While the mission of the journal Raheema is: First, Being the Information Center and the study of science on Gender and Children for all academics and the general public. Second, Making Media Journal Raheema as scientific publications Gender and Child-quality, innovative and competitive locally, nationally, and internationally. Third, to accommodate, to develop the knowledge, insight, and ideas of the author and researcher in the field of Gender and Children. Raheema journal is published twice a year, namely in June and December.

The future development supported education is the education which be able to advance the children’s ability. Consequently, the children are capable of facing and solving the problems in their life. That education concept is significant when the children enter the real obstacles in a society or work life. Furthermore, the children have to administer what they already learn at school to solve the problem not only in their daily life but also in the society. An educational organization model crucially ascertains the successful process of children education in the rural area. The goal of this article is to learn more about the effective educational organization model applied in a conflict area, specifically in Ambon. Moreover, it needs an innovative model to enhance the education institution in Ambon. The education institution model in Ambon employs a bureaucracy model, the top-down hierarchy system to control the activity in every education institution there.

“Woman” undoubtedly becomes the most talked issue. The debate of this matter is not only about the sex differences but also about the existent role in the society. Furthermore, woman will be more striven when her existence being asked in publicly. Traditional thought considers the existence of woman by limiting the civilization. On the other hand, open minded and modernization trait lead the woman existence by describing her potential traits. As a part of life, politics is an entrance for women to develop their willingness to be more recognized in the society. Besides, there are theological issues which merge in the process of women recognizing in a political field.

Children’s rights is, clearly or abstractly, something provided by their parents or guardians. Furthermore, the children’s rights means the responsibility of the parents or guardians. The United Nations appoints four basic rights for children, they are the rights of life, the rights of arising and evolving, the rights of protection, and the rights of participation. Moreover, how about Islam? This article will discuss the children’s rights in Islam, especially about the rights of arising and evolving, the rights of protection from purgatory, the rights of getting wealthy, the rights of education, the rights of justice, the rights of love, and the rights of play.

There are two factors causing an anxiety to women, the internal and external factors. Furthermore, the internal factor includes women’s role in a domestic matter. Linda Hager says the unfinished pressure for women isto manage their schedule towards the children, society, religious life, and work’s responsibility. Those, according to Hager, lead to overload or hot reactor behavior(Hager & Hager, 1999:24). Moreover, the external factor is women’s self-devotion towards their couple and children that cuts off their own time for themselves. As a result, the women will experience the loneliness, anger, and frustration because of their life choices (Hager & Hager, 1999:24). Therefore, the honeymoon effects will be terminated due to those situation and preferences.

One of the urgent aspects which has to be provided by adults in a child’s potency is the ability of drawing. Furthermore, the importance of drawing has a relevancy with the motoric trait development in children. Besides, drawing is able to enhance the ability of right brain as a visualization. This brain, moreover, has an essential part to strengthen all of intellectual activities. Nevertheless, it is slightly hard to expect that drawing will maximally contribute in children especially in an elementary school. Drawing which has been done in the elementary school is unfortunately accomplished without a construction concept by the teacher. This writing is a critical annotation to a drawing lessonat school, especially in early childhood education programs.

Diskursus perbedaan antara laki-laki dengan perempuan selalu menjadi kajian yang menarik, baik dari substansi kejadian maupun peran yang diemban dalam masyarakat. Perbedaan anatomi biologis antara keduanya cukup jelas, akan tetapi efek yang ditimbulkan akibat perbedaan tersebut menimbulkan kontroversial. Hal ini dikarenakan, perbedaan jenis kelamin secara biologis (seks) dapat melahirkan seperangkat konsep budaya.Interprestasi budaya terhadap perbedaan jenis kelamin inilah yang menyebabkan adanya ketimpangan gender dalam distribusi peran antara laki-laki dan perempuan di masyarakat.

The article elaborates the important roles of mothers in child’s education. Nowadays, educational issues still becomes a trending topic and are often talked from many point of views, however, the most talked topic is about child’s character building. Character psychologically guides a child to adapt to various environments. Besides, character becomes”a guide” to perform good or bad action. The character is also a factor whether the child be able to adapt to heterogeneous condition. Furthermore, mothers is truly a main educator to create a strong character in a child. Nevertheless, in a real life, there are still mothers who have not properly their job in educational issue. In order to grow the good character in a child, a mother should have a responsibility and proper knowledge. On the other hand, a mother should implement an educational method based on children’s age. Moreover, an upbringing style in a family determines the success of the child’s education.

The discourse of woman leadership in Islamic Education, in terms of religious concept, is still contemporarily hegemonized in a leadership structure at religious-based university. Moreover, at this point, every analysis has a significant argument which ends to gender deconstruction, whether it is possible for woman to perform leadership in an education institution. Besides, it also conveys the legalization of important person in the institution, rector at Islamic University, for instance, as well as Minister of Religion.
