<![CDATA[The development of education in Indonesia is very encouraging, as evidenced by a press conference Kementrian Pendidikan and Kebudayaan exam results are released National Junior High School (SMP) in 2012/2013 as much as 99.55 percent passed the National Examination. As for the website as an information medium is a technology that was created to facilitate human obtain information quickly. SMP Negeri 3 Bumiayu a school that requires an online examination system announcements, both national exams and school exams. As well as systems that can provide information to the general public, for which the author tries to make the final exam scores of students information system in SMP Negeri 3 Bumiayu which until now has not used the media test website for announcements. Graduation delivery systems is still manually start recording student data, the data value of the test, both national exams and school exams where the guardians of students taking the exam results to the school when the announcement of the National Examination or when the announcement of exam school homeroom test result sheet distributed to students. The design of the information system is the best solution to solve the existing problems in this school. This online system is better than the manual system so that information obtained faster and more effective and efficient than the previous system.Keywords: Design, Information Systems, Value Test, Website]]>

<![CDATA[The department of counseling and career development (DKPK), is a departments in Insitut Tecnology Of Budi Utomo that moves in the field of service center for a career and job fair. DKPK as of service center for a career, help the alumni to look for a job, and to improve career. DKPK work, as an exchange serves as bridge between job seekers ( job seeker ) and employer ( employer ), where between job seekers and employer this is to be formed an information that is job vacancies. So far, the employer always have difficulty in acquiring employee candidates in accordance with the criteria vacancy. The great number of applicants with kriteria-kriterianya data candidates each cause problems for both employer in determine a candidate applicants work exact conformity to the needs of the company. Therefore, required a the support system decision that could ease firm in determine a candidate a suitor who exactly corresponding criteria vacancy expected. With the existence of the application of the determination of a candidate applicants work dna-based the web being a candidate of applicants would obtain work in accordance with the criteria vacancy. <![CDATA[One of phenomenon that is around the world and developed quickly is developing through some penetrations in technology information area. The purpose in application technology information by instance of government is to improve instance skill government in the process, manage, distribute and distribute information and public service. Based on the President’s instruction number 3 in a year 2003 about e-government, so it is need to planning the IS strategy and IT to support business activity in the government. Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Provinsi Kalimantan Barat is one of publics that has a task and function were doing the business of local government in general working area. The complex activity in the instance give an effect in coordination between a part and the area walking well. The planning program of the process often overed the limited time, sometimes the working project between a part lame overlap each other and budget project cost doubled. It is cause of there is no strategy planning IS/IT for Dinas PU Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. One of the approaches to makes strategy planning IS and IT is Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). EAP is a method to develop an information arsitecture. One of frameworks to developing EAP is Zachman Framework. Success in mastering information technology will determine the company's success in competing. With the development of information technology and computers are very fast, the use of computer technology to be very effective when applied to a company, organization or government agency. The system is designed with object-oriented methodology, and implemented using language pemerograman Visual Studio 2005 and Microsoft Office Access as its database. Library services in the digital information age of today's demanding provide services mainly in terms of speed of information availability and information collection owned by the existing book collection details. Akbid Aisyiyah Pontianak today still use manual way to serve the activities of the library. Currently they are working to provide better library services by utilizing information technology, how to implement the sistem at the library information services. This study aimed at to provide proper sistem design for use in library Aisyiyah Pontianak Akbid fit their needs. In conducting this study the authors used the software developing a method of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), because this method is considered appropriate to solve the problems of their sistem development. <![CDATA[This research aims to know whether the quality of products , attractiveness advertising influences interest of consumers purchasing products indomie in bekasi .The problems have been identified that the purchase of products applied with need or purposes , especially in the area that is learned. To know the interest of interest buy indomie held a hypothesis about the influence of product quality and attractiveness advertising .A factor that affects interest buy on the writing of this restricted with two variables affecting purchasing interest namely product quality and attractiveness iklani .For the purposes of research sample taken 100 consumers indomie that has been selected in the area that is learned .This research using regression technique used to analyze data , and spss was also used in analyzed data. The method used was quantitative. Used to examine the population or certain sample.Of the sample done by means of random, the collection of data and the use of a particular, research analysis of quantitative data and statistics which aims to test the hypothesis that has been decided.The result indicates that it is good enough and the variables of product quality and power tariki ad shows a significant and positive effect on interest to buy products indomie.Keywords: quality of product, advertising appeal, willingness to buy.]]>

To reach the building of SI / TI to official education needed strategic planning, that plan a system for the future. Realization of building S/TI influeneed by important factor, generally not enough yet such as: infrastructure of communication and information, penetrations of computer and internet, human resource, applications, organizations and procedure system, funds and etc. For that problems, so strategic of building SI/TI with case from official education Kabupaten Kubu Raya meaning for a basic guide SI/TI of field application system only. Approaching that use is Four Stage Model Methodology, that modificated necessary to adapt with typical organization, Sector of official education. The expectation is to reach a uniformmity of planning development application in SI/TI area and to creat human resource that competent in SI/TI area. Trough this research, writer expected the end of result from this research can give a basic thinking for development application system SI/TI that comprehensive, efficient, effective according to capability from Official Education Kabupaten Kubu Raya that will be standard of implementation, so that finally can be realized a system of SI/TI.
