Abstract

ABSTRACTFinancial statement analysis will help the company to estimate the level of risk, uncertainty and result in the formulation of a better plan. Financial statement analysis aims to determine the extent to which the achievement of work has been achieved by all divisions in the company. One of the financial statement analysis is Profitability ratio. Profitability ratios are used to measure the company's ability to earn profits. The purpose of this study is to determine and identify financial performance at Bank Central Asia period 2011 to 2015. In this study, the authors use three types of data collection methods is library research Reading literature and books that examine theories about profitability ratios and the theoretical basis of the content of writing. Observations of non-behavioral methods of observation of financial statements published by BCA Tbk during the period of 2011 and 2015. The method of taking the conclusion that after the analysis process has been completed, then the conclusion is drawn by drawing conclusions from the data analysis done before. Based on the results of the discussion can be summarized as follows based on the financial statements of BCA there is a decrease in OM from 2011 to 2015. Based on the financial statements of BCA there is a decreased NPM from 2011 to 2015. Based on BCA's financial report there is an increase of ROI value from 2011 to 2015. Based on financial statements BCA there is a  decreased the value of ROE from 2011 to 2015. Based on BCA's financial report, there is an increase of ROE value from 2011 to 2015.Key words : Ratio Analysis, Financial Performance, Profitability

Abstract

Fixed Assets, as known as tangible assets and typically lose value over time (except land) and also be defined as an asset not directly sold to a firm's consumers/end-users. In a logistics & transport industry, these fixed assets include items or tools  that help obtain and maintain business operations. For examples table, chair, computer PC. They have an important role which is support the business activities of a company. Sometimes condition of the assets is less reck so it affected its performance. The problems will appear as the tool is not reck, such as operational support will be hampered, and complaints from the customers. To solve the problems, the asset condition monitoring should be done by doing the inventory. Inventory assets is the ability to record assets, it is expected that fixed asset can be monitored the check-out/check-in process from the report by building an inventory system applications. By using that application system can always monitor and making decisions regarding fixed assets.Keyword:Inventory Applications, Fixed Asset.

Abstract

Sukuk  sebagai surat berharga jangka panjang milik pemerintah berdasarkan prinsip syariah adalah bukti penyertaan dalam mata uang rupiah maupun valuta asing  yang mewajibkan pemerintah untuk membayar pendapatan kepada pemegang obligasi syariah berupa bagi hasil margin/fee, serta membayar kembali dana obligasi pada saat jatuh tempo. Ada banyak manfaat sukuk, diantaranya memperluas basis sumber pembiayaan anggaran negara dan mendorong pertumbuhan dan pengembangan pasar keuangan syariah di dalam negeri. Penerbitan sukuk maupun penggunaan dananya harus terbebas dari unsur riba, gharar dan masyir karena proses penerbitan sukuk haruslah sesuai dengan prinsip syariah dari awal sampai akhir. Transparansi dan akuntabilitas menjadi hal penting dalam penerbitan sukuk. Penerbit sukuk harus memberikan informasi sejelas-jelasnya di prospektus, sehingga investor dapat memahami tujuan, hak dan kewajiban di setiap penerbitan sukuk. Abstract

Abstract  –  SMA Panca Moral Cikampek is a form of manifestation in guiding the younger generation in order to educate the nation of Indonesia, the increasing number of learners who are increasing each year from year to year, are required to provide information fast, precise and accurate. SMA Panca Moral Cikampek desperately needs an information system that support in the process of academic information services in the form of Short Message Service (SMS) gateway that can facilitate the students so that information obtained more quickly to be accepted by students. Short Message Service (SMS) is a facility to send and get text short message that many application on wireless communication scheme (wireless). To obtain the data searched based on the query from the user, forward or send the search results to the intended Short Message Service (SMS) then the query specified by this content is to apply information retrival algorithm with the N-Gram method and the biword index to group in certain categories more relevant. Kata Kunci:SMS gateway, information retrieval,N-Gram, index biword

Abstract

As one of the state-owned companies engaged in cement industry which was established on August 7, 1957, PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, has a financial statement that must always be analyzed periodically from one period to the next that can be used as very basic information useful for internal and external companies. In this case the company can use ratio analysis to the financial statements. While for data collection method used in this research use observation method and library study related to financial data of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, to then be analyzed by calculating arithmetic ratio which can be interpreted in economic relation related to company performance. The result of financial statement analysis by using measurement of Liquidity Ratio, Leverage Ratio, Activity Ratio, Profitability Ratio, and can be said company in good condition.Keywords: Company performance, financial ratio analysis

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh televisi dan gadget terhadap prestasi belajar anak di TK Al- Muttaqin Ciputat Timur. Metode  survey yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan random sampling dan menghitung hasil kuisioner yang telah diisi oleh orang tua dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, dimana terdapat jumlah populasi sebanyak  93 orang dan dari jumlah tersebut diperoleh sampel sebanyak 75 orang.

