Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengidentifikasi determinan harga saham berdasarkan audit opinion, audit delay dan tingkat profitabilitas 25 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Indeks Pefindo 25. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data seperti harga saham, audit delay, audit opinion setiap periode tahun sejak tahun 2018 hingga 2020 dengan total 75 data yang terkumpul. Penelitian ini menggunakan software e-views untuk menganalisis data secara statistik dengan menggunakan fixed effect model, common effect model, uji chow, hausmann test untuk menentukan hasil uji F, uji T dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menerangkan bahwa tidak ditemukannya pengaruh antara audit opinion, audit delay secara parsial terhadap harga saham. Namun didapati profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Lebih lanjut secara simultan ditemukan bahwa audit opinion, audit delay, dan profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

Persaingan dalam bisnis ritel saat ini membuat perusahaan menawarkan keunggulan produknya masing-masing. Konsumen semakin selektif dalam memilih suatu barang yang dibutuhkan. Oleh karena itu perusahaan ritel harus dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dengan strategi yang tepat agar mampu bersaing secara kompetitif. Perusahaan ritel dikatakan berhasil menjalankan fungsinya apabila mampu menjual produknya lalu memperoleh profit semaksimal mungkin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan, serta pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan pengunjung Prima Freshmart Cirebon. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) sebagai alat analisis data. Hasilnya adalah kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan; kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; serta kepuasan pelanggan memediasi kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

The aims of this study were 1) to find out the process of refining nutmeg oil in the sole owner of the plantation (parkenir) from the Dutch heritage of Van Den Broeke and the surrounding nutmeg farmers to meet the raw materials for producing nutmeg oil. 2) Analyze the feasibility of refining nutmeg oil. 3) Analyze sensitivity. Market aspect analysis was carried out by searching digital markets such as shopee, Bukalapak to find out nutmeg oil products with various packages and nutmeg oil content abys aromatherapy and selling prices for various package sizes. The number of buyers for various sizes shows the consumer's response to nutmeg oil as aromatherapy. Analysis of technical aspects is obtained by collecting data on technology, processing, and investment in distillation equipment at the Van den Broeke parkenir in Walang village, Banda sub-district. These data form the basis of production capacity analysis. Investment planning, the need for raw materials and labor increased gradually over three years. The number of workers in the micro industry is not more than five people. This research was conducted at Parkenir Van den Broek, Walang Village, Banda sub-district, Central Maluku Regency. The determination of the research location was carried out purposively, with the consideration that Parkenir Van den Broek is the only nutmeg plantation with an area of ​​12.5 ha and has distillation equipment in Banda. The results of the calculation of the investment feasibility criteria in this production process are: 1. The NPV (Net Present Value) of the nutmeg oil refining industry generates an NPV or net profit at the end of the project, which is Rp. 53,836,063 Because the NPV value is > 0, this business is feasible. 2. Net B/C (Net Benefit Cost Ratio) The nutmeg oil refining industry produces a Net B/C value of 1.26. This means that the nutmeg oil refining industry is feasible because the Net B/C value is > 1. 3. The IRR (Internal Rate Of Return) The nutmeg oil refining industry is feasible because it obtains an IRR > 18%, namely 54%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of work facilities on employee performance at LPP RRI Ambon. The facilities in the entire workspace at the LPP RRI Ambon office in the HR section are 8 facilities needed and 6 facilities are in good condition and 2 are in bad condition. In general, there are 17 units of facilities needed and 10 facilities in good condition and 7 facilities in bad condition. Partial regression coefficient t test was conducted to determine the effect of each independent variable. To find out whether the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted or vice versa is tested by comparing the tsig value <α = 0.05, the independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable. Vice versa if tsig > α = 0.05 then the independent variable has no significant effect on the dependent variable. In the Finance section there are 18 units of facilities needed with 10 units of facilities in good condition and 8 in bad condition. Program Planning and Evaluation Section (Programming) where there are 23 units of facilities needed with 15 units of facilities in good condition and 8 units in bad condition. News review and communication (news) where there are 14 required facility units with 12 facility units in good condition and 2 in bad condition. Studio and New Media Engineering with 15 units of facilities needed and 13 units of facilities in good condition and 2 units of facilities in bad condition. Broadcasting and Public Service Infrastructure Engineering with 63 units of facilities needed with 52 units of facilities in good condition and 11 units of facilities in bad condition. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that work facilities are very important for the continuity of employee performance at LPP RRI Ambon.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of archive management on the work effectiveness of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Ambon. The problems faced by PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Ambon, namely: Not optimal arrangement of archives at the office, where archives are only placed in several containers such as: on cardboard, plastic, or just stacked. As a result, it causes disruption to the archive retrieval process because it is not stored in one good place, thus disrupting the service process for its users and requiring a long time (more than 30 minutes) to search for the required data, whereas in theory The Liang Gie (2007) ) archive discovery standard 1 minute. Simple linear regression analysis according to Riduwan (2010) regression or forecasting is a process of systematically estimating what is most likely to happen in the future. based on past and present information that is owned so that errors can be minimized. used to test the effect of the independent variable (independent) namely the arrangement of files (X) on the dependent variable (the dependent) namely work effectiveness (Y). Arranging archives or managing archives needs to be done properly and maximally, in order to make it easier for employees to carry out their duties so as to increase employee effectiveness. Archival facilities owned by PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Ambon is not sufficient, only (two) 2 wooden cupboards and several odner folders are available for storing archives. There is no special room for archive storage, so archives are stored in the meeting room or in the employee's office. The lack of facilities as a tool to support the equipment used is also a major factor in the smooth running of the filing process. So far, archive handling has been handled by employees who also hold the position of secretary, causing archive management to be ineffective, because the work being done is not focused on one area. just. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing, it shows that the Archive Management variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness (Y) at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Ambon. This is evidenced by the coefficient value of the archive management variable of 4.422 which is greater than t table of 2.048407 and the significant value of the employee work effectiveness variable of 0.00 which is less than 0.05, this means that Ha is accepted. In conclusion, the arrangement of archives affects the work effectiveness of employees at the PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Ambon..

