Abstract - The learning of languages english as a language international be introduced as early as possible in students in indonesia nowis . Considering the english language is a foreign language in indonesia, of course the process of pembelajarannya need appropriate approach and efektif.Succes learning english in early childhood is greatly affected by a teacher ability in presenting teaching and learning activities being attractive and exciting for children .A learning process to be supported also with an instrument or tols that can increase the motivation to study for for the students , by using an interactive medium that compelling that motivation of a child to learn english has escalated .A method of design interactive animations this by using the method waterfall that began in analysis until by testing animation that solution the problem of obtained. Intisari - Pembelajaran bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa Internasional mulai diperkenalkan sedini mungkin kepada anak didik di Indonesia saat ini. mengingat bahasa Inggris merupakan bahasa asing di Indonesia, tentunya proses pembelajarannya memerlukan pendekatan yang tepat dan efektif.Keberhasilan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris pada anak usia dini sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan seorang guru dalam menyajikan proses kegiatan belajar mengajar yang menarik dan menyenangkan bagi anak.Proses pembelajaran harus didukung juga dengan alat atau tols yang bisa meningkatkan motivasi belajar bagi para siswa-siswi,dengan menggunakan media interaktif yang menarik sehingga motivasi anak untuk belajar bahasa inggris semakin meningkat. Metode perancangan animasi interaktif ini dengan menggunakan metode waterfall yang dimulai dari analisis sampai dengan pengujian animasi agar solusi permasalahan dari diperoleh. Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran, Animasi Intearktif, Grammar

SMK al-wahyu is an organization that move in in the science education, as an organization who has been standing would have many the sciences knowledge need to shared with others in this research writer tries to identify the knowledge asset and knowledge procces that is in smk al-wahyu, then design kms based e-learning that can be applied to smk al-wahyu, so as to be manageable knowledge his servants namely teachers through right methods so that it can be motivate teachers in making writing scientific more creative and innovative with support the process knowledge (seci). Research the this analyze the condition of knowledge asset and knowledge process which is with smk al-wahyu , by taking into account infrastructure support information technology that is. Seci method used as framework used to know tacit and explicit in organization, that is a method of research aimed at know kecendrungan and filiation between leadership, culture and technology .The purpose of this research is to make an application e-learning based knowledge sharing that can be applied to smk al-wahyu so as to create knowledge management system ( kms a good and could support the teaching process in schools. To be able to solve the problems have shown above, So needs a knowledge management system which adjusted with needs, for that digunakanlah analysis seci as a framework labor as approach in the analysis knowledge management system.Research methodology used is descriptive qualitative survey, the interview, and documentation as a method of data collection.Primary data derived from the spread of the questionnaire to 80 respondents consisting of teachers, students and the school principal to get a general and needs application that will Applied.A method of design a system used was the 10-step km road map model tiwana. Result from the study is an application website e-learning based knowledge management system (kms) in which there are features required in the process of knowledge sharing in smk al-wahyu.

Kemajuan dan perkembangan teknologi informasi di bidang komputer saat ini sudah sangat pesat dan begitu maju, baik perangkat keras (hardware) maupun perangkat lunak (software). Salah satu contoh perkembangan tersebut yaitu jaringan komputer. Pemanfaatan teknologi jaringan komputer sebagai media komunikasi data hingga saat ini semakin meningkat. Balai Besar Pelatihan Kesehatan (BBPK) adalah instansi pemerintah yang bergerak dalam bidang pelatihan dan pendidikan, sangat memanfaatkan jaringan komputer untuk menunjang pekerjaan karyawannya dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Agar kinerja memanfaatkan jaringan komputer dapat dioptimalkan, maka perlu dirancang jaringan yang mampu menangani permasalahan koneksi yang padat dan lambat, dan digunakan mikrotik untuk load balancing, dengan load balancing maka jalur yang padat akan seimbang. Solusi yang akan digunakan diantaranya menggunakan dua ISP dan menjadikan mikrotik sebagai load balancer. Mekanismenya yaitu mikrotik akan menandai paket yang mengakses internet, memilih jalur ISP mana yang akan dilewatinya dan menyetarakan beban ISP. Pemilihan PCC (Per Connection Classifier) load balancing dikarenakan metode tersebut memenuhi kriteria karena dapat meningkatkan kecepatan koneksi dan membagi beban pada kedua gateway agar tidak terjadi overload. Lalu penulis menerapkan pula teknik fail over, yaitu dimana jika salah satu koneksi gateway sedang terputus, maka gateway lainnya otomatis akan menjadi backup dan menopang semua traffic jaringan.

