Bad credit is one of the credit risk faced by the financial and banking industry. Bad credit happens if in the long run, financial institutions or banks can not attract loans within a predetermined time. Bad credit has a negative effect on credit providers in the form of risk of loss course this should not be allowed to drag on and had to find a way out. However, to ensure accuracy in the determination of credit worthiness required an accurate algorithm. Therefore, there should be a study that aims to find an algorithm that accurately by means mengkomparasi some of them C4.5 algorithm, and SVM. To further improve the accuracy of the algorithms are in Particle Swarm Optimization with Optimazation. Berupan confusion matrix research results prove the accuracy of Support Vector Machine-based Particle Swarm Optimazation exists at the level of accuracy of 96.20% and the AUC by 0989.

Bina Potential Rifa is a foundation in the field of education. This study discusses the model of knowledge management system at Yayasan Bina Potential Rifa Tangerang to assist the teaching staff and employees in terms of knowledge transfer. The purpose of this study to find the form of a model of knowledge management systems based on information technology by using the Joomla open source tools. This study uses a framework of amrit Tiwana, to gain knowledge management analysis. Formation of knowledge using SECI model Nonaka, after the model of knowledge management formed, the subsequent architectural design knowledge management architecture using Tiwana. In knowledge management combines the tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge among the teaching staff and employees, so it can be used to improve the performance of human resources. The results of this research are knowledge management model appropriate to enhance the performance of human resources Yayasan Bina Potential Rifa and any human resources can take the knowledge from this knowledge management system.

SMK al-wahyu is an organization that move in in the science education, as an organization who has been standing would have many the sciences knowledge need to shared with others in this research writer tries to identify the knowledge asset and knowledge procces that is in smk al-wahyu, then design kms based e-learning that can be applied to smk al-wahyu, so as to be manageable knowledge his servants namely teachers through right methods so that it can be motivate teachers in making writing scientific more creative and innovative with support the process knowledge (seci). Research the this analyze the condition of knowledge asset and knowledge process which is with smk al-wahyu , by taking into account infrastructure support information technology that is. Seci method used as framework used to know tacit and explicit in organization, that is a method of research aimed at know kecendrungan and filiation between leadership, culture and technology .The purpose of this research is to make an application e-learning based knowledge sharing that can be applied to smk al-wahyu so as to create knowledge management system ( kms a good and could support the teaching process in schools. To be able to solve the problems have shown above, So needs a knowledge management system which adjusted with needs, for that digunakanlah analysis seci as a framework labor as approach in the analysis knowledge management system.Research methodology used is descriptive qualitative survey, the interview, and documentation as a method of data collection.Primary data derived from the spread of the questionnaire to 80 respondents consisting of teachers, students and the school principal to get a general and needs application that will Applied.A method of design a system used was the 10-step km road map model tiwana. Result from the study is an application website e-learning based knowledge management system (kms) in which there are features required in the process of knowledge sharing in smk al-wahyu.

The data collection PLN retirees routinely performed each year in the PLN Pension Fund. The data collection was done in order to obtain data that can be true. Until now, the management of DPPLN assumes that Data Collection System that they use are effective to obtain data fast, correct and up to date. Management also assume that the data collection system can be well received by users of the system. This study adopts the UTAUT model developed by Venkates et al (2003). The data sample used 150 data taken from the questionnaire. The purpose of the study to determine the factors that influence the acceptance of use retirees data collection system and also look at the moderating effects of gender, and age in the acceptance of the system. Methods of data processing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 18.0 software. The study describes the endogenous variable user behavior (UB) is influenced by performance expectancy (PE) occurs as much as 5.8%. While other factors, namely the effort expectancy (EE), Social Influence (SI), and facilitating conditions (FC) as much as 94.2% had no effect on the study.

A private college is education marketers that need to identify students for educational products; educational products develop and implement a promotion to attract attention and give a strong response from prospective students. Advantages of private college to attract more students improved. The aim of this study is to analyze the preferences of students from the Department of Information Management AMIK Bandung BSI in choosing the campus. Research preferences in choosing college students conducted by applying conjoint analysis using SPSS 17.0. How that is done is to obtain a score of uses that can represent every aspect of campus services owned factor, so that on that score can be deduced about what attributes are most considered by the students in choosing a college. Results of the respondents preference highest-value is a factor field (14.92%), curriculum (13:21%), accreditation (12.75%), lecturer (12:13%), building (11.96%), library (11.87%), Distance (11.66%) and advertising (11:46%). Results of the aggregate utility level factors/attributes chosen by respondents, that the respondents liked the selection of educational services in the campus is having a field campus, open curriculum (the administration delivered in advance at the beginning of registration), the campus has been accredited, senior lecturer option, the size of ordinary buildings (less noticed), the library has a large collection of books, the distance between the house and near the campus, and advertising less attention.

