Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discover the performance of the financial independence, the members’ welfare, and accessibility of microfinance institutions to the rural areas in the Tangerang District. To measure the financial dependence is using financial ratios. Measuring levels of performance of the members’ welfare and accessibility using Chi-Square. The results found that, first, the level of welfare of members. The coastal areas have a higher loan value than other regions. Expenditure and income of members, industrial areas have high levels of spending and revenues higher than other regions. The performance of a range to members based on a group basis. Second, the performance of financial independence, categorized as "Healthy". The coastal area is 86.40, the area around the industrial area is 85.71 and agricultural area is 83,73. Third, the level of non-performing loans, the coastal area is 0.03, the industrial area is 0,26, and the agricultural area is 0.19.DOI:  10.15408/sjie.v6i1.4637

Abstract

The one of the formal financial media that can reach (outreach) and welfare of poor rural communities is through MFIs (Microfinance Institutions). Of course, the MFI is the ‘healthy’ and financially independent. This study aims to reveal the performance of financial independence (MFIs semi-formal, especially the cooperative of the female members based) on the fishery area, North Tangerang, Banten. In addition, it also reveals the performance of MFIs in increasing the coverage to members. Hence, to address the issue of technical guidelines on the use of performance indicators (sustainability) of financial from regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises republic of Indonesia No. 20/Per/M.KUKM/XI/2008 and indicators organized by Ledgerwood (1999). The research found the fact that the MFI fishing communities (coastal) recorded the ‘healthy’category (KCP Pakuhaji = 93.40, KCP Mekar Baru = 85.90 and KCP Mauk = 79.90). In addition, the size of the financial health also seen a low level of bad debts (nonperforming loan) on a MFIs semi-formal members. The low nonperforming loan strongly associated with the institutional capacity to implement financing programs that already in the early design and is compatible with the wishes of the members.

Abstract

This study intends to explore the issue of employees’voluntary turnover at the stage of intention to quit, by testing the effect of the variables of psychological determinants (labor relations), i.e. organizational commitment, social commitment, religious commitment, and spiritual well-being as variables that allegedly can affect the intention to quit. Based on the differencece test of t-test, the findings of the study include five things. First, there was significant difference in the intention to quit of human resources in Islamic banks and non-Islamic banks. The average of the intention to quit of Islamic banks human resources was lower than that of the non-Islamic banks. Secondly, there was no significant difference between the organizational commitment of the human resources of Islamic banks and non-Islamic banks. Third, there was significant difference in the social commitment of the human resources of Islamic banks and non-Islamic banks. The average of the social commitment of the human resources of Islamic banks was higher than that of the non-Islamic banks. Fourth, there was significant difference in the religious commitment of the human resources of Islamic banks and non-Islamic banks. Fifth, there was significant difference in the spiritual well-being of the human resources of Islamic banks and non-Islamic banks.

Abstract

Political democracy should be equivalent to the economic development of the quality of democracy, economic democracy if not upright, even the owner of the ruling power and money, which is parallel to force global corporatocracy. Consequently, the economic oligarchy preservation reinforces control of production and distribution from upstream to downstream and power monopoly of the market. The implication, increasingly sharp economic disparities, exclusive owner of the money and power become fertile, and the end could jeopardize the harmony of the national economy. The loss of national economic identity that makes people feel lost the “pilot of the state”. What happens then is the autopilot state. Viewing unclear direction of the economy, the national economy should clarify the true figure.

Abstract

The city of Bogor, which is a service city, can collect more zakat. In order to strengthen the institution, professional ZIS management is needed. Bogor City National Amil Zakat Agency needs to make a strategy formulation. This study uses descriptive qualitative analysis methods with two management tools, namely Business Model Canvas (BMC) and Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Strategy formulation, Bogor City National Amil Zakat Agency with BMC consists of nine blocks, namely customer segments, value proportions, Channels ie, volunteers and UPZ, customer relations, revenue streams, vital resources, key activities, key partnerships, cost structures. Next, make a strategy map with BSC in four perspectives. Financial/social perspective, namely improving the welfare of Muslims in the City of Bogor, increasing ZIS income, and increasing the welfare of mustahik. The customer perspective is to increase awareness of ZIS, increase the collection and distribution of ZIS, increase the circulation of funds of the people towards a just economic life and increase the dignity of the mustahik towards prosperity and prosperity. Internal business process perspective that is socializing every step of BAZ through publication media, developing da'wah, developing volunteer networks, enhancing amiline capabilities, developing muzakki potential through various forums, building government and business support, building partnership relationships with various Islamic social institutions and programs. Learning and Growth Perspectives, namely disciplining financial reports and management of zakat, increasing the competence of staff and volunteers, improving the application of governance and SIMBA, and improving facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study was to explore the perceptions of ITB Ahmad Dahlan students towards Ahmad Dahlan's ITB canteen, as well as to find out the factors that caused students to want to visit Ahmad Dahlan's ITB canteen. Furthermore, after knowing these factors, this research will give priority to strategies that can be done by Ahmad Dahlan's ITB canteen to increase the number of visitors and consumers. The results showed that the students 'perceptions of the products and promotions of Ahmad Dahlan's ITB canteen were good enough and the students' perceptions of prices and places needed to be improved again. Furthermore, the results of the factors that cause students to visit Ahmad Dahlan's ITB canteen are advertising and social media factors, service quality factors, price factors, product factors, sales promotion factors and process / accuracy factors. The results of the strategy to increase the number of visitors and consumers of Ahmad Dahlan's ITB canteen are strategies to improve product quality, increase sales promotion, pricing strategies, strategies to improve service quality, improve advertising and social media and improve process / accuracy.

Abstract

The development of the Indonesian sharia banking industry approved this in a positive direction. In Indonesia, Islamic banks independently are still the most widely seen Islamic banks in terms of assets owned. Gold Installment Product is one of the products issued by Bank Syariah Mandiri, where this product is a bank facility as gold ownership for the community or the community. One model that is often used to measure consumer decisions in choosing a product is the AIDA model (Attention, Interests, Desires, Actions). This model talks about the various phases that consumers go through before they decide to buy a product or service. Some marketers follow this model to capture more consumers for their products The purpose of this study is to analyze the decision regarding the AIDA factor model of the purchase decision in gold installment products between Bank Syariah Mandiri Mayestik Branch and Kebun Jeruk branch In this study using quantitative analysis methods. This research was conducted in two places, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri branch office Mayestik branch and Kebun Jeruk branch. In this study the data collection technique was carried out by using a questionnaire survey method. While the technique of taking samples in this study using non-probability sampling technique is purposive sampling type. To analyze the influence, interests, desires, actions in each branch office using the F test and t test. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the Mayestik branch office is a significant influence of the AIDA model on the decision to use gold installment products. While in the orange orchard branch office does not have a significant influence on the decision to use gold installment products.

Abstract

The problem that exists in the company today is about training. Many employees do not respond to existing activity in the company. Therefore, the lack of interest in training is a problem that enterprises in the future must address. Based on this description, this study aims to analyze the effect of exercise and compensation on employee performance at PT Spinmill Indah Industry Tangerang. This study used a saturated sampling technique involving a sample of 65 employee respondents. The Data Analysis Technique Used in This Research Is Multiple Regression Analysis and Correlation Test with SPSS Version 20 software. The results showed that the correlation value was 94.1 percent. The Adjusted R Square Determination Coefficient valueis 88.6 percent, which means that all independent variables, namely training and compensation, have an enormous contribution together.
