Abstract

Research conducted in the study area is in the form of road corridor which has a length of 7 km that have concerns about elements of urban design, supported with analysis and guidance on eight elements of urban design that consists of Land use, Forms and Procedures Mass Building, Circulation and parking, Tata Information, Support Activity, Pedestrian Line, Green Line Road and Historic Buildings. Jalan Sudirman corridor is the only center of economic growth in South Bangka Regency. In general road corridor sudirman there are several activities such as housing, offices, government, trade, and services. Corridor development Jalan Sudirman currently not offset the premium elements of good urban design. The results of this study is that the growth of the road corridor is very rapid sudirman general should be supported by a particular arrangement of the arrangement of urban design elements, thus creating sudirman general road corridor to improve environmental quality. Recommendations from this study is to perform layout directives of the eight elements of urban design that consists of Land use, shape and mass Tata Building, Circulation and Parking, System Information, Support Activity, Pedestrian Line, Green Line Road and Historic Buildings.

Abstract

This study was directed to conduct a typology analysis of the region as a referral to the harmonization of regional development policy. Harmonizing the implementation of regional development is a current trend in the region structured both spatial and temporal. The approach on the flatness and the disparity is the key underlying territorial structuration in the system. This study tried to steer the typology of regions based on economic, spatial and environmental, institutional and policy into distinguishing element between the regions. The unit of analysis in this research is the province which is in the province, East Nusa Tenggara, South Sulawesi and Bali Province. In pursuit of this study, the data collection either primary or secondary using descriptive and analytical approach to economic inequality and a desk study of policy documents, spatial and environmental. The results showed that the need for treatment on various typologies of regional economic differences in each province and the spatial structure of the existing resources necessary to make adjustments in the implementation of the harmonization. On the other hand the policy documentation should be directed to the achievement of the accountability and measurable plan / measurement in addition requires a harmony between development plans and spatial planning. Readiness of human resources as an implementer became an obstacle in achieving harmony regional development, as well as institutional constraints both in terms of administrative and systemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of user satisfaction Commuter Train Bandung - Cicalengka with the services supplied by the PT. Daop II KAI Bandung which is the input for the improvement of railway facilities and infrastructures required by the user. In pursuit of this study data collection both primary and secondary. Primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 random users on weekdays (Monday-Friday) and holidays (Saturday-Sunday), where users were asked to rate the variables related to aspects of the train and the train station. The methodology used is descriptive approach using the method of analysis of the level of satisfaction and level of services. The results showed a variable that requires repair by rail users is the variable that is flexibility when it is inside the train, and the variable availability of air/circulation in the railway carriage, variable security on the train, the variable timing of arrival and variable timing of departure and the arrival of the train and variable wait time of arrival train, variable cleanliness in the train, and the variable availability schedule information board.

Abstract

This study aimed at analyzing the potential areas of Urban Development in New Autonomous Region of Muara Bungo is based on the physical ability of their land. Research conducted in the study area is in the form of potential areas for development of urban areas future, supported with analysis of population growth up to 50 years and the development and changes in land use, the land's physical ability and capacity of the land in the future use and interpretation of Arc GIS overlay software version 3.9. Based on the analysis, the development of build in area is spread over the compact to form a city that is less than ideal. There are constraints region even in protected areas border river. There is a 8.08% (313.40 hectares) of land build at regional constraints and by 0.84% ​​(32.37 hectares) in the protected area while the river banks and undeveloped land development growing on potential area amounted to 91.08% (3530.76 ha).

Abstract

This study was directed to assess the potential sectors in supporting the function of the town there are three criteria set which includes the role of the economic structure, the economic base, changes in economic structure are viewed by using the GDP variable Cilegon. These criteria include each of the two sub-criteria, the criteria for the role of the economic structure consists of a contribution the GDP and the rate of GDP growth, the economic base consists of the role of a sector and doubling of a sector of activity, changes in economic structure consists of changes in the growth sectors of the economy and changes in sector activity economy. The methodology used was descriptive approach. The analysis method is to use the analysis of the economic structure, loqation question, shift share, AHP (analysis hirarcical process) and analysis of a composite index of economic petensial components and functions of the city. The results showed a potential sub-sectors contained in Cilegon include quarrying sub-sector, excluding oil and gas industry, electricity, wholesale and retail trade, sea transportation, river transportation and crossings, banks, other financial institutions and services company. Among the nine sub-sectors of the potential contained in Cilegon, sub-sectors that can support the function of Cilegon City are without oil and gas industry sub-sector, while other functions are still not able to support the functions carried Cilegon in terms of both spatial and non-spatial.
