One application of the use of Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) is established between the ease of personnel in a large environment. Current technology used for the VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal), which uses satellites. However, the technology is quite expensive operating costs so that the use of this technology requires a high cost. Therefore, alternative technologies are relatively inexpensive and reliable is the Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) using 802.11b / g WiFi or 802.16a/e WiMAX.Keywords: Broadband Wireless Access, QoS management, 802.11b / g WiFi, 802.16a / e WiMAX.

Employees are the most valuable asset for a company, therefore the human resource in every company will surely find and select prospective employees who will work at the company. The problem that often occurs is difficult to determine the company's prospective employees because many employees are applying for and a lot of existing candidat. Therefore needed a tool of the company in determining the best candidat. With Fuzzy Logic method and calculations will be performed perangkingan feasibility value of each prospective employee with some parameters as acauan in the assessment. One of the most imfortant things in production activity is how to manage a raw material requirement level in economic level to support production planning activities. An esthablished company usually uses Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method to provide an effective management system of material requirement to minimize inventory cost.This research found out that, manufacture needs to use Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method to minimize the inventory cost. Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Indonesia (IBII) as a leading business institute in Indonesia has a goal of producing quality graduates who can work in the arena of business world. IBII forming units of the Capital Market Data Center (PDPM-IBII) as the development of education in the field of capital markets. Data on the capital market in PDPM-IBII Department can not properly optimized and explored so that the need for a method to manage the knowledge stored in the repository is structured to be communicated and used together as the basis for analysis to invest in the stock market. Conducted a qualitative research which is divided into three stages include: mapping knowledge management, strategy development PDPM-IBII KMS, and the development of KMS by using software Moodle as a learning management system for individual learning and knowledge sharing culture. The purpose of this research is to build a knowledge management system to support a culture of sharing knowledge (knowledge sharing) in PDPM-IBII for the development of knowledge management to enhance competitive advantage. With the KMS portal PDPM-IBII expected to facilitate the growth of knowledge sharing culture can create a competitive new knowledge, decision-making systems and means of delivery of the aspirations of electronic document storage. Many people are considering to invest his wealth in a way to save, but how to determine the proper selection of the Bank, of course there are considerations that a reference to determine the choice. Such as the type Bank whether the Bank of Conventional or Bank of Syariah, there is also view of other aspects such trusty, service, credibility, and promise.To determine the selection there is one application that can assist in decision-making process that is the expert choice application, this application has the same working principles with analytic hierarchical process. In principle, determine the eigen values vector is the most important and critical to the outcome of data analysis. If using AHP eigen values vector determination must be done repeatedly until there is no difference eigen values in each iteration, but with the application of expert choice it can be done more quickly, because it has been programmed in each iteration process. Once the eigen values vector is found then proceed by searching for value of Consistency Index (CI) and Consistency Ratio (CR).The analysis result computed by the application of expert choice eigen values vector obtained in conventional and syariah criteria is 0.667 and 0.333, while the eigen values vector sub criteria for trusty, service, credibility and promise for the conventional highest grades 0.571, 0.025, 0.083, and 0.044, while the value eigen values vector sub criteria that gets the highest score is 0.071, 0.019, 0.033, and 0.027. Analysis results for Consistency Index value is -1.333 and Consistency Ratio (CR) is -2.298, this proved that the decision is acceptable. Determining the right home choice is tricky, it is influenced by many factors, including location, price, convenience, transportation, home design and amenities. To assist in the ease of making decisions for the selection of modest housing in Cikarang, we need a method of AHP software Expert Choice 2000. Faced with a monitor screen, be it television or computer monitor has becomepublic consumption every day. The behavior needs to be directed so as notaffected by radiation from the monitor. Placing the eye at a safe distance is one of the simplest solution, but it is difficult to do without the indicator. Through the development of a combination of hardware and software-based microcontroller,ultrasonic sensors, seven segment displays, and the buzzer can be assembled asafe distance indicators to monitor eye. The indicator works by detecting the distance, and give warning if the minimum safe distance of the eye with the monitoris not reached. This indicator can help users monitor in determining the proper position to reduce the danger of radiation from the monitor. Keywords: monitor radiation, ultrasonic, microcontroller
