Abstract

Epilepsi didefinisikan sebagai kumpulan gejala dan tanda-tanda klinis yang muncul disebabkan gangguan fungsi otak secara intermiten, yang terjadi akibat lepas muatan listrik abnormal atau berlebihan dari neuron-neuron secara paroksimal dengan berbagai macam etiologi. Banyak pasien yang tidak menyadari adanya gejala epilesi dalam dirinya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sistem yang bisa memprediksi apakah seseorang menderita epilepsi bebas kejang, atau epilepsi kejang. Dalam artikel ini diimplementasikan perangkat lunak pendeteksi penyakit epilepsi dengan menggunakan entropi permutasi, K-means clustering, dan multilayer perceptron. Hasil model dari algoritma multilayer perceptron akan digunakan dalam proses prediksi. Dataset yang digunakan dalam proses uji coba berisi lima himpunan (A-E) EEG dari manusia sehat dan yang menderita epilepsi yang tersedia online (''Klinik für Epileptologie, Universität Bonn''). Performa terbaik yang dihasilkan oleh model adalah akurasi sebesar 96,5%, specificity sebesar 95,45%, dan sensitivity sebesar 97,97%.

Abstract

Identification of population welfare influenced by several factors. This identification is useful to assist the government in classifying the level of welfare population which is useful for providing subsidies to be targeted. Therefore this study aims to determine the level of welfare population based on the level of income per capita using decision tree method. The selection of the best model is based on the calculation value of accuracy, precision, and recall with k-fold cross validation method. Based on experiments that have been done, it can be concluded that the decision tree model produced has good performance with a tree shape model has 622 leaves with tree size 705 of nodes, the model has an accuracy of 86,97%, precision 0.897 and recall 0.917.

Abstract

Abstract The interest in the Internet of Things (IoT) field is getting more and more popular in the world of technology this recently. This can be seen from the number of researchers, students and students starting to study the Internet of Things (IoT). If viewed globally, then the notion of the Internet of Things (IoT) is that everything in the form of living or inanimate objects in this universe has a code/identity that can be recognized by a system. Many parties have begun to introduce and teach Internet of Things (IoT) technology to Generation Z children. The thought of the importance of Arduino technology learning media is that it can facilitate the learning process for students and students in recognizing and making Arduino devices. Arduino devices consist of CPU, ROM and RAM. Arduino power supply uses a dc voltage between 9-12 volts. In learning Arduino assembly so far, lecturers do not use supporting media other than direct practice and books and power point slide shows. students also have difficulty in absorbing Arduino assembly subject matter because students are faced with new material that has never been obtained before. In the Internet of Things (IoT) course, there is Arduino assembly material. Arduino assembly material cannot be separated from the practicum. Therefore, students need learning media that can package practical activities into a video that can be studied anywhere and anytime. By using learning video media, it is hoped that there will be an increase in student learning outcomes, especially in Arduino assembly materials. Therefore, in this study, a 3-dimensional animation video will be designed in learning Arduino assembly using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method.

Abstract

Abstrak: Rumah sakit adalah suatu institusi yang berfokus pada pelayanan kesehatan di masyarakat. Dalam menjalankan fungsinya mayoritas dirumah sakit daerah masih menggunakan cara manual dalam proses bisnisnya yaitu dengan cara paper based. Dimana cara tersebut mengakibatkan pelayanan yang kurang optimal dan sering terjadi human error. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkanlah suatu sistem informasi berbasis komputer untuk membantu proses bisnis dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Aplikasi tersebut dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C#, dan database oracle. Berdasarkan pengamatan dan uji coba aplikasi dengan metode black box dapat disimpulkan bahwa fitur-fitur yang ada pada aplikasi sistem informasi dapat berjalan dengan baik dan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna.Abstract:  The hospital is an institution that focuses on health services in the community. In carrying out its functions the majority of regional hospitals still use manual methods in their business processes, namely by means of paper based. Where this methods results in suboptimal services and human error of the occurs. Therefore we need a computer based information system to helm business processes in health services. The application was built using the C# programming language, and Oracle database. Based on observations and application trials using the black box methods, it can be concluded that the features of the information system application can run well and are able to meet user needs.

Abstract

Department of IT M&T PT. Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya has currently implemented a management guideline based on COBIT 5.0 to support the process of monitoring and scheduling projects that will be implemented or currently being worked on PT. Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya. But in the process of implementing management guidelines, the department of IT M&T has not maximized the implementation of the monitoring and scheduling because it does not yet have a project management information system application. So far employees from the department of IT M&T use the process of monitoring and scheduling projects manually, namely by making a report in the form of an excel file for each progress of the projects. Of course, this is considered inefficient and often encounters human errors. Therefore, a web-based project management information system application was made, the application was built using the C3 programming language and Microsoft SQL Server database. Based on observation, it was concluding that the features available in the project management information system application had been running well and were able to meet the needs of users.

