Abstract

The younger generation is the backbone of the nation, which is expected in the future is able to pass on the baton of the relay of the struggle and the leadership of the nation in order to be better. Globalization has been going decline in morals, morals and decency, their impact is certainly related to problems towards them into free association. As the younger generation should think more clear avoid norms or decency layout deemed to deviate from the neighborhood association. Deviant behavior impacts as a result of free association may give rise to excesses or the social impact that also affect their behavior from drift norms, norms, morality or law that among other things consuming liquor, drugs/addictive substances, free Sex, gambling and so on. The issue of free association can be affected by the problem of the lack of social control especially of the elderly, the problem of uncontrolled environments as well as the existence of the Era of globalization. The influence of strong drink among teenagers enough potentially to the problems of crime in particular sexual crimes, crimes through fights between free-range. In order to reduce the problem of free association, then it takes the role of religious figures. Because religion is one of the alternatives in reducing and tackling the existence of free intercourse among teenagers. In addition the role of families is very important in shaping the personality of the adolescent, because from a parent or keluargalah fortress personal resilience of teenagers can be formed. Abstract

Human life can not be separated with transport services, because humans need transportation services to meet the needs of his life. As the development of science and technology, used by companies to provide transportation services transportation services online. The company's Go-Jek, Grab, danUber now present in a society of the city of Manado. Go-Jek is transportation services using motor-driven online. This application can be downloaded via google play for users of android and apple's app store for the user. Applications Go-Jek also serves other online services such as GoCar, Go-Mart, Go-Shop, Go-Massage, Go-Clean, Go-Send, Bluebird, and GoGlam. One of the services available are Go-Car. Go-Car is an online community-based transport using the car as a medium transport. The car used is a kind of private vehicles like the agya, ayla, avansa, xenia, terios, rush and other personal vehicles. Go-Car give maximum service to the user Go-Carlike, friendly drivers, give discounts (discounts via go-pay), the circumstances, the availability of good car sweets and mineral water as well as affordability.  The presence technological advancement the taxi online existence can not be avoided. Taxi online community became the choice because it is considered better than conventional public transport. Both in terms of services, the comfort and certainty of the price for this is less perceived while using conventional transportation services. With the Go-Car in the town of Manado, passenger transport which have official permission from Dishub (Department of transportation) feel marginalized by continually increasing the online Go Transit-Car which, according to their perceptions of lowers the earnings of other transport driver because many passengers who switch to using the services of Go-Car.. Abstract

The family is the basic cell of society as the formation of religious values and culture to every human being on which different though, learning to live together with others and to belong to each other. The family also became the starting point for building a "repent ecologically" that will grow and develop change and renewal of the attitudes and actions of living environmentally in building integrity to live together. The husband and wife relationship is the most important relationship in the family. The quality of the relationship that's very influential contribution to family life. Although the husband and wife are generally good, both are nonetheless difficult to achieve happiness when their relationship with children is compromised. Then for the sake of their happiness, its full husband and wife need a good relationship with their children. As is the case in the relationship between husband and wife, the relationship between parents and children also contains some facet i.e. in terms in terms of feelings, thoughts, and in terms of the will or a will. The integrity of shared life understood as a harmonious relation between human to human, human to human creation and nature with God the creator. Wholeness of life includes humans and the environment. Environmental functions buffer fairy life are especially important. Therefore, management and development is directed to maintain its presence in the dynamic balance to be utilized for the welfare of most live together. Abstract

To ensure the achievement of business goals and objectives as stated in the opening of the State Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia year 1945 general election need to be executed to generate the representatives of the people and the Government of the Democratic based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Whether a successful implementation process concurrent general elections April 17, 2019 as a National agenda is set not just on one side only, but will be the shared responsibility of all electoral stakeholders in the unity of the Republic of Indonesia which we love do we as Governments or as the organizer of the election (Election Commission, BAWASLU, DKPP); The participants of the election (political party for the elections of members of Parliament, members of Provincial, Regency/City DPRD members; individuals for DPD, and candidates proposed by political parties or political parties combined). The Government should give a trial on all the people, the atmosphere is conducive in the implementation of the election does not belong to a group of interests, Government Officials in this case should be an example and a role model in the Westernization of Pancasila. Political parties serve as a means of political education and increasing participation but in reality a lot of the behavior and attitudes of assumed the party who did not educate the public, the occurrence of dualism leadership marked the existence of conflict internal party; or partner aspiring to grow increasing the political participation of society only offers a program with the promise – a promise that pompous in the campaign by not considering the ability of the nation's economy. Organizers in organizing general elections must have a high commitment, high integrity and independent to achieve democracy through the elections with emphasis on principles of organizing elections that independent, Honest, fair, Orderly, legal certainty, the public interest, Proportionality, openness, professionalism, accountability, efficiency, effective, and accessibility as a people's mandate through electoral legislation. Abstract

