Abstract

This study raised concerns about the Islamic culture on Rabbani Holding, which has been widely known as a company that produces products of Islamic fashion in Bandung and has received awards from various institutions. Nevertheless, Rabbani  keep innovating organization driven by company dynamic and its cultural values. Research on islamic culture at a fashion company area  is still rare in Bandung due to fashion business itself has been just rapidly growing in recent years. Thus, it becomes very interesting subject to study, especially if associated with organizational innovation. This study used qualitative research methods through extracting information (interviews) in depth, literature, and field observations. Data processed by the coding technique and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that Islamic organizational culture in Rabbani Holding has been implemented consistently and continously evolving. Islamic culture which has been applied in Rabbani is fundamental in driving performance in all its business functions, where its culture consists of consumer focus, employee focus, quality focus and organization focus which includes the core values of Rabbani organizational  innovation.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research tries to improve local competitive advantage through of creative industry potentials development. The research method used is qualitative approach and contextual technique of local competitive advantage development in East Priangan region with the following stages (1) Collecting secondary data through literature review and related intitutions (2) Understanding of local competitive advantage and creative industries concept (3) Mapping creative industries potential (4) Identifying the most potentialy creative industries and analysis. The results showed that the sub-sectors of the most potential creative industry in each region are the Mendong Handicraft Industry (Tasikmalaya City), the Akar Wangi Handicraft Industry (Garut Regency), the Coconut Handicraft Industry (Ciamis Regency) according to the competitive advantage concept. They also have local resources and supported by government protection policies. Moreover they have both domestic and foreign markets. In order to have competitive advantage sustainability, required collaboration and cooperation of all related parties in an entrepreneurial ecosystem of each creative industry regions.  Keywords : Local Competitive Advantage, Creative Industry, East Priangan, ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berupaya untuk membantu meningkatkan keunggulan daya saing lokal melalui pengembangan potensi industri kreatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik kontekstual mengenai pengembangan keunggulan daya saing lokal di wilayah Priangan Timur dengan tahapan (1) Mengumpulkan data sekunder melalui tinjauan pustaka dan institusi terkait (2) Pemahaman konteks keunggulan daya saing lokal dan industri kreatif (3) Pemetaan potensi industri kreatif (4) Identifikasi industri kreatif yang paling berpotensi dan analisisnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subsektor dari industri kreatif yang paling berpontensi di masing-masing daerah adalah Industri Kerajinan Anyaman Mendong (Kota Tasikmalaya), Industri Kerajinan Akar Wangi (Kab. Garut), Kerajinan Lidi Kelapa (Kab. Ciamis) berdasarkan konsep keunggulan daya saing, memiliki sumber daya lokal dan dukungan kebijakan perlidungan dari pemerintah, serta telah memiliki pasar domestik dan luar negeri. Untuk memiliki keunggulan daya saing berkelanjutan, dibutuhkan kolaborasi dan kerjasama dari semua pihak yang terlibat di dalam ekosistem kewirausahaan di setiap wilayah industri kreatif tersebut.Kata kunci : Keunggulan Daya Saing Lokal, Industri Kreatif, Priangan Tim

Abstract

Corporate Entrepreneurship (CE) has become an interesting area of ​​academic research today. This study aims to systematically analyze global trends and various current focus of CE research on CE and is expected to be a reference for CE researchers. The data is taken from the Scopus database with a time span of 2010-2020. Data were processed with Excel 2016 to analyze the main features of CE studies, including annual publication trends, authors, author's institution and country of origin, journals, references, and keywords. Data processing is then mapped visually using VOSviewer. The results of this study can provide a clear picture of the field of EK as well as can help academics to get focus on the direction of EK research in terms of exploitation and exploration in this field for future research. Abstract

Corporate entrepreneurship becomes an innovation and creativity in solving problems and finding opportunities to improve business processes and enhance organizational performance. This study aims to explore successful corporate entrepreneurship initiatives at Gojek Indonesia to enhance competitiveness and provide added value to Gojek users and partners. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review to identify, evaluate, and interpret all relevant sources. The results show that an innovative organizational culture, visionary leadership, and adequate resource availability support Corporate Entrepreneurship (CE) at Gojek. Gojek Indonesia has successfully implemented various innovative corporate entrepreneurship initiatives, such as developing GoPay and GoFood products, strategic partnerships with Tokopedia, and employee empowerment through training and development programs. The positive impact of corporate entrepreneurship at Gojek is evident in various aspects, including increased innovation and creativity, higher adaptability, operational efficiency, more comprehensive market penetration, increased customer loyalty and satisfaction, and long-term growth and sustainability. Therefore, corporate entrepreneurship is a critical element of modern business strategy that helps companies stay relevant and competitive and provide added value to users, partners, and the broader community

