Abstract

In Indonesia which consists of various ethnic groups, there are also cultural tattoos. Cultural heritage are found in two ethnic groups in Indonesia, the Dayak in Kalimantan and Mentawai tribe, the Mentawai Islands of inland. The tattoo is a native culture heritage of ancestors who have been there since antiquity. Tattoos for the tribe considered sacred because if they are in the tattoo means will be considered an adult.In   today tattoo has become a reflection for the existence of the society, especially young people.  This get that tattoo is no longer belonged to the clan of thugs and artists, but has become the property of the whole community who love tattoos . The reality shows that the consumption of a tattoo is dominated by young people, both in rural and in urban areas.   On young people in Manado City own tattoos also started a lot of interest. Tattoo enthusiasts not only exist in men, but women have a lot to dare to make the tattoos on his body.The shifting cultural values that were affected by the progress of the era make tattoos for young children into a lifestyle. These changes are caused by the influence of European culture that viewed it a tattoo art, many public figures also use tattoos. Abstract

From regional and its user point of view, Tontemboan language is the largest among the other vernacular languages in Minahasa. In practice, as the other vernacular languages, it is less frequently used, due to the progress of the community and of the  propagation of Melayu Manado. The younger generation less and less speaks the language using Bahasa Indonesia for daily communication. Many expression denoting cultural value are found in the language. This cultural value may disappear when the language is not practiced anymore. One way to preserve this cultural value is by doing this kind of research. The  outcomes of the research are as the following: there are 6 step in the rice cultivation, i.e. (1) opening the land, (2) selecting the seed, (3) planting the seedling, (4) nursing the plant, (5) to crop, (6) making use of the crop.There are 40 expressions denoting cultural meaning which influence the way of thinking, i.e. appreciating time, working hard, helping each other, working together. The conclusion of the research is that through systematic steps, the Tontemboan farmers systematically work step by step, taking care of the land and plant, and have a plan to make use of their crop, meaning having a futurological view. Abstract

As a community economic institution, the market is an expression of social relations. This is due to economic activity being an integral part of social life. The traditional market is still a trading center for basic materials and is the main goal in marketing the produce of agricultural, livestock, and fisheries. In this case the traditional market is functioning closer to the distance between consumers and producers to meet the needs of life. Bersehati Market is one of the largest markets in Manado city, where the traditional market operates 24 hours nonstop and daily activities without holidays. Vegetables are a fast-damaged commodity that requires special handling, that is to require vegetable traders to distribute to consumers faster so that the marketing path is as short as possible, knowing the nature of Vegetable traders need a network as a bond between each other. The availability of network in vegetable traders in the Bersehati market is a top priority to gain access to marketing, distribution and information on the availability of goods.Social networks that grow in a community of vegetable traders are very likely to contribute significantly in supporting the fluency activity in vegetable trading. Social networking plays an important role in distributing and marketing goods in the markets of Bersehati.This research is a study using a qualitatively descriptive approach. Where the research seeks to provide descriptive descriptions or descriptions, of a systematic and actual collection of objects examined in the facts.Good relations, avoiding forms of deviations against social norms that apply in trade so as to create a sense of social solidarity. The economic actions performed both are related to the sustainability of the capital, marketing tends to be colored with social relationships in relation to the network.Keywords: social capital, vegetable trader, marketing

Orimoi is a cult of muteral helping among peoples, The Character of this is the description of the character of man of Tabaru, it is the leader of people in a bigger group and related to the activity of Orimoi. Everi Ngone (torang semua) of west Helmahera people look at the presentness of themselves in the Orimoi instituon as an honor, and the new number highly feels happy and honorable to carry out the responsibility together (annonimos)In the Orimoi, the ctructural organization can not be seen, since there is only one line of command which as to be heard by every members. It is title of the group of peoples that has been given to the adult man, even more exactly the heard master of old man, who is health, strong, smart prudent and has an influence in the peoples when he is to be domicile, even to the other people outside.The title to give without the process of election and it is never dispossessed on even in hrited. Basicl the title to be given because there is a merit to be very useful for the interest of people in general, in particular the peoples that can enjoy it. The leader. The leader of Orimoi group is only a command to coordinate all the activity of group so that the authorization of a leader has to be seen that he is to be eversed in his group, and also to the other group. Working continuously from the farmland owned by the members of one group, is a rule for the system of Orimoi group. The number of workers and working hours has to be same for all the group to cultivated the land of every member of the group Orimoi When there is amember of group cannot work (because of sick or other prevention), then, te leader has to be prudent to manage it. According to the tradition, the worker cannot work can be substited by the other worker (but from family him self or a member of the group), It is a primary chance before entering in to she working group it self.Orimoi is a value in heritance is very known by the peoples with is primary activity in farming sector and it still grows the primary principle of cooperation in farm cultivation is the highest spirit of working to rise the farming production; this fundamental principle is very known by all the members of Orimoi.In its application the cult of Orimoi is tobe tool of guide for the productive working spirit and working in togetherness. Orimoi cult or working together and help each other had is roots and being culture in the community custom of Tabaru. Abstract

