Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of non-performing loans (NPLs) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to Return on Assets (ROA). The background of this study was the phenomenon of bank lending is not optimal. The population in this study are all commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2015 period. To determine the effect of NPL and LDR to ROA, then used a multiple regression analysis. The research proves that Non Performing Loan (NPL) have a significant and negative effect on the financial performance of state-owned banks in Indonesia with ROA. Loan Debt Ratio (LDR) has a significant influence and positive impact on the financial performance of state-owned banks in Indonesia with ROA. Abstract

This research aims to; 1) analyze the influence of motivation, leader behavior, and career development opportunities to employee performance, and 2) to analyze between motivation, leader behavior, and career development opportunities are the dominant influence on employee performance. This research uses explanatory research approach (explanatory research). Data was collected through the technique of questionnaires, interviews, and observations, which consists of primary data and secondary data. Furthermore, the data were analyzed quantitatively, using a statistical model, by using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) motivation, leader behavior, and career development opportunities have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, 2) Motivation is variable the dominant influence on employee performance. Abstract

Lecturer at the college plays a strategic role in fostering academic and student affairs. That's because the professors serve as agents that transform science and knowledge to the students, so that if qualified lecturers, it is expected that science and knowledge are transformed as well quality. This research is causality, to determine the effect on the performance of the competence of lecturers lecturers. The sampling technique using Stratified random sampling by the sample size is as much as 105 faculty and the number of respondents who return the questionnaires to complete as many as 95. The results of hypothesis testing in this study were 1). Pedagogical competence of lecturers positive effect on performance. 2). Professional competence positive effect on the performance of lecturers. 3). Personal competence no significant effect on the performance of lecturers, and 4). Social competence no significant effect on the performance of lecturers. Keywords : competence, pedagogic, professional, personal, social, and performance.

Abstract

In this study, the factors to be studied are the total population, the number of industrial and Gross Domestic Product which is suspected to have an influence on the reception of advertisement tax. This study aims to determine the effect of the total population, the number of industrial and Gross Domestic Product partially on tax revenue billboard in Malang regency. This study population is the total population, the number of industrial, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and advertisement tax acceptance in Malang district in 2009-2013. The research sample is the population in this study. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection through the documentation. Analysis of the data used in this research is multiple regression analysis to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study can be seen the number of people affect the billboard tax revenue, the number of industry influence the advertising tax receipts, Gross Domestic Product has no effect on the acceptance of the advertisement tax. Keywords: Population, Industry, Gross Domestic Product, advertisement tax acceptance and transparency.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the financial performance  of five food and baverage industries. The period 2010-2014. The method used in this research is the method that includes aspects of Economic Value Added (EVA). Economic Value Aded (EVA) is a tool for analyzing the company finance performance. The result of this study indicate that five food industries have positive, its mean that five industries have value added, but PT. Siantar Top Tbk in 2014 have EVA < 0 because their Income Statement is lower than Cost that they must pay.Keywords: Financaial performance, Economic Value Added

Abstract

Assessment of financial performance to approach EVA (Economic Value Added) is an attempt to assess the extent of the company's success in terms of the interests of investors and creditors. EVA is a measure of financial performance and illustrates the absolute number of shareholders who created or scientific dirusak.Penulisan aims to determine the financial performance of the method of EVA (Economic Value Added) at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk during the years 2011-2015 as well as assessing the EVA (Economic Value Added) produced by the company from 2011 - 2015. Based on the analysis over the period 2011-2015 through the calculation of NOPAT, IC, WACC, Capital Charges, it can be concluded that the performance of PT. Mayora Indah Tbk during the last 5 years were able to generate positive EVA, in 2011 to produce EVA Rp 467 498 482 600, in 2012 to produce EVA Rp 673 325 618 548, in 2013 to produce EVA Rp 947 916 477 646, 2014 produce a value of Rp 495 119 839 388 EVA 2015 and EVA generate Rp 1,180,890,390,993 and approaches Economic value Added (EVA) is very suitable to be applied to the PT. Mayora Indah Tbk because it can provide information to parties - parties that require financial information in particular, the management company in the field of finance and shareholders to make a decision in the future.Keyword: Assessment of Financial Performance, Economic Value Added

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the accounts receivable at the internal control unit Bottled Drinking Water (bottled water) ASA general company Jasa Tirta I Malang using models COSO (The Committee of Sponsoring Organizations). The method used in this research is qualitative analysis with case study approach. The data in this method is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation.Based on the research results, the internal control system of the receivable has been running quite effective, in which the management company has been applying the basic concepts and principles - principles of internal control in accordance with COSO, but on the other hand there is a weakness in the company's policy in terms of the payment system that is fairly soft, need to be made Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and system documentation applications. Abstract

Service quality dimension coveringreliability, responsiveness,assurance, empathy, and tangibleis the ultimate goal a public hospitalshould achieve as organization productivity though patients’satisfaction. This study investigated the influence of service quality onpatients’ satisfaction of Dr Syaiful Anwar Hospital in Malang, EastJava, Indonesia. Assigning 50 patients hospitalized during the research,this study collected data using questionnaires, interview and documentanalysis and used SPSS 17.0 as a tool of analysis.Findings of t-testshowed that variables of quality service gave positive effect onpatients’ satisfaction, each of which is: Assurance (46%), Reliability(34,3%), Tangible (42%), Responsiveness (67,1%), and Empathy(43,3%). Determinant test showed all variables affected 46.1% (R² =.464) on public satisfaction andresponsiveness performed the most service quality, patient satisfaction,public hospital, Dr. Syaiful AnwarHospital

Abstract

This study to determine the effect of occupational health and safety and work environment on performance of employees through job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with the method of collecting data through questionnaires, observation, documentation, and interviews. Total population in this study are 250 production employees  with 69 respondents as sample and using random sampling techniques. Data analysis technique using path analysis, the results indicating the important role of safety and health and work environment on employee job satisfaction, there are influence of occupational safety and health and work environment on employee performance. However, the results showed that there is a weak influence between safety and health and work environment on performance of employees through job satisfaction. Keywords: occupational health and safety, work environment, job satisfaction, employee performance