Abstract

This study explores the application of intrapreneurship principles in the growth of the e-commerce fashion brand CultureBasic. Through qualitative methods, the research involved in-depth interviews with the company owner to investigate the impact of intrapreneurship on product innovation, customer orientation, and marketing strategies. The results show that intrapreneurship significantly enhances company performance through key mechanisms: skill development via continuous training and education initiatives, effective collaboration that emphasizes strategic discussions and team synergy, and proactive leadership that is inclusive and adaptive. These findings affirm that intrapreneurial practices not only help maintain competitive advantage but also relevance in the dynamic digital era. The implementation of intrapreneurial principles at CultureBasic has proven capable of sustainably boosting product innovation and developing dynamic marketing strategies, which in turn increases customer satisfaction and loyalty, providing significant competitive advantages. The potential impact of these results indicates that applying intrapreneurial principles can drive sustainable and innovative business success across various industries.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor terbesar yang menjadi penghambat kurang berkembangnya startup di Indonesia adalah terbatasnya ketersediaan talenta digital, padahal Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) memiliki peranan yang sangat penting bagi pertumbuhan startup. Kegiatan optimalisasi digital marketing melalui TikTok marketing bertujuan untuk meningkatkan talenta digital dan kualitas kewirausahaan startup bisnis, dengan melibatkan 30 Startup Bisnis di Jawa Barat sebagai khalayak sasaran. Khalayak sasaran pada kegiatan ini memiliki karakteristik sebagai usaha rintisan yang telah berdiri minimal 6 bulan yang berasal dari berbagai bidang usaha. Kegiatan optimalisasi digital marketing melalui TikTok marketing dilakukan dalam dua kegiatan. Pertama adalah pelatihan TikTok Marketing, dan yang kedua adalah evaluasi dan monitoring konten video untuk kegiatan TikTok marketing. Untuk mengukur keberhasilan implementasi TikTok Marketing pada usaha khalayak sasaran dan mengetahui peningkatan talenta digital startup bisnis, maka dilakukan pre-test dan post-test dalam bentuk kuesioner online. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan yang cukup signifikan dari sisi pengetahuan, pemahaman dan kemampuan khalayak sasaran mengenai implementasi TikTok marketing, sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan. Setelah dilakukan evaluasi dan monitoring, khalayak sasaran diketahui lebih memahami mekanisme kerja dan cara mengelola fitur pada TikTok Shop (TikTok Marketing) agar pemanfaatannya semakin optimal untuk dapat menjaring lebih banyak customer dan meningkatkan penjualan.

Abstract

Resilience in SMEs is explained based on the results of the research that has been done represented by three aspects, first Resilience is more studied with a focus on the theme of Sustaibanilitas in tourism sector SMEs. Second, during the Covid-19 period, traditional retail SMEs were vulnerable to supply chain problems and were dominantly studied in relation to strategies to survive. And third, innovation and sustainability are seen by researchers as key concepts for success in building SME resilience. This research is a qualitative research with systematic literature review method. This research presents a text analysis so that it is expected to bring up the current state of resilience studies in SMEs. Based on the results of text analysis, it is also known that the emerging issues on business resilience in SMEs are still dominated by Covid-19 issues. Empirical gaps that can be followed up in future research include those related to the ability of SMEs to improve their business resilience by adopting post-Covid-19 innovation and sustainability theory. Especially related to changes in supply and demand behavior as described in the introduction.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengembangan woman digital entrepreneur melalui pelatihan pembuatan produk kerajinan industri keatif "decoupage" berbahan dasar limbah rumah tangga bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga bertujuan meningkatkan talenta kreasi produk dan minat kewirausahaan digital dengan melibatkan 30 kader PKK dan ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Kelurahan Cikeruh Kecamatan Jatinangor, Sumedang, Jawa Barat sebagai khalayak sasaran. Pelatihan ini bermaksud untuk meningkatkan produktifvitas kader PKK dan ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam memanfaatkan internet sebagai sarana berwirausaha melalui platform marketplace. Adapun produk yang dihasilkan merupakan produk kerajinan tangan berbahan dasar limbah rumah tangga yang dikreasikan dengan teknik decoupage. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan demonstrasi dengan kegiatan utama pelatihan pembuatan produk kerajinan decoupage, dan pelatihan marketplace. Hasil pre-test dan post-test pada pelatihan decoupage diperoleh skor pre-test sebesar 11% dan pada post-test menjadi 100%. Hasil ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada aspek pengetahuan, pemahaman dan kemampuan kader PKK dan ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam membuat produk kerajinan decoupage. Hasil pre-test dan post-test pada pelatihan marketplace diperoleh skor pre-test sebesar 46% dan pada post-test menjadi 83%.  Skor menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada aspek pengetahuan, pemahaman dan minat pemahaman dan minat ibu-ibu rumah tangga untuk menjadi woman digital entrepreneur dengan memfaatkan platform marketplace sebagai media penjualan.  Setelah dilakukan evaluasi dan monitoring, khalayak sasaran diketahui lebih memahami mekanisme kerja dan pengelolaan marketplace dalam mengoptimalkan  penjualan.

