The Paradigma Journal is intended as a media for scientific studies of research, thought and analysis-critical issues on Computer Science, Information Systems and Information Technology, both nationally and internationally. <![CDATA[Online examination system is the system of evaluation of student learning online through thewebsite. This study aims to determine the acceptance of the use of technology in onlineexamination system and the factors that influence the model Unified Theory Of Acceptance AndUse Of Technology (UTAUT) that have been modified. Statistical test methods Structural EquationModeling (SEM) that will be analyzed using AMOS software, so expect the research the institutionget information related to the factors that influence the attitudes and behavior of the users ofonline exam system. From the results of SEM analysis found that the model did not fit. Therefore,the use of analysis. Approach methode used was Anita Cassidy. Cassidy is a strategic planningprocess can be carried out based on the main components of the business are like vision, mission,goals and or budget. CreditAnalysis takes time and funds are not cheap so we need an appropriate method for analyzingprospective credit customers.Data Mining is one method that can be used to analyze existing datachunks that can be used to summarize the data provide specific information related to the data.Data Mining classification of a decision tree algorithm C4.5 is used in forming the rules of thestatement. Decision tree model was able to improve the accuracy in analyzing the creditworthiness of the proposed prospective credit customers. The richer the information or knowledgecontained by the training data, the accuracy of the decision tree will increase. <![CDATA[The research objective is to design and build a network linking the headquarters with a branchoffice in PT. MHE DEMAG Indonesia, so change data going to run safely and smoothly with thehope it can improve network performance and company performance in support of businessprocesses. To meet these needs may use a technology called Virtual Private Network (VPN). IPVPNMPLS has a better degree of flexibility compared to leased lines, frame relay, and ATM, andalso offer a cheaper solution. VPN technology can be formed with a facility that can tunnel acrossthe MPLS network. The tunnel facility can build a site to site connection lines are virtual and havea pretty good level of security because it can only be accessed by users who are on the wrong site(private connection). IP MPLS is a data communication services in the form of dedicated leasedIP-based channel with its main advantage is able to provide any services to any connection.MPLS-based IP VPN technology can provide services include: Intranet, Extranet, and RemoteDial. In addition, this technology also has some clappers like: Multiservices Platform,Provisioning Scalability, Cost Saving Opportunity and Security. This study discusses theimplementation of IP-based MPLS VPN used on PT. MHE DEMAG Indonesia and the authorsconducted experiments with simulations. Simulation program used is GNS3 and Cisco IOS.Simulation test results showed IP-MPLS VPN works. <![CDATA[Costumers’ satisfaction and loyalty are the most important things in business competition. Threevariables that will be used in this research are Quality System, Information Quality, and ServiceQuality. These factors may impact the users’ satisfaction. The research proposes a combinationframework model of DeLone and McLean models (2003) and Akbar and Parvez models (2009)and Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used to analyze the questionnaire data. The result ofthe analysis shows that the model does not fit with the population. In other hand, the model onlyrepresents the samples. Based on proposed model, Quality System and Information Quality doesnot significantly affect users’ satisfaction whereas the Quality service does and users’ satisfactioninfluences users’ loyalty.Keywords: E-commerce, SEM and AMOS]]>

See developments, XL provides a diverse selection of Internet packages to customers,one of which is XL HotRod 3G+ Packages. It offered at affordable prices to its customers with thebonus quota and high speeds access. Surfing on the Internet use XL’s fastest 3G network andstable (XL, 2013). The purpose of this paper to assess whether any type of internet package XLHotRod 3G+ is efficient for its customers related to the price offered by the total quota, the activeperiod and speed of access. Researchers assess the relative efficiency assessment package withData Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method.