Abstract

Digital library is the source of user information for library data search. The growing technology makes it easier for users to get the information they need. Digital libraries have a lot of content that causes search difficulties based on the interests of users. Using the N-Gram Method and Spelling Correction index applied to the search program will allow users to find the information they need, especially interest-based searches. This search process utilizes text information stored in digital library documents. In text documents, information is obtained directly from the content of the intended document. Keywords: Digital Library, information retrieval, N-Gram, Spelling Correction.

Abstract

The level of leveraging a company has a positive relationship between the value of the company. In this research, the factors that are used to analyze the level of leverage are Profitability, Growth and Securable Asset.The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of Profitability, Growth, and Securable Asset to leverage the company. Methods of data analysis used are multiple linear regression method. The results showed that of the partial results of hypothesis testing Profitability seen that the value of t-calculate (-1,037) > t-table (-2,353) and value  ρ (0,376) > α (0,05) not significant, then there is no influence on the profitability of Leverage. The value of the variable growth rate is seen that the value of t-calculate (-0,474) > t-table (-2,353) and the value of ρ (0.668)> α(0.05) is not significant, then there is no influence on the growth rate of Leverage. Securable Asset variable values can be seen that the t-calculate (-4.055) <t-table (-2.353) and the value of ρ (0.027) <α (0.05) significantly, there is the influence on the Securable Asset of Leverage. Then the simultaneous influence of profitability, growth rate and Securable Asset to Leverage the enterprise level has pretty good predictive capability that is 92.2% as seen from the R2 (experimental determination). And there are still other variables that affect the level of leverage is 7.8% of enterprises that are not discussed in this research.  Keywords:  Profitability, Growth, Securable Asset, and LeverageTingkat leverage perusahaan memiliki hubungan positif antara nilai perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, faktor-faktor yang digunakan untuk menganalisis tingkat Leverage adalah Profitabilitas, Tingkat Pertumbuhan dan Securable Asset. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Profitabilitas, Tingkat Pertumbuhan, dan Securable Asset terhadap  Leverage perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil parsial pengujian hipotesis, untuk variabel Profitabilitas terlihat bahwa nilai t hitung (-1,037)> t-tabel (-2,353) dan nilai ρ (0,376)> α (0,05) tidak signifikan, maka tidak ada pengaruh Profitabilitas terhadap Leverage. Nilai variabel tingkat pertumbuhan terlihat bahwa nilai t hitung (-0,474)> t-tabel (-2,353) dan nilai ρ (0,668)> α (0,05) tidak signifikan, maka tidak ada pengaruh tingkat pertumbuhan terhadap Leverage. Nilai variabel Securable Asset dapat dilihat bahwa t-hitung (-4.055) <t-tabel (-2.353) dan nilai ρ (0,027) <α (0,05) signifikan, ada pengaruh Securable Asset terhadap Leverage. Kemudian secara simultan ,Profitabilitas, Tingkat Pertumbuhan dan Securable Asset terdapat pengaruh terhadap tingkat Leverage perusahaan serta  memiliki kemampuan prediktif yang cukup baik yaitu 92,2% seperti yang terlihat dari R2 (penentuan eksperimental). Dan masih ada variabel lain yang mempengaruhi tingkat leverage yaitu 7,8% perusahaan yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Profitabilitas, Tingkat Pertumbuhan, Securable Asset dan Leverage.

Abstract

Some of the problems that occur in the process of recruitment of employees in decision-making which is felt from some candidates, particularly if there are employees who have the ability and some of the other considerations that are not much different, likes and dislikes. Some of the factors that led to the company doing the hiring of employees i.e. Turnovers. These things need to be made to the company's attention because of the high turnover in a company can interfere with activities and productivity. The methods used in this research Analytical Hierarchy Process Method and Profile Matching Method that is often called the Gap. The purpose of the research is to develop a decision support system (DSS) selection to help gain employee acceptance of the results of the selection of employee acceptance for the ability of reason, intelligence, systematic thinking. The potential ability of a person is shown with the skills to solve problems, work on a heavy workload, overcoming stress due to work, making priorities or schedules, the ability of controlling emotions.
