<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of export value on economic growth in Indonesia period 2000 - 2015. The analysis tool used is a simple linear regression. The result of the analysis shows that export value has a positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia period 2000 - 2015. The contribution given by export to economic growth is 40,9% and the rest is influenced by other variables such as consumption, investment and government expenditure variable.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of inflation on poverty levels in Indonesia in the period 2001 - 2017. The analytical tool used is simple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that inflation has a positive effect on the poverty level in Indonesia for the period 2001 - 2017. The contribution of the influence of inflation to the rise and fall of poverty is 29.2%. While the remaining 70.8% is influenced by other factors not observed in the study. Among other things, the number of poor people, the quality of human resources, and access to capital.]]>

<![CDATA[The Influence of Good Corporate Governance and Leverage on Financial Performance at PT. Kimia Farma Tbk. 2013-2018. This study aims to determine the influence of Good Corporate Governance and Leverage on Financial Performance at PT. Kimia Farma Tbk. Research period 2013-2018. The statistical analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis used to test the influence of Good Corporate Governance and Leverage on a company's financial performance. The data used in this research is secondary data. Sources of data from this study were obtained by downloading the company's 2013-2018 financial statements, which were obtained through a website published by the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) www.idx.co.id. The results of this study indicate that Good Corporate Governance Influences Financial Performance and Leverage does not influence financial performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses a comparative analysis of economic growth, consumption, investment and net exports in South Sumatra before and after the 2008 global financial crisis. Data collection techniques used were data on economic growth, consumption, investment and net exports obtained from the official website. The analytical method used is the Paired Simple T-Test. The calculation results show that: (a) conditions of economic growth, there were significant differences in economic growth in South Sumatra before and after the 2008 global financial crisis; (b) consumption conditions, there are significant differences in consumption in South Sumatra before and after the 2008 global financial crisis; (c) investment conditions, there were significant differences in investment in South Sumatra before and after the 2008 global financial crisis and (d) net export conditions there were significant differences in net exports in South Sumatra before and after the 2008 global financial crisis. Advice proposed that the South Sumatra government can pay more attention to the impact of the financial crisis on the economy, especially on export-import activities. Furthermore, the government can imply the implementation of policies to anticipate the impact of the global crisis both in South Sumatra and the need for an increase and optimization of economic potential both regional and central so that when the crisis occurs again.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze effect of economic growth, inflation and Unemployment on the Rate of Poverty in the Province of South Sumatera. This research used secondary data in the form of time series data from 2001-2017. The method used quantitative approach by applying a linear regression model with OLS estimation Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously Economic Growth, Inflation and Unemployment have a significant effect on the Poverty Rate in the Province of South Sumatera.]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine how much the contribution and effectiveness of the Advertisement Tax on Local Original Revenue in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency for the Period of 2013 - 2017. Research methodology: The analytical tool used is quantitative descriptive using contribution analysis and effectiveness analysis. Results: The results shows that the contribution of advertisement tax to regional original income is very low. At the same time, the effectiveness analysis shows that the advertisement tax of regional original income is very effective. Limitations: This study is limited to analysis of the contribution and effectiveness of advertisement tax on Local Original Revenue, which in fact there are still many other tax levies that contribute to Local Original Revenue in OKU Regency. Contribution: This research can be used as a reference in the link of economic research in the area of ??regional development planning and can be used as a material consideration for local governments to pay more attention to the collection of advertisement tax as one of the main sources of Local Original Revenue. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth and unemployment on the Human Development Index (HDI) in South Sumatra Province in the period 2004 - 2018. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression in which economic growth and unemployment as independent variables and the index of human development as the dependent variable . The data used are time series data from 2004 - 2018 sourced from BPS. Based on multiple linear regression analysis results show that growth and unemployment have a positive effect on the human development index both partially and simultaneously. As for the contribution of the effect of economic growth and unemployment on the human development index the results were 45.3% and the remaining 54.7% were influenced by other variables such as poverty, education level and health level.]]>

<![CDATA[The title of this study The effect of economic growth on poverty levels during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Regency / City of South Sumatra Province. The goal of this study was to see if the declining economic growth rate during the COVID-19 pandemic affected the poverty rate in the South Sumatra Province Regency/City.The hypothesis in this study is that the level of economic growth during the COVID-19 pandemic has a significant influence on the poverty rate in the Regency/City of South Sumatra Province.While the analytical tool used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis of panel data, using secondary data on economic growth rates and poverty rates from 17 districts/cities in the province of South Sumatra between 2019 and 2020. A simple linear regression analysis of panel data revealed that the declining economic growth rate during the COVID-19 pandemic had no significant effect on increasing the poverty rate in the South Sumatra Province Regency/City.The period time used in the study is the study's limitation. <![CDATA[This study discussed the Influence of Position Promotion and Work Discipline on Employees'Work Productivity at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Baturaja Rahman Hamidi. The data collection technique used in this study was through the distribution of questionnaires. The total population was 30 people. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially Job Promotion had a significant influence on Employees'Work Productivity at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Baturaja Rahman Hamidi. For the Work Discipline variable had a significant influence on Employees' Work Productivity at PT. Indonesian Islamic Bank (BSI) KC Baturaja Rahman Hamidi. All X variables, namely Position Promotion (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) jointly had a significant influence on Employees' Work Productivity At PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Baturaja Rahman Hamidi. The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) was 0.796, this indicated that 79.6% was the contribution of Employees'Productivity at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Baturaja Rahman Hamidi could be explained by the variables of Job Promotion (X1) and Work Discipline (X2), while the remaining 20.4% were influenced by variables other than the variables in this study, for example competence (wages or salaries, incentives, rewards and benefits), empowering human resources, and others.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Upah Minimum Provinsi terhadap Kemiskinan di Indonesia Tahun 2017-2020. Sumber data sekunder diperoleh melalui BPS, dengan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan olah data melalui program EViews 9. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Random Effect Model sebagai model terbaik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kemiskinan, sedangkan variabel Upah Minimum Provinsi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kemiskinan di Indonesia tahun 2017-2020. Persentase kontribusi pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Upah Minimum Provinsi dalam menjelaskan variasi perubahan Tingkat Kemiskinan adalah sebesar 22,27 persen sedangkan sisanya sebesar 77,73 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor/variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Upah Minimum Provinsi dalam menjelaskan variasi perubahan Tingkat Kemiskinan hanya sebesar 22,27 persen, fakta ini menunjukkan perlunya dukungan dari berbagai aspek strategi pembangunan ekonomi nasional dan kebijakan yang tepat sasaran oleh pemerintah dalam upaya pengentasan kemiskinan di Indonesia.]]>
