Abstract - Development Telecommunication Tower growth cannot be avoided. Accordingly, the local government makes local regulations on Planning and Control of Telecommunication Tower to avoid illegal construction of Telecommunication Tower because makes a reduction in open land and also reduces the aesthetic value of the spatial region. The researcher conducted a study on the implementation of methods haversine on a geographic information system is expected to simplify the process of distance measurements for the determination of Telecommunication Tower towards he elliptical shape of the earth. ABSTRACT - Technology development change system management which was originally to be done manually be computerized. Benefits of systems that are considered to be managed in a computerized can benefit the company is no exception PT. Setiajaya Mobilindo. In managing the system supplies parts PT .Setiajaya Mobilindo have used technology information using desktop based program. But there are still the problem in system that runs of them were not the availability of programs to perform stock opname, Making it difficult to seeing how goods in the warehouse with data on database, the absence of a program to see a groove out of making it difficult to find the transaction goods Based on the discussion mentioned above then the researcher want to provide solutions by improving program was with the waterfall, start from analysis software needs , design , encoding , until testing. Improvement of the program will start from planning system to the stages of the design of detailed system , includes the design of a database , the design of control , the design of output input, until the technology. is expected that improvement program that has been there would be produced program to suit the needs of users and can to be the solution for the existing problems now. ABSTRACT - Web-based information technology today is needed by the company in facilitating its activities. Likewise with PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) which handles various activities and jobs related to customer service, such as customer registration, savings and loan services, financial installment payment etc. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Cepoko is one of the branches of BRI unit that has not used the web in its activities for customer registration service so that this makes it difficult for prospective customers located far from institutions that want to become customers. Therefore it takes a web that can be used to facilitate registration of prospective customers. This study aims to design a web created using Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, where the application is expected to facilitate the implementation of the web for customer registration. Software development using Waterfall method and testing using Black Box Testing method. The results of this study is a webbased information system that allows prospective customers to register as a customer at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Cepoko, Ngawi. Abstract - The development of technology and information is expanded very rapid. Media in presenting suggestions and critiques in the school is needed to improve the quality of teaching and learning activities. Submission of suggestions and criticisms can use the media of teachers performance appraisal questionnaire. Data processing results from existing questionnaires are computerized but there is no special application of questionnaires that process the data. Therefore, the author used Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to solve the problem. Students can filled out the teacher questionnaire through the online questionnaire, the data will be stored in database which will be processed until generate report automatically by system. In this research, the authors have made a special application of teachers perpformance questionnaires that can facilitate students in conducting assessments of the teacher. By using the media website and report directly after the students were done the assessment of the teachers. Processing of tachers performance questionnaire was a very helpful solution to the needs of users in producing information quickly and accurately. In addition, this application can displayed teacher ratings graph to facilitate the admin in knowing the results of the questionnaire. ABSTRACT - Currently Human Resources (HR) is an asset that is very valuable and very strategic so as to determine whether a company's health or not when viewed from its assets. Development of human resources must be planned and sustainable it is a company's future needs. In company employees is an asset, human resources that must be maintained properly. To maintain human resources, planning management, appointment of new employees, selection, orientation, training, education, job appraisal and promotion are required. The company conducts an evaluation or assessment of all employees, employee appraisal is a very important part because with good employee quality it will get good work result. Abstract - System design is a solution in solving work process problems by utilizing advances in technology and information. Required selection of system development methods that are effective and efficient so that the needs of users can be immediately fulfilled. D'cuci in laundry is a company engaged in laundry services with a wide selection of services such as kiloan (dry washing and ironing, dry and folding, ironing only, and express), laundry and dryclean. In transactions recording has not been computerized thus causing slow work process in obtaining information. It takes the right innovation to solve the problem, one of which is building a website based information system. The system development method used is Waterfall with 5 stages, namely requirement analysis, system design, program code generation, implementation, support and maintenance. The results of this study will produce a website-based laundry service information system that provides ease in conducting the transaction process. Abstract - Playstation2 is the best console of all time and has a major influence on the development of video games. So from that playstation2 until now still in demand in the community in all the game lovers. Basically the problem of damage to playstation2 is the most common case found in playstation2 and private rental employers who have playstation2. This damage requires fast and correct handling, as it can be quite detrimental to playstation2 rental entrepreneurs. Current technological advances to facilitate the work of man, because nowadays we can create an artificial intelligence that one of them called expert systems. For the development of expert systems requires hardware (hardware) such as a monitor, a processor, a minimum of 214 GB hard drive, 320 GB of memory, mouse and keyboard. Perangkat (software) consists Adove CS8 Dreamweaver, MySQL, XAMPP, Browser such as Mozilla. This application was designed with a web and an attractive appearance that can be used online for consultation. The results of this research is the application of playstation2 damage diagnosis expert system based on the indication symptoms of playstation2 problems. Abstract: Sales is an activity in selling products that provide information about inventory. Arga Medical is a shop engaged in the sale of medical equipment, many of sales transactions in the Arga Medical will affect the inventory. Problems in the Arga Medical is predicting many of product that must available for the next month. Therefore this research makes inventory information forecasting system using Single Exponential Smoothing and Double Exponential Smoothing method. This inventory forecasting information system will result a inventory forecasting for next month. Single Exponential Smoothing Method gives equal weight to each data while Double Exponential Smoothing method is smoothing twice. The Data used in this research is the sales data during 2016. Both of these methods resulted inventory forecasting in the next month is Januari 2017 of 52 with Single Exponential Smoothing and 60 with Double Exponential Smoothing. Each method has a Mean Square Error value the smallest error value is the best method for forecasting inventory. Abstract - in this era of disruptive like nowadays, information systems are becoming staples in every area that we do. Almost all jobs have an information system that is used to help complete the work so that it becomes more effective. Library processing a lot of data that should be processed well and fast that can give you maximum service to our customers. Besides information system built to manage all data, the security of information systems should be a major concern so that data can be stored safely and avoid attack or deface from people who are not responsible. One way to secure information systems we make is by separating the model view and the controller so that the system will be difficult to hack or on disable. With the CodeIgniter Framework then we would be easier in making a website that is secure because in the CodeIgniter has the concept of the Model View Controller (MVC). ABSTRACT - Sustainable national development from year to year to improve the lives and welfare of the people, requires the support of human resources, natural resources and huge financial resources. There are many financial resources that can be obtained by the state, one of them through taxes. Article 23 Income Tax as a source of state finance has problems in the process of cutting, depositing and reporting. An error occurring in the process may result in a deficiency in the amount of tax that should be deposited into the state treasury so as to prejudice and reduce state revenues. One method for managing tax payable taxpayers in order to enter the state treasury is to use the withholding system, in which the state authorizes third parties to deduct or levy the amount of tax payable by the taxpayer. There are many examples of cases that occur in tax evasion, where taxpayers pay little of their obligations to tax elements to enrich themselves and only a few are deposited into the state treasury. It takes good coordination and cooperation between related institutions and agencies so that leakage and tax evasion can be eliminated so that tax revenue can be increased.
