Abstract

The government plans to move the national capital from the Jakarta Special Capital Region to East Kalimantan, now known as the Nusantara Capital Region (IKN), in phases from the enactment of Law No. 3 in 2022. also plans to inaugurate the IKN on August 17, 2024 to coincide with the 79th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia. However, this plan has problems in implementation as it requires a large budget of IDR 466 trillion with 20% funded by the state budget and 80% funded by the private sector. individuals, but so far no investor has made their investment in IKN. . This is due to a number of obstacles considered by large investors, such as high logistics costs and regulatory inconsistency. The purpose of this article is to analyze the difficulties encountered in funding the IKN project. Analytical techniques using descriptive qualitative methods with library research methods. The proposed results suggest an alternative source of financing using the Islamic crowdfunding model to attract investors.

Abstract

Transactions using dropship system have been very popular since the development of digital transactions in the marketplace. So that there is no doubt or ambiguity with this transaction, it is necessary to study the legal basis of muamalah itself. Writing this article using literature study as a method of writing. There are three contracts that are used as an alternative to the permissibility of dropship transactions, namely salam, wakalah, and samsarah. The use of the contract can be used according to the conditions and capabilities of the people who do.

Abstract

Harga memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan proses permintaan dan penawaran dalam pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep penetapan harga perspektif Islam dengan sudut pandang ulama ekonom abad klasik dan ekonom abad kontemporer. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan yakni dengan menggunakan data primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif melalui studi kepustakaan. Hasil yang didapat adalah kesepakatan umum tentang batasan penetapan harga baik ulama ekonom klasik maupun ulama ekonom kontemporer tidak ada. Secara umum masing-masing menjelaskan bahwa penetapan harga bisa didapat melalui analisis lapangan dengan cara menemui titik temu kurva penawaran dan kurva permintaan serta mencapai titik maslahah umat. Dari kontribusi ulama ekonom klasik tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa konsep harga dalam perspektif Islam menekankan pada keseimbangan pasar dan keadilan ekonomi dengan mempertimbangkan urgensi stakeholder pasar. Selain itu, pemerintah berperan penting dalam mengambil kebijakan penetapan harga yang adil dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor penyebab distorsi pasar dan mengembalikan equilibrium harga pasar. Konsep harga dalam perspektif Islam juga berkaitan dengan konsep uang dan psikologi Islam, di mana harga diri memiliki konsep tersendiri yang dinilai melalui hubungan seseorang dengan sesamanya dan juga hubungannya dengan Tuhan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see how the influence of personal norms and religiosity on the decision to purchase halal products through attitude as an intervening variable in Surakarta. Four variables used are personal norms, religiosity, attitudes, and purchase decisions. This research used quantitative research using a sample of 143 respondents who had purchased various types of halal products in Surakarta using the non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling, which was then analyzed using SPSS. The analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis to determine the direct impact, and uses path analysis to determine the indirect effect or through intervening variables. The findings of this study found that personal norms and religiosity had a positive and significant influence on attitudes, then attitudes did not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and personal norms did not have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. But, religiosity had a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions. The mediating role of attitude has no positive or significant effect on the relationship between personal norms and religiosity on purchase decisions for halal products.

Abstract

This research focuses on studying how service convenience and religious motives influence word of mouth and whether customer satisfaction mediates service convenience and religious motives on word of mouth of Syari'ah Bank customers in DKI Jakarta and West Java. A total of 119 respondents were involved in this research. In this research, the data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). This research revealed religious motives and service convenience on customer satisfaction. Apart from that, religious motives influence word of mouth. Meanwhile, service convenience has no effect on customer satisfaction. The results of mediation testing in this research show that customer satisfaction is proven to be able to mediate the influence of service convenience and religious motives on word of mouth of Syari'ah Bank customers.

Abstract

This study is aimed to find out how the Honey Pumpkin business development strategy is carried out by Honey Pumpkin Farmers in Banyusokah Village, Sampang Regency based on EFAS and IFAS Matrix. The method employed in this study is descriptive qualitative which is aims to describe, describe, record, and analyze existing and current conditions. The result of the study showed that Honey Pumpkin business in Banyoksah Village of Sampang Regency is able to implement the growth oriented strategy for developing its business. The suggested strategies are firstly, to distribute the products in the store at Sampang Regency and utilizing social media such as IG, whatsApp and so on for marketing. Secondly, diverging the processed product from honey pumpkin and turning customer into reseller. Thirdly, replacement of production technology used with more sophisticated and modern to increase the production effectively and efficiently. Lastly, opening several branch of store that owned by the company.

