Abstract

Medical record is a file containing records and documents about the patient’s identity, examination, treatment, medical action, and other services that have been administered to patients. Management need a medical record file for planning, controlling, and evaluating the quality of care. Puskesmas (local medical center) is a technical unit of the District/City Health Office held responsible for health development in one or some districts. Puskesmas has a fairly complex service such as outpatient services, inpatient, laboratory tests, and pharmacy. The purpose of this research is to design an integrated medical record information systems at Puskesmas Simpang Timbangan Indralaya to repair the old system. This study used FAST as system development, and to colect the data used interview, observation, and literature study. The results of this study is the design of medical record information system on Puskesmas Simpang Timbangan Indralaya consisting of inpatient services, outpatient services, laboratory management, pharmacy management, and medical reports. The design is generated in the form of DFD, ERD, decomposition diagrams, application design interface, report design, and network architecture design.

Abstract

Sekolah Tinggi XYZ is one of the college that already use e-learning. This system used by lecturers, students, and administrators. Lecturers and students use the system to support the learning and teaching process. Administrators use it to submit information related to academics such as lecture schedules, exam schedules, payment announcements, and more. Every semester, the administrator will announce the payment information of the Biaya Pengembangan Pendidikan (BPP) and the Satuan Kredit Semester (SKS) fee in accordance with the predefined schedule. The announcement was only up to the students and not yet reached the parents. Until now parents of students are still not familiar with the use of the internet so they can not access e-learning website. Therefore, there are still many students who are late in making payments. Late payment may cause the student to pay a penaltyor postpone the college. To prevent this, an information system is created to disseminate payment schedule information via SMS gateway. The system will be built using Gammu as the SMS gateway server and using the Ruby on rails framework. With this system the payment schedule information will arrive directly to the student's parents. If parents wants to ask about the payment schedule, parents simply send SMS in accordance with the format that has been determined.

Abstract

CV Pilar Anugerah Sentosa merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distributor pestisida dan keperluan pertanian. Saat ini CV Pilar Anugerah Sentosa memiliki pelanggan yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah Sumatera Selatan. Dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya, CV Pilar Anugerah Sentosa memiliki beberapa permasalahan seperti kesulitan dalam melakukan pencatatan utang dan piutang, sulit mengetahui laporan barang terlaris, menentukan pelanggan paling loyal, dan pemberitahuan terkait penagihan piutang kepada sales. Untuk Mengatasi berbagai permasalahan tersebut dibangunlah sistem informasi manajemen penjualan dengan menggunakan metodologi RUP yang terdiri dari fase inception, elaboration, construction, dan transision. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan framework codeigniter serta menggunakan MySQL sebagai basis data. Hasil dari pengembangan aplikasi ini yaitu mempermudah CV Pilar Anugerah Sentosa dalam pencatatan utang dan piutang, pemberitahuan penagihan piutang kepada sales, mengetahui barang terlaris, dan mengetahui pelanggan yang paling loyal.

Abstract

Internet has become something that was needed by most people in Indonesia. Nowdays, Internet was used by people not only just as a tool to help their work, but also as a lifestyle such as accessing the news, using a social media, online shopping or even online transportation. There werw so many companies provide an online application-based services, which is one of many reason that causes competition between companies. To maintain customer loyalty, company have to ensure that the aplication services that provided were higher or at least met the customer perceptions. This study aims to determine whether the application services quality that provided by PT ABC and XYZ Pte. Ltd. is already met the customer expectations. Servqual method that consist of five dimensions of measurement such as tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy was used in this study with questions tailored to electronic services. The result of this study showed that the Application of PT ABC and XYZ Pte. Ltd. Was not provided a service quality that met the customer expectations yet. All dimensions of measurement show that customer expectations was higher than customer perceptions. The dimensions of Assurance in both researched application is the top second biggest gap on both of the data analized. This indicated that customers expect a better security from both applications which has not been fulfilled by the application provider company yet

Abstract

ABC Bread Factory is a company engaged in the production of bread. In carrying out its business processes the company has difficulty in determining the production amount, does not record sales turnover, reports on purchases of raw materials and sales, and there is no recording of the distribution of bread produced, For this reason it is necessary to design a supply chain management information system that will provide control over the stock of raw materials and production results and produce reports needed by the company. The development process uses the Rational Unified Process method. In the initial stage for analysis of problems using PIECES, then for needs analysis using the Usecase Diagram. At the planning stage Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams are used. Development of the system uses Php and Mysql for its database. The supply chain management information system is expected to be able to help in overcoming problems that occur in ABC Bakeries in carrying out its operational activities.

