E-Filing Tax is a reporting system that is managed by the Direktorat Jendral Pajak to facilitate tax payer in tax reporting. Indonesia as the most populated country in ASEAN needs to participate and play an active role in Providing Appreciation And Contributions which this appreciation can be a service system or procedures that facilitate activities in the service of the population in the country and overseas residents to contribute to support the ASEAN Community, especially in terms of ease tax service. In this study using experimental methods which try using and disseminating the E-Filing system of tax reporting for who do not know in https://efiling.pajak.go.id/index and descriptive analysis where the authors portray and describe some of the activities happened and asked for some users E-Filing in order to conclude whether the E-Filing application beneficial or not.Key words: E-Filling, ASEAN Community, Tax Service

AbstractWeb-based applications is a solution of doing business today. The web application can run on all operating systems such as Windows, Linux and Mac OS. The web application can be accessed only by using a browser and does not require specification of a computer that is too high. Good sales application is an application that can display data sales transaction and sales reports to calculate profit and loss as a measure of the progress of the company. These data should be presented in realtime, although periodically and safely accessed simultaneously by multiple users. Web applications have a minimum of three sales of the super admin user, manager and cashier, cashier and manager which is a derivative of the super admin. Web applications that run online sales can facilitate the owners of the company in managing the company.Keywords: companymanaging, web based applications

Knowledge is a valuable asset for everyone no exception for the company. By Herbert (2007) Knowledge of a person can grow because of the experience, successes and failures and the learning process that meet all the time. Knowledge it self is divided into two parts that is "tacit knowledge" and "explicit knowledge". Storage of knowledge possessed by employees in companies is an effective way. According to Purnomo (2011, p.3) Knowledge Management System (KMS) is a system that is able to classify existing knowledge, seek knowledge, conduct and maintain knowledge of storage and use. At PT Abi Maju Konsultan, the workers knowledge still preserved, so in the event one of the employees who left the company so when recruiting new employees, the company will conduct initial training of the work that will be occupied employee. Making an application with the forum knowledge management system approach Intranet Instant Messaging And Forums is expected to address the problem so that the knowledges possessed by employees can be stored and can be used at any time when needed.Keyword: Knowledge management system, forum, knowledge

Good IT management application of information technology is expected to run optimally . IT management is best done by assessing the suitability anatara application of IT and business processes of the organization. With the increasing use of IT in business , IT governance becomes important concepts discussed . IT governance information system services to customers in digibook been done although still not running optimally because they have not reached the expected level of maturity . Analysis was conducted to determine the maturity level of IT governance maturity level based on the condition of governance institutions currently obtained through questionnaire , interview and observation in accordance with the standards set by COBIT. Analysis maturity level is done by processing the results of the questionnaire respondents maturity models . Questionnaire design is done by providing a number of questions for each level of control objectives that exist in the Domain Monitoring and Evaluation ( ME ) . The level of maturity ( Maturity Level ) that exist in every domain of IT processes contained in the monitor and Evaluate ( ME ) on average 3,246 and still be at level 3 ( defined process).Keywords: COBIT , Monitoring and Evaluation ( ME ) , IT Governance

The study aims to determine how the Personal Capability And Effect Of Organizational Culture On Employee Performance Department of Industry , Trade and Cooperatives Kapuas Hulu in West Kalimantan Province . To collect the necessary , the authors use the technique of collecting data through questionnaires obtained at the Office of Industry , Trade and Cooperatives Kapuas Hulu in West Kalimantan province. Population in this study is the employees In On of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives Kapuas Hulu Province West Kalimantan as many as 51 people and taken sample using census / total sampling as many as 51 employees. Judging from the results of the analysis , it is known that the simultaneous performance ( Y ) is jointly influenced by the Personal Capability variable ( X1 ) and Cultural Organization ( X2 ). Partially, this study concluded that the Personal Capability ( X1 ) is a factor which significantly affect the performance ( Y ) variable and Cultural Organization ( X2 ) partially also a factor affecting the performance ( Y ).Keywords: Personal Ability , Organizational Culture , Performance

