Abstract

Pertamina Mandalika Internasional Street Circuit in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, has become the attention of motorcycle racing lovers in various parts of the world today. This is because at the Mandalika Circuit the Idemitsu Asia Talent Cup, World Superbike, and MotoGP are held. However, the current number of 14,000 hotel rooms in West Nusa Tenggara is not sufficient for the number of World Superbike spectators of 25,000 people, MotoGP viewers of 160,000 people if the COVID-19 pandemic ends, and 114,000 people if the COVID-19 pandemic is still ongoing. . The number of viewers is not proportional to the number of hotel rooms available in West Nusa Tenggara. The number of hotels is far from sufficient, so that the lack of hotels to accommodate these tourists requires a solution. To find out the solution, an in-depth study with qualitative methods was carried out. One solution that is the result of this research is to empower the houses of the surrounding community to become halal homestays for tourists outside Lombok. Halal homestay is a sharia-based homestay that implements the sharia concept through product adjustments, services and management in accordance with sharia principles.

Abstract

Pemerasan Santan merupakan salah satu elemen kerja dalam pembuatan minyak kelapa. Proses pemerasan santan ini membutuhkan waktu dan kebutuhan kerja yang banyak sehingga diperlukan impelementasi mesin untuk efisiensi waktu dan tenaga kerja serta peningkatan produksi minyak kelapa. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan serta produktivitas minyak kelapa yang dihasilkan. Metode pengabdian ada dua yaitu penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Penyuluhan untuk mengenalkan kepada mitra secara teori dan juga sebagai bekal untuk melakukan pelatihan. Sedangkan pelatihan dilakukan untuk belajar mengoperasikan mesin secara langsung. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pendampingan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan Mitra IKM-Al Iffah sebesar 75%, keberadaan mesin ini juga mampu meningkatkan 80% efisiensi tenaga kerja dan efisiensi waktu serta meningkatnya jumlah produksi minyak kelapa yang dihasilkan

Abstract

Abstrak: Kelapa menjadi komoditas yang paling banyak dihasilkan di Desa Tirtanadi. Salah satu produk turunan kelapa yaitu minyak kelapa yang diproduksi oleh Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) Al-Iffah yang ada di Desa Tirtanadi. Akan tetapi, produk minyak kelapa ini dipasarkan secara konvensional dan belum menggunakan digital marketing. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan guna meningkatkan produktivitas industi minyak kelapa, dengan menguatkan sistem pemasaran yang memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan kepada IKM Al-Iffah berlokasi di Desa Tirtanadi, Lombok Timur, Nusa Tenggara Barat, yang dihadiri 15 orang peserta. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi kegiatan, penyuluhan digital marketing, pelatihan membuat akun facebook resmi untuk bisnis dan berjualan di marketplace facebook, pelatihan membuat akun whatsapp resmi untuk bisnis dan membuat toko online di mobile marketplace shopee, serta evaluasi kegiatan. Pembuatan akun media sosial dan e-commerce ini sebagai media penjualan produk minyak kelapa dengan merk produk nadimu. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mitra terhadap digital marketing sebesar 20%.Abstract: Coconut is the most produced commodity in Tirtanadi Village. One of the coconut derivative products is coconut oil which is produced by the Al-Iffah Small and Medium Industry (IKM) in Tirtanadi Village. However, this coconut oil product is marketed conventionally and has not used digital marketing. This community service activity is carried out to increase the productivity of the coconut oil industry, by strengthening the marketing system that utilizes technological advances. This activity was carried out using a training method for IKM Al-Iffah located in Tirtanadi Village, East Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, which was attended by 15 participants. The activity stages include socializing activities, digital marketing counseling, training to create an official Facebook account for business and selling on the Facebook marketplace, training to create an official WhatsApp account for businesses and creating an online shop on the Shopee mobile marketplace, as well as evaluating activities. The creation of this social media and e-commerce account as a medium for selling coconut oil products with the product brand Nadimu. The result of this activity is an increase in partner knowledge of digital marketing by 20%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengolahan minyak kelapa masih menghasilkan kualitas yang rendah. hal ini ditandai dengan kadar air yang tinggi, berbau tengik, warna yang keruh, dan masih terdapat endapan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan upaya peningkatan kualitas minyak kelapa dengan teknologi pemurnian. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para pengolah minyak kelapa tentang aplikasi teknologi pemurnian. Mitra yang mengikuti kegiatan ini adalah kelompok pengolah minyak kelapa yang berjumlahkan 10 orang yang ada di Dusun Bilatepung Desa Beleka Kecamatan Gerung . Langkah-langkah pelaksanaan kegiatan diantaranya: (1) Koordinasi dan sosialisasi kegiatan; (2) Penyuluhan teknologi pengolahan minyak kelapa dan aplikasi teknologi pemurnian pada proses pengolahan miyak kelapa; (3) Praktek produksi minyak kelapa dan implementasi teknik pemurnian pada minyak kelapa yang dihasilkan; dan (4) Monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra sebesar 80%. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat diimplementasikan untuk kmeningkatkan kualitas minyak kelapa yang diproduksi.Abstract: Coconut oil processing in Beleka Village still produces low quality. That is indicated by high water content, rancid smell, cloudy colors, and still precipitations. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of coconut oil with purification technology. This service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of coconut oil processing by applying refining technology. Partners who participated in this activity were coconut oil processing groups in Bilatepung Hamlet, Beleka Village, and Gerung District. Implementing activities include (1) coordination and socialization of activities; (2) Counseling of coconut oil processing technology and applying refining technology in coconut oil; (3) Practice of coconut oil production and implementation of refining techniques in the resulting coconut oil; dan (4) Monitoring and evaluation. The results show that this service activity can increase partner knowledge and skills by 80%. This activity is expected to improve the quality of coconut oil produced.

