Abstract

The purpose of this research is to build an application prototype for potential area data collection by using Location Based Service (LBS). In the prototype building stage of this application, use the method of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). This CRM method is for the benefit of a particular problem. The results obtained from this study are averaged average reliability (Reliability) with a value of 3.62, and category Usability category (Usability) with an average of 3.51. The model of this application will help local governments, to note the potential of their area.

Abstract

Design policy at UPN Veteran Jakarta, which can enhance the competitiveness, effectiveness and efficiency, to reach UPN Veteran Jakarta vision, mission and objectives. The methodology used Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) with approximate Zachman Framework. Consequences that were achieved from the research were to make a framework of the integrated strategic IS and IT planning to facilitate the information management needed. The conclusion of this research is the proposed IS/IT strategic planning framework which could be implemented and used in the UPN Veteran Jakarta in the future.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company that produces Type I Portland cement and Portland Composite Cement. PT. XYZ has used IS/IT to support its business processes, but does not know the alignment model between IS/IT that has been used against the company's business strategy. PT. XYZ also does not know the maturity level of the application of the IS/IT. This is because there has never been an assessment of the alignment of IS/IT strategy to business strategy and has never done the maturity level measurement from the application of IS/IT. Measurement of the maturity level of application of IS/IT can be done if it is known what processes should be measured. For that reason, mapping is required using a specific framework. Assessment of alignment of IS/IT strategy to business strategy at PT. XYZ uses Strategic Alignment Model (SAM), while to know the process to be measured maturity level used framework COBIT 4.1. The result of this research is known the alignment model of IS/IT strategy to business strategy and IS/IT process which can be measured maturity level in the next step.

Abstract

The HRMS program is the central database of all matters relating to Human Resources Development of PT. XYZ. The existence of HRMS program is very important for the sustainability of the company, especially in the employment sector. Therefore, this HRMS program should be able to run optimally and consistently. A risk analysis is required to obtain documentation of the various possible risks that are in the vicinity of the HRMS program and the risk treatment required to minimize the likelihood of these risks arising. Risk analysis used at PT. XYZ is ISO 31000. The first stage used in this research is the stage of risk assessment which consisting of 3 stages, namely risk identification, risk analysis, and risk evaluation. The second stage is the stage of risk treatment. The results of this research are used as a tool for the stakeholders of the company to be able to arrange documentation related to company risk management in the future.

Abstract

Berdasarkan informasi dari Komite Nasional Keselamatan Transportasi (KNKT), tingkat kecelakaan penerbangan Indonesia dari tahun 2010 sampai 2016 yaitu sebanyak 212 kejadian. Sebanyak 67,12% dari faktor penyebab kecelakaan penerbangan adalah faktor manusia. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa banyak yang tidak memahami apa yang harus dipersiapkan atau dilakukan ketika menghadapi permasalahan di lapangan, terutama permasalahan yang belum tercantum dalam Standar Operasional Prosedur. Kejadian ini menjadi perhatian khusus untuk aktivitas Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO) dalam penerbangan. Personil HLO kurang berkolaborasi dalam proses pendokumentasian dan penyebaran pengetahuan karena belum adanya manajemen pengetahuan yang tersistematis. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dikembangkan sebuah Knowledge Management System melalui pendekatan Lesson Learned System berbasis mobile. Hasil pengujian menggunakan User Acceptance Test (UAT) menunjukkan bahwa 92% pengguna menerima Knowledge Management System yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini.