Cap Tikus is a traditional liquor in Minahasa. He is not a brand. Itscommunal nature caused the Cap Tikus to be hard to protect with theintellectual property law regime. Beverages with 40-50 percent ethanol contentis produced by traditional methods and techniques. The knowledge oftraditional Cap Rat has been done from generation to generation from theirancestors.There is no definite record since when Cap Tikus became a commoditytraded everywhere, but a mild Manuscript of Minahasa cultural history writtenby Jessy Wenas noted that Cap Tikus was already marketed in 1512-1523. It issold by Chinese merchants in the Amsterdam Fort, Manado. Consumers ofSpanish traders and sailors, there is no written document why this drink iscalled Cap Tikus. Abstract

Land problems can give rise to a legal dispute which originated from a complaint something parties (persons/entities) contain objections or demands for land rights, be it the status of land or rights of ownership with the hope of obtaining administrative resolution in accordance with the applicable provisions. The case or the conflict over land occurring almost throughout Indonesia. The observations indicate that there is a land dispute shows almost the same pattern, different cases of land disputes concerning the fate of the people was almost entirely takes a fairly long and long process complete.The methods used in this study i.e., qualitative descriptive. The high rates sales of Honda motorcycles brands today, shows the demand of motor vehicles, especially two-wheeler that can be assumed to be no longer a secondary requirement but began to turn into a primary requirement. Seeing these conditions cause more businesses are required to have appropriate strategies to meet the target sales volume. Given the increasingly dynamic development of technology, people are required to quickly and precisely to act so as not to compete. Size of the potential market for motorcycles led to increasing competition. Through increased productivity, innovation and marketing as well as network management supported continuous improvement efforts in a variety of business processes, information technology and human resource quality, PT. Daya Adicipta Wisesa will overcome these challenges. The success of the marketing activities of a company is determined by the ability of the company to explore the perceptions of buyers or consumers, so as to know why someone would prefer to buy a product and brand Honda is not other brands. Abstract

Father as the head of the household therefore he must take full responsibility in the form of protecting the family and make a living for the needs of the family. While a mother is a housewife who does not have to support the family, it is also not forbidden to work if given permission.The phenomenon that occurs in society is the increasing number of women to assist in earning a living, as well as being driven by the needs of a little family economy, women are increasingly able to express themselves in the midst of families and Community.A mother with a trader has a double role. This role in addition to being a coaching in the family to work hard but also sustain economic life in the family.A qualitative study method based on the philosophy of post positivism or interpretive, is a naturalistic, qualitative method of research in which the process is inductive.In the activity as a merchant mother does not diminish her role as a mother in the household, such as taking care of the house and family despite the time to trade but them still run the responsibility well. Tourism as an industry is the existence of very complex and very sensitive to the various changes and development. The changes mainly related to desire or motivation of the tourists who always want to find and enjoy something new to the gratification of desire or his personal experience, something different from ever perceived before. Local cultural variety which can be used as assets that cannot be likened to local culture other countries. Local cultural specificity of this often interesting views other countries.Kota Manado as a tourism destination culinary especially already exist since launching of culinary tourism area Wakeke since 2004 by the local governments. The development of tourism not only the government only in presenting the potential of nature and culture.The participation of all components in terms of business, developers and services not separated from the vision and mission to attract tourists interested in visiting into a tourist destination.