Abstract

Abstrak: Industri rumah tangga berskala kecil minniella mushroom bergerak di bidang pengolahan produk jamur. Keuangan industri rumah tangga minniella mushroom berjalan tanpa ada manajemen keuangan yang baik. Manajemen keuangan tidak dilakukan secara tercatat, cukup hanya mengetahui modal dan pendapatan yang dihasilkan dari penjualan produk olahan jamur. Hal ini disebabkan adanya anggapan bahwa pencatatan keuangan sulit dan ribet. Padahal pencatatan transaksi keuangan bisnis dalam Islam merupakan hal yang harus dilakukan. Akan tetapi pelaku usaha minniella mushroom belum memahami manajemen keuangan syariah. Kegiatan ini bertujuan agar pelaku usaha minniella mushroom dapat memahami manajemen keuangan berbasis syariah dengan baik, sehingga mempunyai kesadaran untuk melakukan pencatatan keuangan bisnis. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan tim pengabdian dalam kegiatan ini adalah Participatori Rural Appraisal (PRA). Metode ini melibatkan mitra yaitu minniella mushroom dalam setiap tahapan kegiatan. Jumlah peserta dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak lima belas orang yang terdiri dari pemilik dan karyawan minniella mushroom Tahapan ini meliputi tahap sosialisasi dengan mitra, tahap penyuluhan manajemen keuangan syariah, dan tahap monitoring dan evaluasi. Peserta kegiatan sangat bersemangat mengikuti kegiatan dan dapat mengikutinya dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil evaluasi yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman mitra yang sangat signifikan yaitu sebesar 40% .Abstract: Minniella mushroom small-scale home industry is engaged in the processing of mushroom products. Minniella mushroom household industry finances run without good financial management. Financial management is not carried out in a recorded manner, it is sufficient only to know the capital and income generated from the sale of processed mushroom products. This is due to the notion that financial records are difficult and complicated. Even though recording business financial transactions in Islam is something that must be done. However, minniella mushroom business actors do not understand sharia financial management. This activity aims to make minniella mushroom business actors understand sharia-based financial management well, so they have the awareness to keep business financial records. The approach method used by the service team in this activity is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). This method involves minniella mushroom business actors in each stage of activity. This stage includes the socialization stage with partners, the sharia financial management counseling stage, and the monitoring and evaluation stage. Minniella mushroom business people are very enthusiastic about participating in activities and can follow them well. This can be seen from the results of the evaluation which showed a very significant increase in partners' understanding.

Abstract

For a Muslim consuming food is not only good taste, but also must meet the criteria of halalan thayyiban. Halal food is not necessarily thayyiban, because halal food at the time of processing may be given additional ingredients that are not halal. Consumers of food products should have spiritual awarenes (spiritual awareness) related to food products that they consume, especially Muslim consumers. Consuming halal food thayyiban is an order from Allah SWT, where this halal food product thayyiban has several characteristics that the food is classified as halal food, contains adequate nutrition and balanced, proportional, and safe. The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply about the theory of halalan thayyiban and the implementation of consumers of food products against the theory of halalan thayyiban, with the method used is qualitative method.

