Abstract

Lecturer at the college plays a strategic role in fostering academic and student affairs. That's because the professors serve as agents that transform science and knowledge to the students, so that if qualified lecturers, it is expected that science and knowledge are transformed as well quality. This research is causality, to determine the effect on the performance of the competence of lecturers lecturers. The sampling technique using Stratified random sampling by the sample size is as much as 105 faculty and the number of respondents who return the questionnaires to complete as many as 95. The results of hypothesis testing in this study were 1). Pedagogical competence of lecturers positive effect on performance. 2). Professional competence positive effect on the performance of lecturers. 3). Personal competence no significant effect on the performance of lecturers, and 4). Social competence no significant effect on the performance of lecturers. Keywords : competence, pedagogic, professional, personal, social, and performance.

Abstract

PT. Liku Telaga is a chemical industry with products as general chemicals with a fairly high level of competition from within the country and abroad. This competition requires good efficiency in order to produce products at competitive prices. In addition to the efficient use of technology, existing human resources also determine the level of efficiency that will be generated.  This research is a case study conducted at PT. Liku Telaga to employees with Manager, Supervisor, Foreman and Staff level using a quantitative approach. The study population was all employees at the level of Manager, Supervisor, Officer, Staff, and Foreman at PT. Liku Telaga with a total sample of 80 respondents selected using census techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. From the results of research conducted in June - July 2019 showed that (1) Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on the desire to move employees at PT. Liku Telaga Gresik, (2) The practice of human resources has a negative and significant effect on the desire to move employees to work at PT. Liku Telaga Gresik, (3) The labor market has a positive and not significant effect on the desire to move employees at PT Liku Telaga Gresik

Abstract

In determining and achieving a goal in a organization, one element that’s needed is human resource. In facing challenges to achieve organizational goals, continues improvement is needed to improve and enhance employee performance. The goals of this research is : 1. To know and analyze the impact of shift system to employee’s performance, 2. To know and analyze the impact of employee’s stress level to employee’s performance, 3. To know and analyze the impact of work environment to employee’s performance, 4. To know and analyze the impact of shift system, employee’s stress level, and work environment simultaneously to employee’s performance. This research is associative casual research using quantitative approach. This research was conducted on PT Liku Telaga’s employees. The population of this research is all permanent employees of PT Liku Telaga. Samples were taken using proportional random sampling method from 68 respondents. Those data were processed using SPSS software ver.20. The result of this research shows that 1. Shift system doesn’t affect significantly and affect positively to employee’s performance 2. Employee’s stress level affect significantly and affect negatively to employee’s performance 3. Work environment affect significantly and affect positively to employee’s performance 4. Shift system, employee’s stress level and work environment affect significantly to PT Liku Telaga employee’s performance.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are : 1)  to determine the direct effect of product quality and store atmosphere on customer loyalty, 2) to determine the indirect effect of product quality and store atmosphere on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is a field research with quantitative methods. The data collection uses a field survey method using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a 5-points scale of likert. Population of this research are Vosco Coffee's customers. Samples taken are 150 customers selected by accidental-purposive sampling technique.. The results of path analysis reveal that: 1) directly, both product quality and store atmosphere have a  positive and significant effect on  customer loyalty; 2) customer satisfaction is also proven to be able to mediate the influence of product quality and store atmosphere on customer loyalty even though this indirect influence is not as big as direct influence. https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v7i2.3347

Abstract

This study aimed at test and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on the performance and working satisfaction as the mediatory variable. It was a causal / explanatory research. This research was conducted to identify the causal relationships among the available and clearly defined variables in the study problems through the hypothesis testing. The sample were 95 respondents, who were 95 lecturers of different private universities in Malang. The sampling technique in the research was multistage random sampling. The data were obtained through distribution and collection of questionnaires. They were then analyzed witht he structural model with GeSCA program. The results showed that 1) the motivation  had a positive significant effect on the performance,  2) the ability  had a positive significant effect on the performance, 3) the organizational commitment had a positive significant effect on the performance, 4)  the organizational commitment had a positive significant effect on working satisfaction, 5) the performance had a positive significant on the working satisfaction, And 6) the Performance also gave mediatory support to organizational commitment on the working satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh patronage buying motives dan promosi gratis pengiriman pada proses keputusan pembelian di Shopee. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan metode kuantitatif. Seratus sampel telah dipilih menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Data kuantitatif dianalisa menggunakan SPSS ver. 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa patronage buying motives dan promosi gratis ongkos kirim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Shopee dengan persentase sebesar 85,9%.