At the Jakarta Center for Health Training (BBPK), users of bandwidth for each access point or PC Client are very excessive resulting in unequal allocation of bandwidth for each client PC in the company. So that the network connection of some client PCs is very slow and cannot even access the internet network. For this reason, it is necessary to have good bandwidth management for the Jakarta BBPK network, such as using the Queue tree method with a mikrotik router via the Winbox application. One solution so that bandwidth can be maximally utilized and flexible or stable is to manage the bandwidth (Bandwidth management) available in the network, one of which is by limiting the bandwidth capacity usage of each access point or client PC. Thus, if there is a client accessing the internet that is interrupted, because each client already has a bandwidth capacity based on the limit of the package used to access the internet. Bandwidth management is needed on the network at BBPK Jakarta in order to evenly allocate bandwidth for each access point or PC Client and reduce the occurrence of excessive or unstable network traffic at the company

Along with the development of the technology world, especially the internet where the availability of various kinds of information can be obtained easily, making almost every activity carried out through internet media starting from getting information, looking for news, communication facilities, promotions, buying and selling activities, and so forth. This also prompted the writer to create and design information system for selling web-based flannel shirts, where the web was specifically used for fasion fans, especially fans of flannel shirts. With the existence of a web like this the author hopes to provide convenience in making purchases and search for the desired product. by displaying various types of flannel shirt products and the ease in the purchase process, it is expected that the web will become one of the online stores that can grow.

MA. Al-Marzukiyah is an Islamic high school parallel to senior high school. In the process of payment contributions education development, middle exam and final exam, a lot of data involved where all the data still be constructed manually. The research duty end of this is to make a design of the program payment administration based visual basic to be applied to MA. Al-Marzukiyah as a means of data processing and change manual system to a computerized system, where an instrument used to design application named ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), LRS (Logical Relation Diagram) and Flowchart. This application made by using several software that is Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as software editor, Microsoft Access 2013 as a database and IcoFx 2 as symbol editor. Based program visual basic made this a strength in speed and the accuracy of in the process of data processing payment transaction, to simplify officers in data processing. This program also simplify performance in the process of reporting transaction data.

Technology from year to year has increased very significantly, for example in terms of shopping. where, in the past, people did not know about online shopping. In the past, to buy something we needed to come to a shopping center, but it's different today. Purchases of goods can be made online. save time and energy. as in the hijab sultana which is engaged in this online business. have to improve service to consumers, one of which is on the stock of goods. because if the stock information is not accurate, it will reduce the credibility of the company in the eyes of consumers. therefore an inventory system was made at the sultana hijab. so that and to find out the system's business processes are running by using the UML tool, while the system testing method uses the "water waterfall model". The supporting software used for database design is xampp, and mysql as a builder as well as program documentation and reports. Academic Information System Design School SMK PGRI 28 JAKARTA Based Website"SMK PGRI 28 JAKARTA is one of the institutions in education and academics. SMK PGRI 28 JAKARTA is urgently needing software designs that will guide and manage school activities. One of them is in terms of academic information system, at SMK PGRI 28 JAKARTA is still not yet well-integrated and well-integrated, so it still has many shortcomings in meeting the needs of the school, especially in dealing with academic issues.The approach used in the research is a structured approach that uses several tools and workmanship techniques, such as ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), LRS (Logical Relational Structure). And the development model used is the Waterfall model. Where the Waterfall model is a sequence of activities performed in the development of systems ranging from problem-solving, needs analysis, implementation planning, integration, system testing, application and maintenance. This model offers a more precise way of making.With the implementation of academic information system design at SMK PGRI 28 JAKARTA which is client server by using PHP programming language and SQL database, it is hoped to facilitate in managing all academic data, without redundancy data and error in managing the data. So the school can achieve the goal that has been set to the maximum.