Abstract

This paper aims to explain the relationship between the contribution of the financial sector which consists of the development of Islamic banks, the development of sukuk, the development of Islamic stocks, and the development of Islamic mutual funds to Indonesia's economic growth. This study uses quarterly time series data for the period between 2013Q1 – 2020Q4 and the analysis model used is the Vector Error Correlation Model (VECM) by carrying out unit root tests, cointegration tests, Granger causality tests, this study also uses the impulse Response Function, and Variance Decomposition. The results of this study indicate that the development of Islamic banking, the development of sukuk, the development of the Islamic stock market, and the development of Islamic mutual funds have a long-term influence on economic growth. while the development of the Islamic Banking and the development of the Islamic stock market have a short-term influence on economic growth. This research is expected to provide an overview of the condition of Islamic finance in Indonesia so that it can become a reference for relevant authorities in formulating or determining future policies for the development of Islamic finance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis program tiktok dan shope Affiliate dalam perspektif maslahah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif berbasis lapangan dan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain: observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan pencarian referensi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, motif dan praktik,berdasarkan kajian Etnografi Hukum dimana yang menjadi kajian utama berupa norma, kebiasaan, dan budaya berhukum masyarakat setempat, menjadikan praktik jual beli affiliasi dilakkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, dengan tetap menjaga norma dan budaya yang masih dipegang teguh oleh masyarakat indonesia. Kedua, menurut kajian maslahah mursalah dampak yang ditibulkan dari jual beli online ini memberikan banyak kemasalahatan, dan maslahat ini ditujukan untuk kepentingan masyarakat dan juga individu, serta dampaknya tidak ada yang melanggar kaidah dalam Al-Quran, Sunah Rashul, maupun Ijma. segala sesuatu yang dapat mendatangkan kemanfaatan segala sesuatu yang membuat terhindari dari kemudharatan atau kejelekan. Hasil tersebut bisa kita klasifikasikan program tiktok affiliate termasuk maslahah dlaruriyah, maslahah tersebut tergolong maslahah pokok atau primer. Maslahah dlaruriyah merupakan jenis kemaslahatan yang kaitannya dengan kepentingan pokok manusia. Hasil tersebut bisa ditempatkan bahwa eksistensi dari program affiliate termasuk masalahah mursalah, yang mana mendatangkan kebaikan atau kesenangan dan menajauhkan hal yang mudharat seperti kemiskinan.

Abstract

The low level of zakat receipt at Baznas Kepahiang which has a majority Muslim community raises important problems to be addressed immediately. This research was conducted to help discover the right strategy to increase zakat acceptance. Using grounded theory research methods, the author formulates relevant theories based on field facts. The results revealed that the main obstacle causing the low receipt of zakat funds at Baznas Kepahiang was influenced by the target that was not achieved due to minimal knowledge about zakat and Baznas. The strategy to increase the receipt of zakat funds at Baznas Kepahiang is formulated in the form of socialization and education, transparency and accountability, partnerships, and optimization of the use of digital technology where socialization and education require transparency and accountability in campaign materials to introduce Baznas Kepahiang and its activities. Good and routine socialization and education will build partnership relationships. Socialization and education will run successfully if supported by the use of digital technology. Transparency and accountability that are done well will maintain partner trust. Transparency and accountability require the growing use of digital technologies. Partnership relationships will be closer if strengthened by the use of digital technology.

Abstract

Abstract Wisata halal telah mengalami perkembangan yang dilirik oleh para industri yang bergerak dibidang pariwisata. Jawa Tengah merupakan provinsi terbesar yang ada di pulau Jawa. Jawa Tengah memiliki fasilitas yang lebih memiliki kesempatan dalam pengembangan pariwisata halal. Tujuan dari penelitian yakni untuk mengetahui seberapa potensi yang dimiliki oleh Jawa Tengah sehingga para pemangku kebijakan untuk mengembangkan wisata halal lenih baik. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian mengungkapkan bahwasanya wisata halal di Jawa Tengah memiliki beberapa potensi seperti jumlah populasi muslim yang di Jawa Tengah, halal produk yang sudah tersertifikasi halal, jumlah destinasi wisata, infrastruktur yang dimiliki, kemajuan pembayaran digital.