Bad credit is one of the credit risk faced by the financial industry and banking. Credit jams can be avoided by means of an accurate credit analysis of borrowers. The accuracy of credit ratings is crucial to the profitability of financial institutions. Improved accuracy of credit ratings can be done by selecting the attributes, because the selection of attributes reduce the dimensionality of the data so that the operation of the data mining algorithms can be run more effectively and more quickly. The purpose of this study is to apply the Particle swarm optimization (PSO) to do the selection of attributes on a Support Vector Machine to improve the accuracy of the accuracy of credit analysis at anugerah.Banyak employee cooperative research has been conducted to determine credit ratings. One of the methods most widely used method of support vector machine. In this study will be used method of support vector machine and will have the attributes using the Particle Swarm Optimization for determining credit ratings. After testing, the results obtained are support vector machine produces accuracy rate 74.74%, 82.03% and AUC values precision value of 0.643. Then the selection of attributes to use, particle swarm optimization in which the attributes which originally numbered 11 predictor variables were selected seven attributes used. The results showed a higher level of accuracy that is equal to 81.36%, 83.08% and AUC values precision value of 0.689. There by achieving an accuracy improvement of 6.62%, and increase the AUC of 0.147. By looking at the values of accuracy and AUC, support vector machine algorithm particle swarm optimization into classification category enough.

The interactive animation is a media of learning which is quite popular nowadays.Delivery more interactive,interesting, and has a high artistic creativity became a significant influence on the results of students' understanding of the material given than conventional delivery of material or lectures.The Interactive animation design writer is an interactive animated riding safety campaign aimed at elementary school students that aims to provide a different learning methods in order to increase students' interest to be more interested in becoming acquainted with the symbolic meaning of traffic signs and preparation and good driving techniques and true . This interactive animations built with Adobe Flash Professional CS6. In the development ofthe authors use a method of planning, analysis, design and implementation. Result of the analysis shows the learning process through interactive animated media have a big impact in improving students' understanding of the learning material,this is because the students are more responsive understanding the explanations with pictures and animations as well as to interact with the media directly.

The large number of Internet users has made the business people expand their business network with a wide variety of products or packages offered to the users of Internet services. Including, network security systems and infrastructure, hire a data center with costs less Infrastructure financing, easier management of servers in the cloud, DRC (Disaster Recovery Center), ease of backup server in the event of a crash or constraints, and much more. The rapid growth of the internet industry in addition to increasing competition among businesses has also become the target of the search for security holes such data retrieval, data of customers or transactions, vandalism system to network flooding. The business processes in the world of education requires the universities to be able to manage the information properly and will need the respective information interested parties can be met quickly and precisely. Development of EA (Enterprise Architecture) in college is a big job and full of challenges. STP Sahid Jakarta have problems in the exchange of information between the units that make external reporting a particular unit is difficult to do so spend a long enough time. Reporting is done by sorting through incoming files based on the unit and then in the process of making the information required by stakeholders (stakeholders) are not easy to come by and the old academic services as well as the lack of ICT use. Existing technology platform currently supports future applications but need additional and improved technology by optimizing the existing technology.Completion of the authors propose analyzed using TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) to create a strategic plan proposal information systems in order to align the vision and mission to improve the efficiency of services and supports the organization's strategic plan. TOGAF is a complex framework that is able to meet all the needs in the development of EA. process steps in the development of enterprise architecture based on the IT infrastructure. The results of this study will produce an EA blueprint that can be used by STP Sahid Jakarta in constructing an architecture of Information System / Information Technology

Store Fahmi Accessories Jakarta is a shop that serves the sale of various kinds of accessores. Adaptable web information systems can be the most efficient means of promotion and information resources that can be beneficial to users. And of course in a web-based information systems can be provided for the sale of online-based (e-commerce). The purpose of this system design is to develop information systems, web-based online sales and provide a variety of information about the Shope Fahmi Accessories Jakarta and simplify the admin to manage the order data and make periodic reports according to the existing transaction data. The program is also designed to facilitate customers in the buying process online that can be done within 24 hours and as a promotional strategy to increase sales volume at the Shop Fahmi Accessories Jakarta. The research method used is the analysis of research and data collection . The results of this study resulted in the system design online Accessories Sales. The system is designed using PHP as a programming language and MySQL as the processing of existing data on this system. And a virtual server using the APPServ web browser to display the system information of this sale.
