Abstract

ABSTRACt: It is the strategy of public relations that can maintain the corporate image of PT. Trakindo ofManado. This can be scen from the result of the research held in the PT. Trakindo. There are eightresponalent we interview and their answer is the etnology of public relations of PT. Trakindo of Manadomaintain the corporate image of it self and also because it has its vision and mission and then it appliesthe good corporate governance aand code of conduct. Using the six clssification of kenneth boulding, theanalysis of mmine has shown that 36 item have given the coower that PT. Trakindo of Manado cru bemaintainng the corporate image, even its corporate image is strong and mative. In coclusion the sstrategyof public relations of PT.Trakindo of Manado can be maintrining its corporate image, even its corporateimge is strong and nature.Key Words : Public Raltions, maintraining, corporate image

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of Performance Department of Education Youth andSports in the eradication of illiteracy in the South Minahasa district. In this study, the authors use the theory of theperformance of public organizations of Agus Dwiyanto, where the indicator of productivity, quality of service,responsiveness, responsibility and accountability on the performance Dikpora in the eradication of illiteracy in theSouth Minahasa district. Productivity of employees in carrying out the task of public service within the meaning ofserving the eradication of illiteracy are not yet optimal. Quality of service is not their complaint or a suggestion boxfacility if people are not satisfied with the services provided. Because customer satisfaction is the extent to which thenotion of performance of products or services meet the expectations of society. Responsiveness is lacking so that theresponsiveness Dikpora in accommodating and following up aspirations of the community, especially in combatingilliteracy. Responsibility performance is no longer entering literacy programs into the annual performance planDikpora South Minahasa district, because the organization would achieve the stated goals when performance is inaccordance with the predetermined plan that is from the beginning of the work. While the accountability of theDepartment of Education, Youth and Sports in the eradication of illiteracy is a form of accountability for serviceproviders literacy to all parties who have the right and authority to hold accountable those either directly orindirectly.This study uses qualitative research methods and retrieve information through interviews with eightinformants and assisted with interview guides available. It was concluded that the South Minahasa District Dikporaperformance in the eradication of illiteracy has not run optimally.Keywords: organizational performance, the eradication of illiteracy

Abstract

This research thesis preparation with a view to obtaining a bachelor's degree in social and political science faculty, that there are problems in the process and in the implementation of increased development funds through the village in the Village District of Pineleng Minahasa Sea. Researchers saw that the lack of cooperation between government and community development improvement. In stepping up development in the Village Sea through the village fund or assistance from the central government to village aspired to achieve a prosperous society and is able to manage the autonomy in the village in accordance with the laws that exist to growth and change in a planned and conscious taken by a country and nation toward modernity in order to develop the nation. But what happens the public still was not satisfied with the performance of the government's development, as seen from the problems that occur through the government's development is still lacking precise targets and a lack of consistency on the part of the government regarding village development forum that governments actually took the benchmark through deliberation village, which has been set in the deliberations when in fact it should be done instead of carrying out construction just see where that becomes personal or group interests to seek opportunities through the village fund for rural development and implicated in political elements. Abstract

Abstract: Public service is the main task of the civil servant. The demand of the community to improve thequality of service is very strong nowadays. The society as the main character in implementation of thedevelopment is expected to take part actively in the process. Therefore, the business environment should beconducive with fast serving, accountable and safe.Service for the civil servant is very important because the government is the thinker, planner and executor ofthe development. Also as the supporter for the society; as the servant; control the society; encourage thesociety’s participation; educate the society and being responsive to the society’s aspiration.To determine the work effectiveness, which involve with public service, therefore can be determined with someindicators such as a. Level of education b. Abstract

Abstract:sub district head as the head of the unit of work in a sub district supervisory functions as the roles to improveeffectiveness and efficiency of the work of employees concerning the services that come into contact with thecommunity. The purpose of this research is to know the description of the function of supervision of the subdistrict head to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of work of employees in the sub district KawangkoanMinahasa regencyThis research uses Qualitative Descriptive method where data retrieval in field or object of research datacollected by researchers in person with the intention of directly spaciousness. The determination of samplerespondents conducted in purposive sampling where writers/researchers specify or choose deliberatelyagainst the sample of respondents that add up to 17 peopleThe supervisory function of the sub district head in the improvement of work productivity in the Governmentapparatus sub district Kawangkoan views efficiency and effectiveness is already well underway. This isapparent in the management control through the Organization, in the implementation of policies, proceduresand job duties. Several other factors that have not been fullest including mental attitude is still lacking but ifany deficiencies there may be clear in the implementation of the duties and responsibilities of the employeeswill be the maximum so that it will have an effect on the success of the tasks performed, both in the areas ofgovernance, development, community, and other administrative tasks.Keywords: supervision, efficiency, effectiveness