The focus of this research is the Socio-Economic Changes that occurred in village communities have now caused by the campus that began Unnes active since 1990. The problem raised is how social change is a change in social structure and lifestyle and economic change in the form of livelihood and economic changes experienced by the family of village communities have now due to the presence Unnes campus. Goals to be achieved is to know how to shape socio-economic changes experienced since the existence of the Unnes campus community in the village have now. The method used in this research is qualitative research is research that produces descriptive data analysis. While data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. in analyzing the data, after collecting data, researchers used a qualitative research phase with an interactive model. The results showed that the socio-economic changes experienced by village communities have now quite significant. Changes that occur in the structure of society which has developed the organizational awareness, people's lifestyle is changing and has followed the trend of today, the livelihood of the majority of farmers had previously been changed into a majority of both employers and trade services. Changes in livelihoods is what ultimately led to increased family income. Poor families reduced level, and most people have can meet and / or provide for his own household. these changes is the impact of causing the existence Unnes campus developments and the gradual development of infrastructure. So that access to information on community absorption quickly also availability of facilities to the city of Semarang, which is very adequate. The conclusion is that development in the Village Unnes have now, by accident has many positive contributions that cause the changes towards the better for the life of the local community. The presence of students with all their needs as a very good business area for the community, although there are some people who can not take advantage of these opportunities because of limited capital and experience in entrepreneurship.Keywords: Unnes Campus Impact, Social Change, Community Economic Change.

According to Law No. 43 of 2009 on Archival Records stating that archival is a recording of activities/events in various forms and media in accordance with the development of Information and Communication Technology. The importance of records management incoming mail and outgoing mail-based computer so that the information can be processed with relevant, timely and accurate, so as to minimize the obstacles that occur when a letter is managed conventionally. The design of information systems archive incoming and outgoing mail is designed multiuser easier for users (Staff Operations, Director, and Section) in the management of documentation incoming mail and outgoing mail writing, disposition letter, letter of data search, presentation of information, and may be evidence or reference history archives, so as to support the performance of operational staff or archivists in managing data incoming and outgoing mail.Keywords: archival information system, incoming mail, outgoing mail, multiuser.

This study discusses the influence between service quality and image of student satisfaction in Midwifery Academy Aisyiyah Pontianak. More specifically, the objectives of this study were 1) To determine the effect of service quality on student satisfaction Midwifery Academy Aisyiyah Pontianak, 2) To determine the effect of imagery on student satisfaction Midwifery Academy Aisyiyah Pontianak, 3) To determine the effect of service quality and image of the Midwifery Academy student satisfaction Aisyiyah Pontianak.The population in this study are all active students of the Academy of Midwifery Aisyiyah Pontianak, amounting to 422 people. The samples using stratified random sampling method Proportionated. Withdrawal number of samples using the formula Slovin and samples obtained in this study as many as 81 people. This study used a multiple linear regression analysis with the application of statistical software Special Package for Science (SPSS) version 17.0. The results showed that: 1) The quality of service and a significant positive effect on student satisfaction Midwifery Academy Aisyiyah Pontianak, 2) image is positive but not significant effect on student satisfaction Midwifery Academy Aisyiyah Pontianak, 3) quality of service and image (simultaneously) and the positive effect exhibited significantly to student satisfaction Midwifery Academy Aisyiyah Pontianak, amounting to 51.3% which means that the quality of service and the image has a significant effect on satisfaction. And the remaining 48.7% is influenced by other factors not addressed in this study.Keywords: Quality of Service, Image and Satisfaction

This study uses the travel cost method (TCM), the processing of data using SPSS. The purpose of this study was to determine the estimated economic value of the region Sindang Mad as tourist services provider with a variable frequency of visits, total cost, age, education, income, length of visit and alternate locations. From the analysis of the data it can be seen that crazy Sindang tourist areas provide economic value based on its function as a tour provider of Rp.56,326,766,200 per hectare with a total benefit based on its function as a provider of travel services at Rp. 112 653 532400.Keyword: Value To Direct Regions, Travel Cost Method, SPSS, frequency of visits, total cost, age, education, income, length of visit and alternate locations

AbstractBadan Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika (BMKG) is one of the Indonesian government-owned entity that specifically address the issue of climate and weather in Indonesia. Information of weather data are needed both by government and the public, it relates to the planning of work activities that depend on weather conditions, such as agriculture, shipping, fishing, flight, and so forth. Observer is the officer who specifically collect information each time weather conditions. The data from the observer is then further processed to become the weather information and forecast weather. Often the work of the observer becomes longer because besides entry the data, the observer must also do codefication and recreate reports from the data ME-48. This writing discusses the development of applications to assist observers in processing weather data record using SDLC development methods as well as qualitative descriptive research method. Results of application development shows that the application can process the data ME-48 into a form reports like ME-45, WXREV, Rain Card, Climatology and average monthly weather elements that usually must be done manually by the observer, is now using the application does not require long time to generate all the reports.Keywords: Observer, Website, Weather Application.