Abstract

UD. Aira Fiberglass is a company engaged in the manufacture of fiberglass-based boats and boats, a company located in Kaloli Village, Central Maluku. In 2019 out of 100 ships only 50 were completed, in 2020 out of 100 ships only 85 were completed and in 2021 out of 100 ships only 80 were completed due to frequent work accidents due to the lack of awareness of workers about the importance of using PPE when working. This study aims to assess how much influence occupational health and safety has on employee performance at UD. Aira Fiberglass Central Maluku. This type of research data is processed from the results of distributing questionnaires to UD employees. Aira Fiberglass as many as 30 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, to explain the description of research related to the hypothesis by using the analysis: validity test, t test (partial). Based on the results of data analysis for the significant test, the t test shows that the occupational health (X1) and occupational safety (X2) variables partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Aira Fiberglass.From the results of this study, it can be seen that occupational health and safety have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with multiple linear regression test results having a significant value of 0.000 below the 0.05 significant level, the significant level test results show significant level results for all variables below 0.05

Abstract

Ministry of law and human rights In the the territory of Maluku was one of many agiencies whose employment performance was influenced by education and training. This makes education and training invaluable to employees in order to perform a job well so that purpose of the offices could be reached. So the study aims to see how much educations and training affect office works performance.This study is an empirical study, with the population being all employees of law and human right in the the ministry of Maluku. The sampling technique used an approach using the Slovin formula and the sample size was 57 respondents. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis, where the hypothesis test uses t-statistical test to test the partial regression coefficient with a significance level of 0.05 or 5%.A study of 57 respondents concluded that competence as a positive influence to the performance of employees of Ministry Of Law And Human Right In The Province of Maluku. It is proven by the coefficient determin obtained from this study of 0,761 it show that 76,1% employees performance in the affected by education and training while 23,9% is affected by other variables. Based on these results it is concluded that Competence Affect The Performance Of Employees Of Region’s Of Law And Human Rights The Ministry Of Maluku.

Abstract

Measurement of the level of community satisfaction must be carried out on an ongoing basis because people's lives will continue to change in terms of their wants, needs and demands as well as consumption patterns in line with changes in the business world environment and technological developments. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality on the satisfaction of the people who use the services of the Ambon City Investment and One-Stop Services Office. data were collected from 100 respondents randomly and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. This research has differences from several previous studies which were replicated in the form of analysis techniques and differences in research locations which were culturally, economically and socially different from previous research locations.Based on descriptive analysis, the average score of the Five Dimensions of Service Quality which indicates the level of customer satisfaction with public service performance is as follows: reliability dimension, assurance dimension, responsiveness dimension, direct evidence dimension ( tangibles), and dimensions of empathy (empathy).Based on inferential analysis, (loading factor) which shows the contribution of a dimension to the factor formed in this case is the quality of public service performance at the Ambon City One-Stop Investment and Integrated Service Office, successively from the largest to the smallest is as following: responsiveness dimension, reliability dimension, assurance dimension, tangibles dimension and empathy dimension. Abstract

The Maluku GraPARI Service Unit is currently faced with a business competition in cellular telecommunications operator services with a number of other cellular telecommunications operators in the country. The problem of this research is how the effect of service quality on SIMCard GSM kartuHALLO customer satisfaction and the purpose of this research is to test and analyze service quality on SIMCard GSM kartuHALLO customer satisfaction.This research was conducted to achieve the research objectives that have been set, namely to identify and analyze the level of importance of each attribute dimension of service quality in creating total customer satisfaction for SIMCard GSM kartuHALO Telkomsel services. samples taken as many as 100 samples. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires to kartuHALO customers. Multiple Regression Analysis is used to measure the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable.The results of the analysis show that the F-test statistical test shows that the independent variables tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction using the SIMCard Telkomsel HALLO card.tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have a positive and significant influence on kartuHALO user satisfaction. This means that every increase in tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy is in line with an increase in customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakter personal dan gender tenaga pendidik terhadap tingkat ketakutan terhadap teknologi computer (technophobia).         Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga pendidik tingkat SMU/SMK di kota Ambon sedangkan sampel yang diambil adalah tenaga pendidik yang mengampu mata pelajaran Akuntansi di SMU/SMK di kota Ambon.          Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regressi berganda yang akan memberikan gambaran faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap technophobia tenaga pendidik akuntansi di kota Ambon.          Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel gender tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan  0.271 dengan nilai probabilitas 0.000 dan jika diukur dengan derajat signifikan yang digunakan adalah 0,05  maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan  atau tidak signifikan antara variable gender dengan Technophobia sehingga hipotesis yang diusulkan dalam penelitian ini ditolak. Sedangkan variable karakter personal memiliki hubungan signifikan 0.013 ≤ 0.05 sehingga karakter personal memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap Technophobia sehingga hipotesis diterima.          Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagi perkembangan dunia pendidikan di Indonesia pada umumnya dan di kota Ambon khususnya terkait peningkatan kualitas tenaga pendidik di daerah yang bertujuan untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan menciptakan bibit unggul yang mampu bersaing di dalam negeri maupun di luar negeri.
