Abstract

This paper describes halal tourism with various practices that have been carried out in the halal industry. This halal industry practice can provide opportunities for halal entrepreneurship in a reciprocal relationship with halal tourism. Presents halal tourism literature to define halal travel and provides an overview of opportunities for developing halal entrepreneurs to innovate halal products to provide more competitive results according to Sharia. This paper also provides new prospects for Halal Entrepreneurs that can enable them to start new businesses in the Halal tourism industry. This study contributes theoretically and practically in halal tourism and halal entrepreneurship. These findings can provide assistance to tourism actors, Halal entrepreneurs to promote Halal tourism products and services to meet the needs of Muslim tourists.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the current growth of industrialization which continues to increase. Along with the increasing growth in the industrial sector, people have specialization and increase in income. This study discusses how the rapidly growing industrialization program has an impact on solving economic problems, namely in terms of overcoming economic inequality. Through a descriptive approach and a syar'i approach, the authors collect data using a library research method. Industrialization in the Islamic perspective must be in accordance with the maqashid shari'ah, as shown in the Qur'an which is beneficial for all parties. The results of this study explain that the industrialization program has a large enough impact on the economic growth of a country. With the growth of a country's economy, the country leads to prosperity. Where welfare is often represented through equalization of rights among the community in getting equal opportunities in any case, so that there are no gaps/inequalities in society

Abstract

Indonesia was ranked first in the global Islamic financial market at the 2019 Sharia Economic and Financial Research Forum (FREKS), where the market share in the Islamic banking sector had reached 6.01% and the OJK is targeting in 2023 the Islamic banking market share of 15%, wrong one indicator of improvement is by increasing the number of accounts and the amount of Third Party Funds (TPF). The purpose of this study is to determine what strategies are used by the Marketing Funding of the BPRS Harta Insan Karimah Cikarang Branch to increase the number of customers or accounts and the amount of TPF. Then what is the role of the strategy used by Marketing Funding in increasing the number of customers and the number of deposits. The pick-up strategy implemented by BPRS Harta Insan Karimah Cikarang branch is an excellent service provided to each customer, this strategy is considered to provide convenience to customers in savings and deposit products because the transaction can be done at home and the Marketing Funding team will visit the customer's house. If the strategy is to pick-up properly, the target number of customers will be achieved and theoretically the amount of deposits will increase as well. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, so that the researcher will explain or describe the results of the study in verbal or descriptive form so that it is easy to understand. The research method used in data collection includes interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The results showed that the strategy used by marketing funding was the pick-up strategy, where deposits, withdrawals and account opening could be done at the customer's house with prior confirmation with the Marketing Funding team so that the interaction was built between the two. The role of this strategy was significant in increasing the number of customers in 2017 reaching 11.11% and in the following year the number of customers increased by 10.79%. However, the role of the pick-ball strategy is not significant in increasing TPF, in other words the increase in the number of customers does not mean that TPF will increase as well, seen in 2015 of 10.79%, and the next 2 years decreased consecutively, namely -21.77% and -9.53%, in 2018 the amount of TPF increased again by 14.65%. Other alternative strategies that can be implemented by BPRS Harta Insan Karimah Cikarang Branch are maximizing social media as a means of advertising, recruiting SDI Marketing Funding team, socializing to guardians of affiliated school students, giving souvenirs to customers who can refer BPRS HIK, sponsoring the community agenda or institutions, as well as Improving the schedule for collecting funds and improving the information system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of social stratification and religiosity on the interests of waqf donation in waqf institutions. Determination of samples using purposive sampling method so that the number of samples obtained 100 waqif Wakaf Al Azhar in 2021. The analysis techniques used are ttest, Ftest, determination coefficient (R2), and multiple regression test. Data processing in this study using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results of the Ttest showed that income variables did not have a positive and significant influence on the interest of waqf donation, work variables did not have a positive and significant influence on the interest of waqf donation, educational variables did not have a positive and significant influence on the interest of waqf donation, and religious variables had a positive and significant influence on the interest of waqf donation. Ftest's test results show that income, employment, education, and religiosity together affect the interest in donating waqf. While the result of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.427 means that the contribution of independent variables (income, employment, education, and religiosity) affects the variable dependent (waqf interest) by 42.7% while the remaining 57.3% is influenced by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to determine the most effective factors that can play an important role in increasing the effectiveness of Islamic internal audit in the Islamic banking industry. This research is a qualitative method using scientific journal literature searches, and data collection was carried out using the Emerald online database. Sharia banking was established which has the aim of increasing economic activity in accordance with sharia principles, there is no usury, speculation, maysir, gharar and other activities that have been prohibited in sharia. Sharia internal audit is a way to maintain and ensure the integrity of Islamic financial institutions in implementing sharia principles. The existence of sharia internal audit for Islamic banking, provides assurance and independent accountability for stakeholders. the competence of the internal auditors is not enhanced, especially competencies related to the auditor's knowledge of muamalah sharia/fiqh or sharia audit which can be proven by holding a sharia-related certification. In carrying out their duties as an internal auditor, they must have competency qualifications to know and understand how the actual condition of sharia principles is so that they can identify if a violation occurs that is not in accordance with sharia principles both in transactions and operations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the giveaway practices carried out by oflaila_busana by buying and selling online from a sharia economic perspective. Currently, the practice of giveaway is widely used by online shops as a sales attraction, so that their products are better known by the wider community. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by providing explanations and descriptions regarding giveaway buying and selling in the perspective of Islamic economics. Which is done by describing a problem or phenomenon that occurs accurately. And the results obtained are well described. Methods of data collection by means of observation, interviews, and/or document review. The research location is oflaila_busana which uses online media in sales by practicing a giveaway system in sales promotion. The results of this study based on the data obtained indicate that the giveaway held at oflaila_busana does not contain conditions that are prohibited in religion. So the giveaway practice at oflaila_busana is in accordance with the sharia economy. Keywords: giveaway, online media, sharia economy

Abstract

Fintech has been successful in producing new models in financial services, and creating solutions. Fintech is able to improve risk handling capabilities and reduce the possibility of risks. This research is a quantitative research that measures how Fintech can moderate banking fundamental factors in reducing banking risk. This study uses secondary data sourced from the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia from April 2020 to April 2023. This research used Ordinary Least Square (OLS) to determine the magnitude and significance effect of fintech on non performing loan rate. The result showed that Fintech can reduce banking risk and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) can increase banking risk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Third Party Funds (TPF), risk and Fee Based Income (FBI) on Profit Sharing Financing at Islamic Commercial Banks for the period 2013-2020. In this study using quantitative methods, the data collection technique used is Non Probity Sampling. The subjects in this study were Islamic Commercial Banks with a total sample of 96 financial statements. The data analysis technique used is the Classical Assumption Test and Multiple Regression Test using the help of the IBM SPPS Statistic 21 application. The results of this study indicate that partially the TPF variable has no effect on profit sharing financing, then for the risk variable measured using the NPF (Non Performing Financing) ratio. has a negative and significant effect on profit-sharing financing, and lastly, the Fee-based Income (FBI) variable has a negative and significant effect on profit-sharing financing.
