in his hadith advises us to try and earn a living in whatever form, as long as it is lawful and good, there is no syubhat, no prohibition, and not by begging. We are also singled out for ta'affuf (taking care of ourselves from begging. We must believe that only Allah hears our troubles. As for humans, they don't like hearing about other people's troubles. Islam encourages us to strive, based on the verses and hadiths of the Prophet.
