The first Paradigma Journal was published in 2006, with the registration of the ISSN from LIPI Indonesia. The Paradigma Journal is intended as a media for scientific studies of research, thought and analysis-critical issues on Computer Science, Information Systems and Information Technology, both nationally and internationally. The scientific article refers to theoretical review and empirical studies of related sciences, which can be accounted and disseminated nationally and internationally. Paradigma Journal accepts scientific articles research at: Expert Systems, Information Systems, Web Programming, Mobile Programming, Games Programming, Data Mining, and Decision Support Systems.

<![CDATA[Abstract―Application Meter Reading is an android-based application that PDAM uses to accelerate and minimize errors that customers often complain about. This study aims to analyze the effect of using android-based meter reading applications on customer satisfaction in PDAM TKR Tigaraksa Branch. The method used is descriptive verifikatif, with the intent to find the influence between independent variables with dependent variable. The sampling technique used in the study was analyzed by regression and correlation. Based on the research results obtained correlation coefficient = 0.100 which means that this value is very low and unidirectional category. If the application of meter reading is good then customer satisfaction will increase. Based on hypothesis test results where tcount (= 0.996) <ttabel (= 1,661) it can be interpreted that the application of meter reading does not affect customer satisfaction in PDAM TKR Tigaraksa Branch.]]>

This has supported a variety of facts and data that mention that Indonesia's economy is still dominated by sectors with low productivity, such as agriculture, trade and industry. There are also cooperative activities in sales, purchasing and processing of financial data. Activities related to the recording of incoming cash often known with the receipt of cash. Cash receipt data processing over the sale of the Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) Usaha Sekerja BBalitvet Bogor is still done manually. This causes problems such as the delay in the making of reports each month. And the existing notes in the book could be lost because it could not be backed up. KPRI Usaha Sekerja BBalitvet Bogor is a co-operative which has great expectations in order for koperasinya to be more evolved than today. The need for the development of a system of manual systems into a computerized system for applied KPRI Usaha Sekerja BBalitvet Bogor. So that it can complete the nurturing faced at this time and can help the performance of the employee in performing the activities data processing data processing, particularly in the acceptance of cash over the sales. <![CDATA[Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) is a problem that has gained much attention from researchers in the field of computer science and mathematics. Many algorithms have been introduced to solve this TSP problem. The solution to be obtained is the optimal solution in the sense of getting the shortest route that can be used to visit all points once only then back to the starting point of the journey. This paper discusses the application of one of the algorithms to obtain solutions for TSP problems, ie Nearest Neighbors (NN) algorithm. The application of the NN algorithm to solve TSP problems proved to be efficient even though there is no guarantee that the solution provided is the most optimal solution.]]>

<![CDATA[The existence of a library in a school becomes very important as a supporter of student learning activities. SMK Negeri 1 Bojonggede with the quite a lot of learners, has facilitated the students by creating their own library and book collection enough to meet the needs of students and teachers. The large number of books and the intensity of borrowing students on library books becomes a challenge for the library. Based on interviews with the head of the library said that there are various obstacles in library services, such as technical management of book collection data, technical management of borrowing and return of books and follow up cases of damages and loss of collection of books in libraries or borrowed by members of the library. In this study the authors analyze various proposals for problem solving as well as improve the system at the library as well as developing an online library system for service activities and library management in SMK Negeri 1 Bojonggede.]]>

Penggunaan komputer akan sangat membantu meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi pelaksanaan kegiatan pengelolaan data yang akan menghasilkan informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Pada saat ini PT. Andita Mas berupa perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang developer dan engineering. Sistem yang ada pada PT. PT. Andita Mas ini masih menggunakan alat pengolahan data yang sederhana seperti Microsoft Excel, mulai dari pencatatan data, sampai penyimpanan data-data lainnya yang berhubungan dengan proses penerimaan kas hingga sampai pembuatan laporan, sehingga memungkinkan pada saat proses berlangsung terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan, kurang akuratnya laporan yang dibuat dan keterlambatan dalam pencarian data-data yang diperlukan, sehingga membutuhkan sekali adanya suatu sistem informasi yang dapat menunjang dan memberikan kemudahan dalam penyajian data dan pembuatan laporan yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan. Perancangan sistem informasi merupakan solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan ini, serta dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi diharapkan dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas pada perusahaan ini.]]>

<![CDATA[SMK Yadika Library 13 Tambun Utara is a Vocational High School Library which has library management personnel, has a collection of books according to the standard of Vocational High School Library, has adequate tools and equipment in the Library room. Students and students have been required to become a member of the School Library to facilitate the process of borrowing books. But the process of service is currently done conventionally that all the data collection process is still written in a book and when searching the required data must open the book and check the book one by one. This leads to slowness in the process of searching data, borrowing and return transactions, or making a report. To meet these needs, the efforts undertaken by the Library is to utilize a Library Information Systems-based technology website. It is expected to help Library staff in managing data, preparation of reports quickly and accurately. And help students in finding the required books.]]>

<![CDATA[Penerimaan siswa baru merupakan proses menyaring calon siswa yang sesuai kriteria untuk menjadi siswa didik pada MTs Nurul Hikmah Tangerang. Saat ini proses penerimaan siswa baru pada MTs Nurul Hikmah masih konvensional yaitu menggunakan formulir pendaftaran siswa baru dan untuk pembuatan laporan penerimaan siswa baru masih mengandalkan buku induk sebagai media penyimpanan data. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan rancangan sistem informasi penerimaan siswa baru berbasis web sehingga mempermudah dalam proses penerimaan siswa dan data laporan penerimaan siswa tersusun secara otomatis tiap tahunnya. Bentuk penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan metode observasi dan studi pustaka dalam mengumpulkan data. Untuk metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan pendekatan Model Waterfall. Alat yang digunakan untuk merancang sistem berupa ERD ( Entity Relationship Diagram) dan LRS ( Logical Record Structure ) Sedangkan basis data menggunakan MySQL dan rancangan desain web menggunakan framework bootstrap. Sistem yang dirancang diharapkan dapat membantu pihak Madrasah dalam pengolahan data siswa baru dan mempermudah user untuk mendapatkan informasi seputar penerimaan siswa.]]>

<![CDATA[Demi mendapatkan suatu lokasi yang ideal untuk mendirikan suatu cabang ,maka dibutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu menentukan lokasi yang terbaik untuk mendirikan cabang grosir baru.Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permaslahan dalam pemilihan lokasi pendirian grosir pulsa adalah metode TOPSIS (Technique for Orders Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) yang merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria yang menggunakan prinsip bahwa alternatif yang terpilih harus mempunyai jarak terdekat dengan solusi ideal positif dan jarak terjauh dengan solusi ideal negatif. Langkah-langkah yang digunakan dalam metode TOPSIS adalah proses perhitungan matriks normalisasi, proses perhitungan matriks normalisasi terbobot, proses penentuan solusi ideal positif dan solusi ideal negatif, proses perhitungan jarak pisah setiap alternatif terhadap solusi ideal, dan proses perhitungan nilai preferensi setiap alternatif. Hasil dari proses perhitungan metode TOPSIS adalah berupa informasi pemilihan lokasi grosir pulsa yang paling mendekati pilihan yang diinginkan perusahaan.]]>