Rambu Solo' is a traditional ceremony of the death of the Toraja society which aims at respecting and delivering deceased died towards the realms of the spirit, namely back to immortality along their ancestors in a resting place.Custom made by torajans has plenty of enticing tourists within the country and abroad who still looks liked a habit that smells of mystique as did by the Toraja ceremony in Rambu Solo'.What if the customs that are considered sacred simply becomes a free spectacle by the tourists who were present at the time of the ceremony to take place, not just a cultural role Rambu Solo' in concerned with the sustainability of the progress or of the the tourism. Because after all the custom Rambu Solo' identity is the Torajans who became the basis of the character of the local people.The role of the Government in the activities of the Rambu Solo' support the economy of the area although there are still many other elements that can support it. It can be said that there are no obstacles the Government participate in preserving Culture Rambu Solo'.Things that are very fundamental to the Toraja society especially in the village of Ke'te' Kesu’ yourself must be preserved so that this culture is not eroded by the times. Abstract

Organization or Forum as container where people get together, work together in a rational and systematic, in utilizing the resources of the Organization efficiently and effectively to achieve the objectives that have been determined. Cooperation was generally done by following the pattern of interactions between any individual or group to interact within and outside the organization. Interaction patterns are aligned with different rules, norms, beliefs, certain values as set forth the Organization's interaction patterns within a specified time will form a habit or form joint cultural organization always control the members of the organization. Student Forum of Tidore Islands City (FOMAKATI) is also a social organization of the region is the city of Manado. This organization is students of Tidore Islands City origin study in Manado City founded an organization of associations. This Forum was created to be shared between interaction containers among the students of Tidore Islands City during a study in Manado. FOMAKATI is an organization that consists of various individuals who have diverse backgrounds. This then makes the contradiction or conflict fought fellow members. The conflicts that occur in the FOMAKATI seen in the miscommunication and the separation of certain positions based on the difference in views and interests when the process of deliberation the turn of Chairman. The separation of the strongholds as mentioned by stewards and members due to ego-ego Group organization incorporated in Cipayung returning compete to snatch an important position in FOMAKATI. Abstract

In the life of society, it is reasonable and possible, as each individual has different interests and when the interests between one another individual or group interests collided with other groups then there was a conflict. The appearance of a conflict cannot be separated from the life of a society, because the conflict is a phenomenon that cannot be eliminated from social interaction. The conflict can only be controlled and minimized, so that conflicts do not arise until the life threatening society, nation and State. In this integration has always been the hope and is able to solve problems that arise due to social conflicts. Sahu Timur subdistrict of the arrival of the Homesteader and other settlers. Compound it includes religious and tribal culture. There are at least some villagers Trans spread across the Eastern subdistrict Sahu. In indirect villagers Trans also has cultural compound carried by each ethnic group. The arrangement of the compound as it was, the community is a condition susceptible to conflict, in the process of intermingling between the natives of West Halmahera Regency with the Homesteader and other entrants. Nevertheless, its people coexist and the integration process in district Eastern Sahu is going well although there are ripples of conflict but it does not interfere with the harmony of the community. Community Trans village saw that restricting factor also greatly affect the process of social integration of the latest quick, one of the factors restricting the process of social integration that is a difference of religion, tribe, ethnic differences, language, and different the opinion at the time of discussion and Expat communities are usually always bring their own culture even though different cultures where high places them right now, so in the circumstances such need to Act from Government or a good village apparatus for harmonious these different cultures so that there are no problems or conflicts because of such differences. Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a natural beauty that comes with its own characteristics and cultural diversity, necessitating an increase in the tourism sector in order to utilize the natural resources, especially in Indonesia. Monsen in Pitana (2005). This is because tourism is a sector which is considered profitable and potential to be developed as one of the assets that are used as a source of income for the people and the State. Tourism is one that can not be separated to become the flagship program in every region in Indonesia as Bali became a tourist destination (DTW) most popular in Indonesia. Not just in Bali who got the recognition of international level. Up in the easternmost region in Papua Indonesia namely the fame with the beauty of the sights of Raja Ampat. In the utilization of interest often raises various problems that can often occur in the community therefore desperately needed close attention from local governments in order to give an understanding in the community so that the community does not misapply about utilization of tourist attractions. The island cats are utilized for the benefit of society and nature sustainability while keeping in the village of Fukweu has given a positive impact against the economic activities that can lift the welfare of society in particular local communities, in utilization of Cat Island tourist attraction no doubt will lead to the man who is the perpetrator..
