Abstract

Abstract — The Anugrah Tomohon Regional Umun Hospital is a sector or community health service institution. One element of management is pharmaceutical management at the hospital. For now, drug data collection is still manual and is a disadvantage because drugs ordered at pharmacies outside the hospital are more expensive than buy to distributors. Data in the procurement of drug supplies is recorded and entered into a book which allows the process of recording drug data to take a long time. The goal is to help plan drug inventory control. provide information on drug stocks, selling prices, purchase prices from suppliers and can facilitate recording of drug entry and expenditure. The application of this Drug Inventory Information System can categorize drugs and can view sales reports from customers and purchases from suppliers. The solution provided for this Pharmacy Installation Unit Activity is the Development of a Drug Availability Control Information System at the Web-Based Pharmacy Installation of Anugrah Tomohon Hospital, using the Waterfall method which is systematic and sequential in creating or building a Software. Suggestions are needed from the development of drug availability control applications by adding special forecasting methods so that the system can predict data properly.   Keywords : Inventory; Medicine; Pharmaceutical Installation; Waterfall;  Web.               Abstrak — Rumah Sakit Umun Daerah Anugrah Tomohon merupakan sebuah sektor atau lembaga layanan kesehatan masyarakat .Salah satu unsur manajemen adalah manajemen kefarmasian di rumah sakit.Untuk saat ini pendataan obat yang masih manual dan menjadi sebuah kerugiaan dikarenakan obat yang di pesan di apotik luar rumah sakit harganya lebih signifikan lebih mahal dibandingkan membeli ke distributor. Data dalam pengadaan persediaan obat di catat dan dimasukan ke dalam buku yang memungkinkan proses waktu pencatatan dat-data obat agak lama. Tujuannya yaitu membantu merencanakan pembuatam sistem  informasi manajemen persediaan obat memberikan perincian tentang stok obat, harga jual, dan harga pemasok. Dan juga dapat mempermudah pencatatan pemasukan dan pengeluaran obat. Obat dapat diklasifikasikan menggunakan sistem informasi ketersediaan obat ini, dan pengguna dapat memantau data penjualan pelanggan dan transaksi pemasok.. Solusi yang diberikan untuk kegiatan unit farmasi ini adalah pembuatan Penerapan Sistem Informasi Pengendalian Ketersediaan Obat di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Anugrah Tomohon Barbasis Web,dengan menggunakan metode  Waterrfall yang dimana metode ini bersifat sistematis dan berurutan  dalam membuat atau membangun sebuah Software. Saran yang di perlukan dari pengembangan aplikasi pengendalian ketersediaan obat ini dengan metode peramalan khusus  sehingga sistem dapat meramalkan data dengan baik.   Kata Kunci : Instalasi Farmasi; Persediaan obat;  Waterfall; Web.

Abstract

Sistem monitoring Indikator Kinerja Utama di Universitas Sam Ratulangi memiliki kekurangan, yaitu dalam menampilkan ketercapaian IKU membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena melakukan pengambilan data dari beberapa database disaat yang bersamaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem monitoring pencapaian Indikator Kinerja Utama di Universitas Sam Ratulangi menggunakan platform Looker Studio sebagai alat visualisasi data. Sistem ini dirancang untuk membantu Perguruan Tinggi dalam memantau dan mengukur pencapaian target yang telah ditetapkan. Sistem monitoring ini dikembangkan dengan memanfaatkan fitur yang disediakan oleh Looker Studio. Data yang digunakan antara lain data mahasiswa, dosen, dan aktivitas akademik. Kemudian data ini diolah, dihubungkan pada Looker Studio kemudian divisualisasikan dalam bentuk grafik, tabel, dan dashboard interaktif. Dengan adanya pengembangan ini, diharapkan dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan kualitas sistem monitoring indikator kinerja utama.

Abstract

SMK Negeri Pertanian Pembangunan Kalasey, located in Kalasey Satu, Kec. Mandolang, Kab. Minahasa, North Sulawesi Province, currently still uses printed media as a school promotion media. However, there are limitations of printed media in describing the school environment and facilities in detail due to visualization that is limited to text and images, so media that can provide information in a more interactive and detailed manner is needed. Through the advancement of multimedia technology, such as augmented reality and 3D animation, these two technologies can be utilized to complete detailed information that has not been included in school promotional media. The purpose of this research is to produce augmented reality and 3D animation applications that will be used as school promotional media to the public. This research uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method which consists of 6 stages and marker based tracking method to detect marker. Based on the results and testing conducted, the conclusion is that augmented reality and 3D animation can be used as a school promotional media in introducing school facilities and infrastructure and to provide a real picture of the school environment that is easy to understand by prospective new students. Abstract

The Smart Village concept refers to a smart city or Smart City, which is a city government management system using ICT which aims to provide effective and efficient public services in order to improve the quality of life and working conditions and create a sustainable urban environment by optimizing human resources. Sea Tumpengan Village is one of the leading villages in Minahasa Regency. The flow of information and public services in the village was still not effective and efficient. With the development of Information Technology, it encourages researchers to create and develop the concept of a Smart Village which only focuses on the components of Smart Governance or tatakelola cerdas, in which there are information systems and public services related to these agencies. This study aims to build a Smart Village that focuses on the development of web-based Smart Governance, and is created using the Extreme Programming (XP) model method which is one of the models from the System Development Life Cycle. With the method above, a system is produced that is expected to enable the public to access information flows and public services more effectively and efficiently.Key words—Smart Village, Smart Governance, Sea Tumpengan Village, Website. Konsep Desa Cerdas yang mengacu pada smart city atau Kota Cerdas, yang merupakan sistem manajemen pemerintahan suatu kota dengan menggunakan TIK yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan publik yang efektif dan efisien dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan kondisi bekerja serta menciptakan lingkungan kota yang berkelanjutan dengan mengoptimalkan sumber daya. Desa Sea Tumpengan adalah salah satu desa unggulan yang ada Di Kabupaten Minahasa. Arus informasi dan Layanan Publik di Desa Masih belum efektif dan efisien. Dengan semakin berkembangnya Teknologi Informasi mendorong peneliti untuk membuat dan mengembangkan konsep Desa Cerdas yang hanya fokus pada komponen Smart Governance atau Pemerintahan Cerdas Atau juga Tatakelola Cerdas yang didalamnya ada Sistem Informasi dan layanan publik terkait instansi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun Desa Cerdas yang memfokuskan pada pengembangan Tatakelola Ceras(Smart Governane) yang berbasis web, dan dibuat dengan menggunakan metode model Extreme Programming (XP) yang merupakan salah satu model dari System Development Life Cycle. Dengan metode di atas, maka dihasilkan sebuah sistem yang diharapkan dapat membuat masyarakat dapat mengakses arus informasi dan layanan publik lebih efektif dan efisien.Kata kunci — Desa Cerdas, Tatakelola Cerdas, Desa Sea Tumpengan, Website.

Abstract

Sam Ratulangi University has several rooms equipped with computers that can be used for online exams but are rarely utilized. This study aims to develop a computer-based exam service application that provides the option for conducting exams in specific computer rooms. For the convenience of lecturers and students, the application can be integrated as a feature within the university's academic portal. Based on the research and development conducted, it can be concluded that the development of a computer-based exam service application in the Academic Portal of the University can provide numerous benefits. The MVC structure in the CodeIgniter Framework facilitates a more organized application development process. Additionally, the use of the Summernote Editor makes exam questions visually appealing and interactive. By integrating this application into the university's Academic Portal, it can support exam activities within the university and optimize the utilization of computer rooms that were previously underutilized.