Abstract

During this Pandemic Covid 19 situation, the competition in the hotel industry becomes more competitive. The niche market especially in this industry become smaller and tighter. Thus, the hotel businesses have to be more aware with all the factors than can affect the customer to do the purchase decision to keep their sustainability and to win the competition. Some of the important factors that can affect the consumer decision are promotion, servicescape and brand image. The study was conducted to find out the influence of promotion and servicescape of stay decisions through of brand image at El Royale Hotel Banyuwangi. This research uses a type of quantitive research with path analysis as the method. The tool that was used by the researcher is IBM SPSS 26. The population of this study is the visitors who stay at El Royale Hotel Banyuwangi, with the number of samples used are 100 based on Slovin Formula and taken by purposive sampling technique.The sampling’s criteria that are used in this research are the guests above 17 years old, and the guest who act as a decision maker. The result of this study is show that (1) partially promotion and servicescape affect the brand image positively and significantly. (2) partially promotion, servicescape and brand image affect the stay decision positively and significantly. (3) Brand image able to mediate the influence of promotion to stay decision. (4) Brand image is not able to mediate the influence of servicescape to stay decision.

Abstract

Business competition is now a global phenomenon that occurs in the world and in Indonesia. Various regional, national, international companies were established to make economic changes in the country move so fast in this case start-ups. Based on data from the Ministry of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia, in 2019 there were 2,193 start-ups in Indonesia, which grew significantly. Training providers are very important because many companies need to increase the capacity of their staff. Training providers are able to have a direct impact on company needs faster than formal education. Companies tend to choose training providers to train their staff with training programs that fit their needs. This study aims to determine 1) the effect of program quality on training participants' satisfaction; 2) The influence of service quality on the satisfaction of training participants; 3) The effect of price (training costs) on the satisfaction of training participants at the Salim Excellence Center (SEC) Training Provider. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study were 70 respondents who were training participants at the Training Provider Salim Excellence Center (SEC) according to Slovin's calculations using the Non Probability Sampling technique with Purposive Sampling. This study uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate: 1) The quality of the program has a significant effect on the satisfaction of the training participants; 2) Service quality has a significant effect on training participants' satisfaction; 3) Price (training costs) has no significant effect on the satisfaction of training participants at the Salim Excellence Center (SEC) Training Provider.

Abstract

The capital market is an important instrument in the economy of a country, because the capital market also reflects the state of the country's economy. Capital market in Indonesia is the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) based in the capital city, Jakarta. In the Indonesian stock exchange there are different classifications of stock indices, but the stock index movements are frequently used reference is LQ45. Many factors affect the movement of shares in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) especially LQ45, among others, the money supply, inflation and the BI Rate. On the other hand, the money supply also has an influence on inflation and BI Rate. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of the money supply directly against inflation and BI Rate, and how it impacts indirectly against LQ45 through inflation and BI Rate in Indonesia during the period 2010-2014. In this study, the population used is LQ45 and sample research is LQ45 period 2010-2014. Data analysis method used in this research is the analysis of the path (path analysis). In this study the data Inflation, BI Rate in the data each month during the study period of 2010 to 2014 on the website of Bank Indonesia (BI) (www.bi.go.id) and the data amount of money every month during the study period of 2010 to 2014 in Central Bureau of Statistics. The test results show the effect of which has been carried out during the study period (2010 - 2014) that the first structure money supply shows the influence of the (positive) is significant, in both structure money supply showed a positive effect (not significant), And the third structure shows that the money supply effect (positive) significant to LQ45, money supply no effect on inflation, money supply shows effect results (not significant) of the BI Rate. And for intervening results show that the variable inflation and BI rate can not be used as an intervening variable in the study

Abstract

Suatu organisasi atau perusahaan agar dapat mencapai visi, misi dan tujuannya serta agar tetap bisa bersaing dengan organisasi atau perusahaan lainnya, maka harus bisa mengelola pengetahuan yang dimilikinya dengan baik. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan oleh organisasi atau perusahaan yaitu dengan menerapkan knowledge management. Penerapan knowledge management memberikan manfaat positif bagi organisasi atau perusahaan yaitu dapat meningkatkan nilai organisasi atau perusahaan. Hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, training dan knowledge sharing terhadap implementasi knowledge management memberikan hasil yang berbeda, oleh karena itu diperlukan adanya penelitian lebih lanjut. Maka dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan (X1), training (X2) dan knowledge sharing (X3) sebagai variabel independen terhadap implementasi knowledge management (Y) sebagai variabel independen baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian yang akan dilakukan ini adalah karyawan non tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Karomah Holistic Pekalongan. Teknik pengambilan sampel atau data yang digunakan oleh peneliti berupa penyebaran angket atau kuesioner. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 32 sampel. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa secara parsial variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1) dan knowledge sharing (X3) tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel knowledge management (Y), sedangkan variabel training (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap variabel knowledge management (Y), dan secara simultan variabel independen gaya kepemimpinan (X1), training (X2) dan knowledge sharing (X3) berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen knowledge management (Y).
