Abstract

This article was intended to describe the role of word processor and word processing for business. Word processor is software specifically designed to process the data. With the word processor, its very easy for people to do the work or making important documents. Word processor to function in the world of education, government, medicine and others. The human need for data generation is so important. This is evident from the number of people using Microsoft Word or a word processor to create documents. Even these days almost all people in desperate need of data processing applications, because with this application everybody can be facilitated in making important documents or create a story, papers, letters and others.

Abstract

The research was intended to describe the development of the rural people, the country cannot claim to be a developed country. Not only India, every developing country of the world has been trying to reduction of poverty because of the poverty eradication is considered an integral to humanity’s mission for their sustainable development. It is a concept of global dialog and vital for the attainment of international goals. The government of India as well as states government has launches some poverty eradication program for the development of rural peoples, but all these poverty alleviation program are did not yield the desired result due to various shortcomings. Successful implementation of these program required appropriate policy framework, adequate funds and effective delivery mechanism. An effective and responsive district level field machinery with a high degree of commitment, motivation, professional competence and above all integrity has been recognized as one of the pre-requisites for successful implementation of an anti-poverty strategy.

Abstract

CpG islands (CGIs) play a vital role in genome analysis as genomic markers.  Identification of the CpG pair has contributed not only to the prediction of promoters but also to the understanding of the epigenetic causes of cancer. In the human genome [1] wherever the dinucleotides CG occurs the C nucleotide (cytosine) undergoes chemical modifications. There is a relatively high probability of this modification that mutates C into a T. For biologically important reasons the mutation modification process is suppressed in short stretches of the genome, such as ‘start’ regions. In these regions [2] predominant CpG dinucleotides are found than elsewhere. Such regions are called CpG islands. DNA methylation is an effective means by which gene expression is silenced. In normal cells, DNA methylation functions to prevent the expression of imprinted and inactive X chromosome genes. In cancerous cells, DNA methylation inactivates tumor-suppressor genes, as well as DNA repair genes, can disrupt cell-cycle regulation. The most current methods for identifying CGIs suffered from various limitations and involved a lot of human interventions. This paper gives an easy searching technique with data mining of Markov Chain in genes. Markov chain model has been applied to study the probability of occurrence of C-G pair in the given   gene sequence. Maximum Likelihood estimators for the transition probabilities for each model and analgously for the  model has been developed and log odds ratio that is calculated estimates the presence or absence of CpG is lands in the given gene which brings in many  facts for the cancer detection in human genome.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship of consumer behavior in s-commerce by proposing a research model that incorporates various factors. To conclude, perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment have a positive relationship on attitude. The proposed model that examines the mediating effects of attitude on variables. It is reported that perceived usefulness could be mediated by the effect of attitude, however perceived enjoy fullness doesn’t not. As with any study of this nature, a number of limitations have to be pointed out. The first limitation is the issue of generalization. Small sample size collected in this study lead to the poor-fit structural model. Thus, the findings must be interpreted with caution and cannot be conclusively used to generalize to all the consumer behavior towards s-commerce. The second limitation relates to the cross-sectional nature of the current study.

Abstract

Computer Networking is not something new today. Almost every company there is a Computer Network to facilitate the flow of Information within the company. Internet increasingly popular today is a giant Computer Network of Computers that are connected and can interact. This can occur because of the network technology development is very rapid. But in some ways connected to the internet can be dangerous threat, many attacks that can occur both within and outside such as Viruses, Trojans, and Hackers. In the end the security of computers and computer networks will play an important role in this case. A good firewall configuration and optimized to reduce these threats. Firewall configuration there are 3 types of them are screened host firewall system (Single- homed bastion), screened host firewall system (Dual-homed bastion), and screened subnet firewall. And also configure the firewall to open the ports Port right to engage connect to the Internet, because the ports to configure a firewall that can filter packets incoming data in accordance with the policy or policies. This firewall architecture that will be used to optimize a firewall on the network.

Abstract

This paper attempts to configure the meaning of cultural practices in the field of tradition in Bali including the cultural meaning of assertive, directive, expressive, commissive, and declaration that can be used as a model TO strengthen identity of Balinese people. In order to obtain valid data, participative observation taking the form of a focused group discussion was done in several locations in Bali. The data were then thoroughly analyzed based upon the theory of Natural Semantic Metalanguage originated by Wierzbicka (1999) with a model of Cultural Scripts proposed by Goddarad (2002). The result of analysis showed that: 1) cultural meanings found in verbal utterance of traditionally cultural practices in Bali could be derived from such functions of speech acts as: (a) assertive with cultural meanings of ngaturang to present  and ngedengang to show ; (b) directive with cultural meanings of ngelungsur keslametan ‘to ask for safety, nuturang to advise, ngundang to invite; (c) expressive with cultural meanings of ampura to apologize and suksma to thank; (d) commissive with cultural meaning of mejanji to promise; and (e) declaration with cultural meaning of mutusang to decide; 2) Cultural meanings of Bali cultural practices could be configured using cultural scripts that can be used as a model to strengthen the identity of Balinese people.