Abstract

Classification is a field of data mining that has many methods, one of them is decision tree. Decision tree is proven to be able to classify many kinds of data such as image data and time series data. However, there are several obstacles that are often encountered in the decision tree method. Running time required for the execution of this algorithm is quite long, so this study proposed to use the ant tree miner algorithm which is a development algorithm from the C4.5 decision tree. Ant tree miner works by utilizing ant colony optimization in the process of building its tree structure. Use ant colony optimization expected can optimize the tree that will be formed. From the testing that have been carried out, an accuracy of about 95% is obtained in the process of classifying Zoo dataset with the number of ants between 60 - 90.

Abstract

The National Students admissions (SNPDB) for Madrasah Aliyah is managed by the Directorate of Madrasah Curriculum, Facilities, Institutions and Student Affairs. It is essential for the Directorate and Madrasah to explore patterns and knowledge from admission data in formulating policies and programs from to MAN. Educational Data Clustering (EDC) is a data mining method that is implemented in the education area. K-means is applied to group students based on the results of learning potential and academic potential tests that will be used for development program and student admission policies at MAN-IC. The best results from the experiments tested with Silhouette dividing the data into 2 clusters are excellent and good. The Silhouete value indicates the cluster structure in the medium predicate.. The results present the distribution of clusters in 23 MAN-IC, distribution of personality profiles of prospective students, as well as recommendations for conducting tests in Madrasah.

Abstract

Tourism becomes a wealth that will not run out otherwise tourism will continue to grow if the management is getting better. Media relations becomes one of the alternatives in helping the promotion process of a tourist destination. This study aims to analyze the media relations strategy in promoting tourist destinations that focus on the Kutang beach district Lamongan. This research applies a qualitative naturalistic method where there is no manipulation of an event (background) of research. The result of this research is the use of media relations to be one of the main components in improving the development of coastal tourism destinations. Use of media relations applied: 1) Press Release Activity, 2) Conference Press, 3) Event, 4) Press Message. Some of these activities carried out by involving the community, managers, government, and tourists, so that the implementation of media relations activities can be maximized. Some media relations activities that have been carried out are press release activities, press conferences, special events. One of which dominating is a special event because it is considered by the speaker as a simple activity that is able to have a tremendous impact, with the event, media partners from themselves will involve themselves in the event activities. Besides conducting media relations, it is also necessary to establish segmentation and clear segmenting. It is also necessary to do tourism differentiation to create sustainable tourism.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memainkan peran krusial dalam perekonomian Indonesia, tetapi sering menghadapi tantangan dalam pengembangan, terutama dalam aspek pemasaran dan branding. Pengabdian masyarakat ini fokus pada UMKM Keripik A.N Fadilah di Dusun Krajan, Desa Sawaran Lor, Kecamatan Klakah, Kabupaten Lumajang, yang menghadapi masalah dalam meningkatkan penetrasi pasar. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dilakukan rebranding yang mencakup pembaharuan logo dan kemasan, serta pengembangan strategi pemasaran digital menggunakan WhatsApp Business. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), melibatkan diskusi dan praktik langsung dengan pemilik UMKM. Kegiatan dilakukan secara bertahap selama empat minggu, dimulai dengan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk mengidentifikasi kendala pemasaran. Tahap pertama melibatkan pendampingan dalam pemanfaatan WhatsApp Business untuk pemasaran digital, termasuk pembuatan katalog produk. Tahap kedua adalah pembaharuan logo dan desain kemasan untuk meningkatkan daya tarik produk. Tahap ketiga meliputi pembuatan titik koordinat UMKM di Google Maps untuk mempermudah akses lokasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan visibilitas produk dan kemudahan akses lokasi, yang diharapkan dapat memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan penjualan. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa rebranding dan strategi pemasaran digital berpotensi signifikan dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan panduan praktis untuk UMKM lain dalam menerapkan strategi rebranding dan digital marketing untuk pertumbuhan usaha yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, teknologi mobile dan aplikasi berbasis Android telah menjadi kebutuhan utama masyarakat. Salah satu masalah kesehatan yang masih menjadi perhatian di Indonesia adalah stunting, yaitu kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak akibat gizi buruk selama seribu hari pertama kehidupannya. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan solusi yang efektif dan tepat sasaran. Oleh karena itu, kami mengusulkan StuntApp sebagai aplikasi mobile yang memiliki tujuan mendeteksi dini stunting pada anak-anak. Aplikasi ini akan melakukan pengukuran dan analisis data antropometri anak-anak. StuntApp adalah aplikasi mobile berbasis Android yang dapat diunduh melalui Google Play Store. Pengguna aplikasi ini adalah masyarakat umum dan kader posyandu di masing-masing daerah. Melalui aplikasi ini, diharapkan orang tua dapat mendeteksi dini risiko stunting pada anak-anak, sehingga tindakan preventif dan intervensi yang tepat dapat segera dilakukan. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan edukasi mengenai nutrisi dan kesehatan anak kepada orangtua, sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya gizi dan kesehatan anak. Pengembangan aplikasi mobile ini menggunakan metode scrum, dengan metode pengujian yang digunakan adalah black box testing.
