Abstract

There are externalities as a result of street vendors economic activities. The externalities may be negatives and may be positives.The method used to collect data through literature and the data collected is secondary data from reports and research publication. Negative externalities caused by the street vendors are accessibility of public spaces, garbage, open space inharmony, dirty and untidy, traffic congestion, pedestrian interference and the possibility of diseases due to lack of sanitation. Tragedy of the commons happened due to excessive uses of public facilities resulting in reduced or loss of its function. The Positive externalities are generate jobs, as a distributor, security, bring the servicecloser to the customers and means of recreation. In the newinstitutional economic point of view, the government needs to intervene as a governing body to avoid the tragedy of the commons over excessive use of public resources in the form of an open area which supposed to be able to be utilised by the society.

Abstract

Slowing global economic growth and a decline in the level of trust business institutions in the Euro Area and the United Kingdom to Indonesia contributed to an economic slowdown in Indonesia. Although economic growth in Indonesia alone to increase, but it can not support the climate of the industry that is conducive and  increasing purchasing power, as is still needed "invisible hand" of the government to minimize the "Transaction Cost" and "Relational Contract" and wages rill employees decreased resulting in decreased demand society to product processing industry which led to the departure of some foreign companies in Indonesia. The governments economic policy issued gradually expected to accelerate Indonesia out of the "vicious circle" both economic slowdown and improve Indonesias competitiveness, in order to spur national economic growth and a better investment. Government policy hope will support company to make their business sustainable

Abstract

The biggest challenge of management today is wining talent war. Talent war is a situationwhen the company beat their competitors vying with each other to obtain the best talent in thelabor market. One strategy to win this war talent with talent management is implemented to define,discover, develop, and manage and retain talented employees in an effort to achievestrategic goalsand future business needs. The results showed the company has been able to align talentmanagement strategies with business strategies, creating a 360o assessment, developing a talentmindset, but the generational competence approach has not been done in a structured and tends tobe partial.

Abstract

Charter and ASEAN blueprint towards the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in 2015, has been agreed by the members, characterized by  a new round of joint commitment that is legally binding. AEC Blueprint will give direction of ASEAN as a regional production base and single market. The blueprint is supported by the five essential pillars namely: the free flow of goods, services, investment, skilled labor, and freer flow  of capital. Efforts to realize the ASEAN as a regional production base and single market is certainly provides a lot of great opportunities and challenges for Indonesia. In this regard, the  main sectors which require improvement are professional human capital and competent. Without improvements in this sector, efforts to achieve the Indonesian government for human capital to compete with other countries in Southeast Asia will be difficult. Therefore, in facing such competition, the Indonesian government should prepare a Human Resources (HR) were skilled, intelligent and competitive that Indonesian human resources able to compete.

Abstract

This research explains how the partnerships system built between the comunnities arround the mine with coal mining company. Citizens fostered independence catfish farm business trought programs binuang original catfish  farming system (si Bule Albinoe), the company manages CSR citizens trought funds managed by LPB Baprida. This study used descriptive qualitative approach, data are obtained primarily trought interviews with the target group, secondary data obtained from LPB Baprida. The result showed ; 1) system partnership undertaken by the company  has been very precisely so as to increase income of farmers catfish. 2). a huge market demand of the catfish into opprtunities by catfish farmers in the cultivation development. 3). expand the marketing network of catfish up to the modern market. 4) in the development catfish farming is often monopolized by midlemen so that advantage by catfish farmers againt reduced. This may affect the interest of farmers in developing catfish, but the market demand for the development of this very large catfish.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of a credit program (KUR) in state-owned banks (KUR program of study at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Office Majalaya). The method used is a qualitative method of data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and non-participant observation. Data analysis techniques, namely the reduction of data, display data and then drawing conclusions. While testing is done by triangulation of data and discussions with members of the research team.Results from the study showed that the implementation process of granting KUR fairly and efficiently. That is the process of credit supply is in accordance with the legislation in force, both legislation and circulars BRI. So even in terms of processing time relatively quickly with quite a lot of stages.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  After the economic crisis hit almost all developing countries in 1997 ago, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) has been demonstrated as a bussiness sector that is able to survive in the storm crisis. The fact is that then able to deflect the direction of governmenteconomic policy. From the pro capitalist becomes more populist. Small and medium enterprisesubsequently deemed to have a strategic role in national economic development. With the flexibility that is owned, SMEs is considered one sector to reduce unemployment and improve people’s lives. The purpose of this research to identify the role of state/government,in case regional government (Pemda Tk II) Kotamadya Surabaya, for empowerment UKM Paguyuban jajan Pasar. How the government’s efforts to give a space conducive to UKM.

Abstract

This study raised concerns about the Islamic culture on Rabbani Holding, which has been widely known as a company that produces products of Islamic fashion in Bandung and has received awards from various institutions. Nevertheless, Rabbani  keep innovating organization driven by company dynamic and its cultural values. Research on islamic culture at a fashion company area  is still rare in Bandung due to fashion business itself has been just rapidly growing in recent years. Thus, it becomes very interesting subject to study, especially if associated with organizational innovation. This study used qualitative research methods through extracting information (interviews) in depth, literature, and field observations. Data processed by the coding technique and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that Islamic organizational culture in Rabbani Holding has been implemented consistently and continously evolving. Islamic culture which has been applied in Rabbani is fundamental in driving performance in all its business functions, where its culture consists of consumer focus, employee focus, quality focus and organization focus which includes the core values of Rabbani organizational  innovation.