Abstract

PT SJP adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distributor semen. Perusahaan ini memiliki permasalahan yang terjadi pada saat proses pemberian bonus karyawan yaitu membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama proses perhitungan karena jumlah karyawan yang cukup banyak dan perhitungan masih dilakukan secara manual. Hasil perhitungan juga tidak transparan dan ada kriteria yang terkadang tidak diperhitungkan perusahaan. Untuk itu dibuat sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu perusahaan dalam proses perhitungan bonus karyawan berdasarkan kriteria yang diinginkan perusahan dan menentukan nominal bonus karyawan berdasarkan perhitungan dengan metode Weighted Product (WP). Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan metodologi iteratif, dibangun berbasis website menggunakan Visual Studio Code dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, serta MySQL sebagai DBMSnya. Sistem pendukung keputusan pemberian bonus karyawan ini dapat mengatasi masalah penentuan bonus karyawan dan mempercepat proses perhitungan bonus karyawan di PT SJP.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company that produces Type I Portland cement and Portland Composite Cement. PT. XYZ has used IS/IT to support its business processes, but does not know the alignment model between IS/IT that has been used against the company's business strategy. PT. XYZ also does not know the maturity level of the application of the IS/IT. This is because there has never been an assessment of the alignment of IS/IT strategy to business strategy and has never done the maturity level measurement from the application of IS/IT. Measurement of the maturity level of application of IS/IT can be done if it is known what processes should be measured. For that reason, mapping is required using a specific framework. Assessment of alignment of IS/IT strategy to business strategy at PT. XYZ uses Strategic Alignment Model (SAM), while to know the process to be measured maturity level used framework COBIT 4.1. The result of this research is known the alignment model of IS/IT strategy to business strategy and IS/IT process which can be measured maturity level in the next step.

Abstract

PT XYZ is one of the companies in Indonesia that produces cement and has 3 factories spread across the region. This company has long utilized Information Technology (IT) in supporting its business process, but not yet know the level of maturity of the IT application because it has not been measured yet. Measuring the level of maturity of IT governance is important to do, so that management knows the extent to which IT governance helps management to achieve organizational goals. Measurement of IT governance can be done if it is known what processes should be measured. Measurement of the value of IT governance maturity in PT XYZ using COBIT 4.1 framework. Data collection was done by interview, literature study, observation, and questionnaire. The result of this research is known that IT governance at PT XYZ is at the third level (defined process).

Abstract

PT Suriaman Sentosa merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak pada penyewaan alat berat. Dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya sering terjadi kesulitan untuk mengetahui status alat berat, kekeliruan pada informasi jam operasional penyewaan alat berat, dan tidak adanya informasi maintenance alat berat yang berpengaruh padausiapakai dan kinerja alat berat. Maka dari itu, perlu dirancang dan dibangun suatu sistem informasi manajemen penyewaan yang dapat memberikan solusi bagi perusahaan dalam menyeimbangkan data penyewaan, data alat berat, jam operasional alat berat, serta menghasilkan laporan-laporan yang berkaitan dengan penyewaan alat berat. PIECES digunakan dalam menganalisis masalah, lalu dirancangusecase diagramuntuk menggambarkan kebutuhan sistem. Entity Relationship Diagram(ERD) digunakan untuk memodelkan struktur data dan Data Flow Diagram(DFD) digunakan dalam memodelkan proses. Aplikasi dibangun berbasis website, yang dikembangkan menggunakan html,Php dan Mysql. Sistem informasi ini dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada PT Suriaman Sentosa dalam menjalankan kegiatan penyewaan alat berat.

Abstract

Salah satu hal penting dalam pengelolaan SDM pada suatu perusahaan adalah penilaiankinerja. Penilaian kinerja karyawan sebagai salah satu kriteria naik jabatan dapat memacusemangat karyawan. Memiliki jumlah karyawan yang banyak membuat perusahana dealer mobilABC mengalami kendala dalam melakukan penilaian terhadap karyawan. Hasil penilaian tidaktransparan dan dilakukan secara sepihak dan tertutup, dan terdapat pula kriteria penilaian yangterkadang tidak diperhitungkan. Proses penilaian kinerja memakan waktu yang cukup lama danhasilnya cenderung diragukan dan memunculkan rasa ketidakpuasan dari para karyawan.Peneliatian ini membuat sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalammengambil keputusan untuk kenaikan jabatan karyawan dengan menggunakan metode SimpleAdditive Weighting (SAW). Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penilaian adalah kriteria yang telahditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Sistem ini dikembangkan berbasis website. Sistem dapatmemudahkan proses perhitungan kinerja karyawan dari setiap manajer divisi secara otomatisdan terkomputerisasi, membantu perusahaan untuk mengambil keputusan secara objektif, sertamembuat proses perhitungan penilaian kinerja karyawan menjadi transparan
