Strategic Information Systems Planning (SISP) is an area of great value in information technology as concerns and interests to Information Systems. SISP has consistently been ranked the top issue for IS executive since 1970’s in developed and non-developed countries.Studies show that Strategic Information Systems Planning (SISP)can help the manager to design information systems, develop IS strategy and distribute resources for IS strategy. However, in Rwanda ,the use of SISP in healthcare sectors  is still limited and under-researched. The key goal of this research is to find out the positive impact and the gain for putting into practice the SISP to Developing countries, particularly Rwanda Health sector. The research is aimed at provingthe limitations of the existing Information Systems within the healthcare sector of Rwanda.Furthermore, Hybrid SWOT approach will be used to give solutions to the challenges faced in the implementation of SSIP for health sectors in Rwanda.

From the total time of making traditional Batik, the batik stage is the most time consuming because there are a lot of mistakes due to lack of carefulness when making batik motifs on cloth. To overcome the problem of making Batik motifs, this research utilizes the strengths and capabilities of Marker-Based Augmented Reality technology. The development of Marker-Based Augmented Reality applications is done by replacing digital objects with Batik motif images and markers attached to the fabric. Development of Marker-Based Augmented Reality applications using vertex markers to reproduce Batik motif objects in order to overcome the limitations of the reach of hands when making Batik motifs on fabric Finally, by using Marker-Based Augmented Reality applications batik makers do not need to draw Batik motifs in pencil on fabric because of Batik motifs directly displayed on the fabric surface by the application, so that it is expected to reduce the process time of making Batik motifs compared to making Batik motifs using traditional methods.

Procedural Content Generation (PCG) is an emerging field of study in computer science that focuses on automating the process of generating content by using algorithm, making the content generation process with less human effort. However, a more specific empirical evidence on how it is being used in a game-related implementation are still lacking. This paper presents the findings of review performed in the past 5 years looking on how PCG are being applied in game-related content, whether it is from the basic paper characteristic to analyze the trends, the field of PCG itself, and the game domain of game model and game genre. The studies had shown that PCG are being used extensively in game-related content but has seen more uses on specific type of contents rather than being used ubiquitously in all sorts of contents. The result shown that there are not specific best type of PCG method or algorithm being used instead an array of approach can be used based on what content being created. Result also shown that PCG are being used in multiple type of games, but similarly, based on the paper found, only certain types of game benefits PCG extensively such as action and platforming games while other model and genre of games have not seen much PCG application yet. Further studies are also required to analyze how experimentation and evaluation of PCG are being done as well as PCG domain in educational games as well as game-based learning, the quality catachrestic being analyzed on the papers are also worth mentioning to understand the underlying result of PCG usage in game-related contents.

A proper use of design patterns has proven to be very useful in the development of robust applications over time. In this paper, the design patterns are introduced in the early stage of the software development where model-driven architecture is used as the engineering approach. A RESTful internet payment gateway API (Application Programming Interface) wrapper is selected as the case study. At the beginning, Platform Independent Model (PIM) is created as the domain model. After that, the PIM is transformed into the Platform Specific Model (PSM). Before converting the PSM into the source code, three design patterns such as builder, observer, and factory pattern are added into the model. To evaluate the impacts of implementation, static analysis is used to examine the generated code before and after adding the design patterns. The result shows that the design decision increases cohesion, complexity, coupling, inheritance, and size metrics of the source codes.

Indonesia is a country that is very rich in tree species that grow in forests. Wood growth in Indonesia consists of around 4000 species that have different names and characteristics. These differences can determine the quality and exact use of each type of wood. The procedure of standard identification is currently still carried out through visual observation by the wood anatomist. The wood identification process is very in need of the availability of wood anatomists, with a limited amount of wood anatomist will affect the result and the length of time to make an identification. This thesis uses an identification system that can classify wood based on species names with a macroscopic image of wood and the implementation of the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method as a classification algorithm. Supporting architecture used is AlexNet, ResNet, and GoogLeNet. Architecture is then compared to a simple CNN architecture that is made namely Kayu30Net. Kayu30Net architecture has a precision performance value reaching 84.6%, recall 83.9%, F1 score 83.1% and an accuracy of 71.6%. In the wood species classification system using CNN, it is obtained that AlexNet as the best architecture that refers to a precision value of 98.4%, recall 98.4%, F1 score 98.3% and an accuracy of 96.7%.

Tuberculosis is a disease caused by the mycobacterium tuberculosis virus. Tuberculosis is very dangerous and it is included in the top 10 causes of the death in the world. In its detection, errors often occur because it is similar to other diffuse lungs. The challenge is how to better detect using DNA sequence data from mycobacterium tuberculosis. Therefore, preprocessing data is necessary. Preprocessing method is used for feature extraction, it is k-Mer which is then processed again with TF-IDF. The use of dimensional reduction is needed because the data is very large. The used method is LDA. The overall result of this study is the best k value is k = 4 based on the experiment. With performance evaluation accuracy = 0.927, precision = 0.930, recall = 0.927, F score = 0.924, and MCC = 0.875 which obtained from extraction using TF-IDF and dimension reduction using LDA.

Electricity consumption in Indonesia is expected to continue to grow by average of 6,5% per year until 2020. Therefore, PT. PLN had to make an effective subsystem that can provide electrical energy based on customer needs. The electrical energy is converted from the mechanical energy and can’t be stored. Because of that reason, if the electrical energy isn’t channeled properly then PT. PLN will suffer losses. It is necessary to plan a proper distribution system of electrical energy. The aim of this research is to predict short-term electricity consumption for Paiton’s subsystem in East Java Indonesia by using ARIMA and Multilayer Perceptron. The best model is measured based on MAPE, SMAPE, and RMSE value in data sample. The result of the analysis shows that Multilayer Perceptron method provides better accuracy rate for electricity consumption forecasting in Paiton subsystem based on peak load compared to ARIMA

Landslides is the top rank disaster in the number of incidents in Batu City. Currently, the handling of landslides in Batu City still lack preparation in preparedness phase. In preparedness phase, as an early step before a landslide take place, need a systematic disaster management. The disaster management refers to the use of a framework as a guideline to understand disasters that will occur. Batu City have developed a framework as a guideline for landslide management, but the quality and maturity are questionable. Therefore, this study proposes an evaluation of conceptual framework for landslides natural disaster management. The specific objective is to know the quality of proposed framework, find the weakness and strength. Evaluation is held by using featured based analysis which using seven criteria i.e. background, goal, model, content, legitimation, implementation and contribution. The result shows that the framework  is feasible to use as a guideline to manage the landslide management in preparedness phase in Batu City.