Abstract

The digital era has triggered a new technological revolution, affect significant structural changes in the industry, and ushered in the era of start-up businesses. Start-ups encounter a number of challenges, including the demand for greater digital capabilities, a weak supporting ecosystem, and difficulty accessing funding. This study aims to use a start-up relationship pattern approach with universities and the government to get an overview of the current situation and digital collaboration models for start-ups in West Java. Based on the co-inform dimension, digital start-ups in West Java have formed partnerships with other industry players and government. Only a few start-ups have undergone education and training efforts in co-learn settings. According to the co-market dimension, collaborative efforts between digital start-ups and other players in the digital innovation ecosystem have been made to promote goods or services at start-ups in West Java. Co-operation, co-produce, and co-build have yet to run optimally. The government, academics, and start-up actors have collaborated through digital collaboration networks at Digital Start-ups in West Java. However, this effort unsuccessful yet. Because each program's sustainability process could be improved, planning is necessary to create an organised, integrated, directed, and sustainable activity programme.Era digital telah memicu revolusi teknologi baru, menyebabkan perubahan struktural yang signifikan dalam industri, dan mengantarkan era start-up. Start-up memiliki berbagai kesulitan, termasuk kebutuhan akan keterampilan digital yang lebih banyak, ekosistem pendukung yang lemah, dan kesulitan mengakses pendanaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggunakan pendekatan pola hubungan start-up dengan perguruan tinggi dan pemerintah untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang keadaan saat ini dan model kolaborasi digital untuk start-up di Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan dimensi co-inform, start-up digital di Jawa Barat telah menjalin kemitraan dengan pelaku industri lainnya dan dengan lembaga resmi seperti organisasi pemerintah. Hanya beberapa start-up yang telah mengikuti upaya pendidikan dan pelatihan dalam pengaturan co-learn. Menurut dimensi co-market, upaya kolaborasi antara start-up digital dan pemain lain dalam ekosistem inovasi digital sudah dilakukan untuk mempromosikan barang atau jasa pada start-up di Jawa Barat. Co-operation, co-produce, dan co-build belum berjalan optimal. Pemerintah, akademisi, dan pelaku start-up telah berkolaborasi melalui digital collaboration network pada Digital Start-ups di Jawa Barat. Namun, upaya ini masih belum berhasil. Perencanaan diperlukan untuk menyusun program kegiatan yang terorganisir, terpadu, terarah, dan berkelanjutan karena proses keberlanjutan setiap program masih perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Artikel ini meneliti peran faktor-faktor sosial dalam hal kepatuhan pajak dan pengaruhnya kepada kepatuhan dan ketidakpatuhan wajib pajak baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, artikel ini merupakan kajian sistematis dari literatur-literatur dan penemuan-penemuan sebelumnya yang berkaitan dengan topik norma sosial dan konformitas sosial ini dan korelasinya dengan perilaku kepatuhan pajak. Literatur-literatur sebelum ini menekankan peran rasa takut, dan mengatakan bahwa pendorong utama di balik kepatuhan pajak adalah ketakutan akan hukuman dan audit, yang demikian menyiratkan bahwa peran faktor-faktor sosial itu sedikit, yang kemudian artikel ini mengusulkan bahwa tidaklah demikian. Artikel ini dibuat bukan untuk menolak atau menentang penemuan-penemuan sebelumnya tentang bagaimana ketakutan akan hukuman dan audit memotivasi seseorang untuk membayar pajak, melainkan, artikel ini melengkapi dan menjelaskan bagaimana kedua faktor tersebut bukanlah satu-satunya pendorong di balik kepatuhan pajak, yang demikian memperkaya pemahaman kita mengenai perilaku wajib pajak.