Abstract

Strategic management is a determinant of employee performance in the long term with the level of managerial decisions and actions. It includes environmental observation, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, evaluation and control. The research was conducted to analyze Sharia Strategic Management (MSS) at BMT Maslahah. It uses qualitative research methods, while data collection through interview techniques and documentation techniques. After the research was conducted, it was found that the strategic management process used by BMT Maslahah would be updated according to the needs and long-term development of the company. As for the strategy formulation, it is done by gathering all the members who will later be adjusted to the suggestions and the results of the joint discussion. The implementation of the strategy is adjusted to the existing mission at BMT Maslahah, such as managing cooperatives according to the identity of the students and also implementing the sharia system using the salaf book standards as well as in accordance with the fatwas of the National Sharia Council (DSN). It is stated that the BMT Maslahah in its implementation has implemented sharia principles which are marked by the implementation of four aspects differentiating it from conventional strategic management, including aspects of tawhid, orientation, motivation and sharia strategy.

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Pelaku usaha kopi bubuk organik merupakan petani kopi yang ada di Desa Tegal Maja, yang tergabung dalam kelompok sadar wisata (pokdarwis). Pokdarwis mempunyai tugas untuk mengembangkan potensi yang ada di Desa Tegal Maja, baik potensi wisata maupun potensi sumber daya alam. Pokdarwis desa tegal maja kemudian berusaha untuk mengolah potensi sumber daya alam desa yaitu kopi organik menjadi kopi bubuk. Produk ini dijual di toko-toko di sekitar desa tegal maja. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pokdarwis selaku pelaku usaha kopi bubuk organik yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pentingnya digitalisasi manajemen pemasaran berbasis syariah, dan kurangnya keterampilan tentang manajemen pemasaran syariah berbasis online. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang digitalisasi manajemen pemasaran syariah, dan untuk memberikan pelatihan tentang manajemen pemasaran syariah berbasis online. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan cara melakukan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya digitalisasi dan pelatihan digitalisasi manajemen pemasaran berbasis syariah. Kata kunci: digitalisasi; manajemen pemasaran; manajemen syariah; pelaku usaha, penyuluhan pemasaran ABSTRACTOrganic ground coffee business actors are coffee farmers in Tegal Maja Village, who are members of a tourism awareness group (pokdarwis). Pokdarwis has the task of developing the potential that exists in Tegal Maja Village, both tourism potential and natural resource potential. The Pokdarwis of Tegal Maja then tried to process the potential of the village's natural resources, namely organic coffee into ground coffee. This product is sold in shops around the village of Tegal Maja. The problems faced by Pokdarwis as organic ground coffee business actors are the lack of knowledge about the importance of digitizing sharia-based marketing management, and lack of skills about online-based sharia marketing management. This community service aims to increase knowledge about digitalization of sharia marketing management, and to provide training on online based sharia marketing management. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out why the Mandalika community did not feel the benefits of the Mandalika circuit which held an international motorcycle racing competition. The study used qualitative methods with data collected from in-depth interviews with the community in Mandalika, direct observation, and supported by related data. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the people around Mandalika are not able to take advantage of opportunities optimally, so that the existence of the Mandalika circuit cannot be felt by the local community. The opportunities that exist include homestays which are a basic need for tourists visiting Mandalika. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the homestay program so that many people participate in the program.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyebab masyarakat Mandalika belum merasakan manfaat adanya sirkuit Mandalika yang menggelar perlombaan balap motor bertaraf internasional. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan data yang dikumpulkan dari hasil wawancara mendalam kepada masyarakat di Mandalika, observasi secara langsung, dan didukung dengan data-data terkait. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat sekitar Mandalika kurang bisa memanfaatkan peluang secara optimal, sehingga keberadaan sirkuit Mandalika belum dapat dirasakan manfaatnya oleh masyarakat setempat. Peluang yang ada diantaranya yaitu homestay yang merupakan kebutuhan pokok bagi para wisatawan yang berkunjung di Mandalika. Oleh karena itu perlu digalakkan program homestay agar banyak masyarakat yang berpartisipasi dalam program tersebut.
