Abstract

Changes sacred space can be judged from the internal side as the change in the physical elements of the space or the object of such changes either addition or subtraction functions; layout and orientation changes as well as changes in the living space. Besides changes in the sacred space can be expressed also on the external side to consider changing the surrounding space/borders that may affect the value of the sanctity of a building or object is sacred, such as changes in the radius of the distance to the closest building, changing the height of the nearby buildings and visibility of the building closest to the direction of the building/object sacred. Changes in the research space associated with the presence of the sacred space from the perspective of Balinese tradition associated with the philosophy of Tri Hita Karana. The explanation is that there are three elements that are interconnected micro space between one and the other in the macro space. In this study, the macro space is a space Desa Adat Kuta in the context of the Tri Hita Karana, while the micro chamber includes a discussion of the elements of space parhyangan, pawongan, and palemahan. Abstract

At this time there has been a change in developed regions increasingly widespread and uncontrolled In Sub Cilengkrang. This has implications for conservation function decline due to changes in land use affect the ability of the land to retain water runoff and absorb water (infiltration). The purpose of this study is to evaluate the use of land based on an index of conservation in the district of North Bandung Cilengkrang Region. The method used in this study, namely [1] .This method Overlay analysis using ArcGIS software analysis tool to determine the version 10.1 deviation and coefficient of land use woke region; [2.] Methods of Conservation Index is a coefficient which shows the ability of a region to hold runoff water (run off) and absorb water (ilfiltrasi) based on actual natural aspects and aspects of land use. The results of the analysis [1] .Terjadi irregularities existing land use pattern in 2013 against KBU room in 2009, covering an area of ​​748.42 hectares, or approximately 25.61% of the total area of ​​the District Cilengkrang; [2].Terdapat three village whose value KWTa> KWTMax namely (a). Kelurahan Cipanjalu increased by 3.28%; (b). Kelurahan Ciporeat an increase of 10.97%; and (c). Kelurahan Melatiwangi increased by 6.13%. [3]. The results of analysis of conservation index showed an increase of the threshold conditions set out which pattern KBU space. Which occurs in categories (a) critical. more increased 6%; (b) the critical. Moderate increased 4%; (c). Worse critical increased 17%; (d). Increased 9% . It is critical. Conservation function decline is a result of changes in land use that affect the ability of the land to retain water runoff and absorb water (infiltration).

Abstract

The development of an urban area should be followed by the availability of a complete and can serve the needs of local people, so it needs to be the availability of social services and facilities. It is equally the case in Subang Urban requiring the study of social fasiitas service levels. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze service levels based on the public perception of social facilities in Subang Urban. The method used in the preparation of this report are quantitative and qualitative methods, where the method of calculating the quantitative analysis of the level of service based Infrastructure (Decree of the Minister of Settlement and Infrastructure No. 534 / KPTS / M / 2001 and Standards of the Ministry of Education and Culture) and qualitative analysis methods to see the analysis results of the public perception (questionnaire). Results from this study is that it can be seen villages where and what facilities they need to increase its services, so it needs to increase in order to increase and equity of social facilities so they can be melayanai population and the availability of social amenities which there can be affordable by the population, whereas for social facilities the critical condition can be repaired for reuse so that the level of service social amenities in urban Subang better.

Abstract

Mitigation is a systematic activity of a state before the disaster occurs until the disaster has occurred, including evacuation and recovery from disasters. Because of the importance of these mitigation activities, especially in developing countries should be responsive to the geographical characteristics of threats and vulnerabilities to disasters. Bangladesh is one of the developing countries have fairly high vulnerability to disasters, particularly natural disasters that occur almost every year as hurricanes / typhoons and floods, and there is no doubt this is happening as a result of geological and geographical factors Bangladesh. Frequent disasters have a direct and significant effect on the development process and the development of Bangladesh, both locally and nationally. How to understand this country responds to the disaster is important to learn and understand. The Bangladesh government to initiate several agencies such as the Disaster Management Bureau (DMB) or Agency / Bureau of Management Disaster local level, the National Council of Management of Disaster or The National Disaster Management Council (NDMC) and the Coordinating Committee of Management of Disaster Inter-Ministry or the Inter-Ministerial Disaster Management Coordination Committee (IMDMCC) at a higher level, which meant that all activities can be coordinated and implemented mitigation as well to maximize all potential and existing resources, including NGOs.
