Abstract

This paper derrived to identify tipology of inter municipals urban region and human development index at West Java Provence. The aim of this research are finding tipology of physical geographic inter municipals urban region, tipology of planning integration, tipology of human development index, tipology of conectivity, and tipology of economic interaction. The methodology are mixed methods research has been added to qualitative and quantitative approaches. Finding in this research are [1] In phisical geography have two cathegory are mountain and coastal areas. The mountains area is more have development limitation and constrain than coastal area; [2] planning integration are two differensiation conectivity area inter municipal/urban and inter Provence West Jawa and Central Java. Differensiation is more dificult integrating to planning administration in area inter Provence West Jawa and Central Java; [3] human development index inter municipals urban region are low but so many district area are high level through developed connectivity and economics interaction; [4] interaction inter districts area are lower level to provide economics activity; [5]. Economics interaction and production in district area are lower level.

Abstract

There are quite a lot of parks in Bandung them very intensively used by people but none of them have less in interest. Maluku park is one of them. Based on the observations, his lack of interest of the people visiting the beauty of the park is due to the influence of the old image as a hangout embarrassment park transvestites and many homeless people who inhabit the park. Bandung city government efforts to install a fence so as not to aggravate the condition undermined. The cause of this park is used as a homeless shelter because there are buildings that cover a tennis court making Maluku into the rear garden. Thus enclosed garden to be a place that is convenient for the gathering of the homeless. The solution of this situation is to change the tennis court into an open space facing the embarrassment as a view park.

Abstract

The island of Bali as an international tourist destination, has developed physically included in the form of spatial changes. This is in line with the influence of the growing number and mobility of the population in each county, city, and province in general. Economic centers are also open and attractive mobility. Tourist resort certainly influence the direction of the city as the center of the district's economy, one of the Desa Adat Kuta. Desa Adat Kuta motivated by the development of tourism as a phenomenon and the global economy. Its development as a tourist region can not be separated from the development of the area as a place of settlement of the general population. Changes in the research space associated with the presence of the sacred space from the perspective of Balinese tradition associated with the philosophy of Tri Hita Karana. The explanation is that there are three elements that are interconnected micro space between one and the other in the macro space. In this study, the macro space is a space Desa Adat Kuta in the context of the Tri Hita Karana, while the micro chamber includes a discussion of the elements of space parhyangan, pawongan, and palemahan.

Abstract

The coastal area is one area that is important to note in its construction, because about 60% of Indonesian people living in this area (Dahuri, 2002). Starting from these conditions, the coastal areas became the highest levels of poverty. It is equally the case in coastal Settlement Region in the village Eretan Kulon and Village Eretan, District Kandanghaur, Indramayu Regency. The area are home to coastal communities, and the average living standards of quality and coastal communities, including in low-income or disadvantaged, thus triggering more untidiness tinggkat again. The purpose of this study is to inform the planning of the slums and adaptive planning in coastal areas of Indramayu district to identify the typology slum settlements vulnerable coastal erosion in Indramayu. The results of this study are some areas along coastal settlements in the village Eretan Wetan Kulon and have a high to moderate untidiness typology, especially the typology high degree of untidiness in the settlement blocs on Eretan Kulon village. While the efforts to be made is with the relocation of the affected settlements indicated abrasi.Untuk not appropriate spatial restoration done by making buildings that are adaptive to disasters like floods and abrasion house form the stage for the tidal flood prone settlements. For the abrasion treatment efforts mangrove planting and construction of embankment either longitudinal or perpendicular to the beach.

Abstract

Otista road in Garut is the function of primary collector road that connects between Garut and Tasikmalaya regency of Bandung regency, and serve the movement from within and outside Garut. Because of its role as one of the entrance-exit from / to Garut and the amount of traffic load and high intensity continuous movement, this road has resulted in an imbalance in the supply and demand of transport in the region and lead to delay movement, consequently the burden of road corridor Otista becomes heavier and its performance as a primary collector roads are decreasing. This study aimed to optimize the performance of the way through the control of space utilization in urban areas Garut using the Highway Capacity Manual (MKJI 1997). The data used for the analysis is obtained by means of collecting primary data and secondary data collection according to the needs of research. Data analysis was conducted on the analysis of the intensity of use of space, the analysis of traffic volume, the amount of analysis generation and analysis of vehicle traction performance of the road. From the results of the analysis showed that the volume of vehicles on the road corridor Otista Garut is not comparable to the capacity of the existing road, with the level of service at the level that level of service D "Level of Service"> 0.7 or at the level of D. Then of it is made in the form of alternative treatment alternative engineering into one-way traffic, changes in road width and intensity of the alternative arrangements. Of the three alternatives are able to improve the level of service that is originally from level D to be at the level of service level <0.7 or at the level of C.
