Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of inflation, interest rate, and exchanges rate together and partially on LQ45 stock price index in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The methods of this study used associative design to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The instrument of this study using purposive sampling technique, and the total sample of 22 companies belonging to LQ45 companies registered from January 2012 to December 2016. The result shows LQ45 Stock Price Index listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange is influenced by inflation, interest rate, and exchange rate together, but partially inflation and interest rate do not affect the LQ45 Stock Price Index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of incentives and organizational culture on the performance of employees of Palm Oil Factory 1 at PT Perkebunan Mitra Ogan Baturaja. The research was conducted at PT Perkebunan Mitra Ogan Baturaja. The number of respondents were 93 employees in this study. Data collection was done through interview, observation and spreading of the questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the incentives and organizational culture partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees of Palm Oil Factory 1 at PT Perkebunan Mitra Ogan Baturaja.

Abstract

Return on Investment (ROI) PT Matahari Putra Prima, Tbk. has a downward trend. The downward trend in ROI is due to lower profit margins are affected by inventory turnover, receivable turnover, and cash turnover. The purposes of this research are to determine the effect of inventory turnover on ROI, receivable turnover on ROI, cash turnover on ROI and inventory turnover, receivable turnover and cash flow turnover simultaneously to ROI. The research analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that there is an influence of inventory turnover and cash turnover to ROI. Accounts Receivable Turnover has no effect on ROI. Simultaneously inventory turnover, receivable turnover, and cash turnover on ROI. The value of determination coefficient (R square) of 0.298 means variation of inventory turnover, receivable turnover and cash turnover can explain by ROI variable equal to 29,8 percent. The rest of 70.2 percent is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of export value on economic growth in Indonesia period 2000 - 2015. The analysis tool used is a simple linear regression. The result of the analysis shows that export value has a positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia period 2000 - 2015. The contribution given by export to economic growth is 40,9% and the rest is influenced by other variables such as consumption, investment and government expenditure variable.

Abstract

Bank Mandiri as a state-owned bank that continues to be demanded to compete competitively requires good human resources management. To achieve the goals of the organization, Bank Mandiri must have a good level of employee engagement and implementation of organizational culture. The aim of the study was to analyze the perceptions of the employee on the organizational cultures and employee engagement of Bank Mandiri Region V Jakarta 3The data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis and using SEM PLS. The result of descriptive analysis of the perceptions of the employees in Bank Mandiri Region V Jakarta 3 on organizational cultures and employee engagement, indicated that it is considered good implementation. The result of SEM PLS shows that the variables of organizational culture have influences on the employee engagement of Bank Mandiri Region V Jakarta 3. Indicators of organizational culture values and employee engagement aspect that most describe are integrity, customer focus values and vigor aspect.

Abstract

Students at the Islamic Business and Economy Faculty has the potential to become an entrepreneur indicated by the participation level of students in various extracurricular activities the field of entrepreneurship. Increasing Islamic Business and Economy Faculty student participation in the entrepreneurship program is an indication that there is a change in the behavior of entrepreneurial students. Therefore, the purposes of this research are to analyze characteristics and behavioral factors of entrepreneurs Islamic Business and Economy Faculty student. The study was conducted in Islamic Business and Economy Faculty on September-October, 2017. The analysis used in this study, namely descriptive statistics and cross tabulation analysis. Results showed that most students have entrepreneurial behavior is high, the level of entrepreneurial knowledge is high, being entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial action is high.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of regional imbalance between regency/city in south Sumatra province. The data used are PDRB data of Regency/City of South Sumatera Province and Regency/City PDRB data at constant value 2010. Analysis tools used in this research are Analysis method of Williamson Index (WI), Gini Index Analysis.The results of this study explain that: (1) Williamson Index analysis of 17 districts/cities in South Sumatra Province results that from 17 districts/cities in South Sumatra Province only 5 districts/cities are very prevalent as it approaches to zero, Lahat Regency, Muara Enim Regency, Musi Rawas Regency, and East Oku District and also 12 other districts/cities are very uneven as it approaches 1. Based on Gini Index analysis from 17 districts/cities in South Sumatera Province, Gini Index calculation results that from 17 regencies/cities in South Sumatera Province there are only 10 regencies/cities in South Sumatera Province Whose numbers range from zero (equal distribution) consist of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, Banyuasin Regency, South Oku District, Ogan Ilir Regency, Empat Lawang District, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency, North Musi Rawas Regency, Palembang City, Lubuk Linggau City and City of Prabumulih. While 7 other regencies / cities are worth up to one (perfect inequality) such as Musi Rawas Regency, Muara Enim Regency, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, Musi Banyuasin Regency and Pagar Alam City.
