Abstract

Abstract— Maintain relationships with customers is one of the company in maintaining the survival of the business processes of the company itself, because at this time the business competition between companies is characterized by agresifan to each of these companies in winning customers every day by way of competing to provide services best to lure their customers, retain existing customers and cultivate new potential customers not to get the customer to leave the company is one of the PR As a company engaged in the sale of antivirus products, Eset certainly also do not want the customers to switch to products other, therefore demands to be the best should be a firm commitment that the ESET antivirus users, how to maintain the trust and customer satisfaction as well as providing good service to the customer or consumer. This study discusses whether the variable trusts, satification and service quality significantly affect the variable repurchase Intention.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstrak: SIAP PPDB Online, adalah sebuah sistem yang dirancang untuk melakukan otomasi seleksi penerimaan siswa baru (PSB), mulai dari proses pendaftaran, seleksi hingga pengumuman hasil seleksi, yang dilakukan secara online berbasis waktu nyata (realtime). Yang bertujuan Meningkatkan mutu layanan pendidikan, Menciptakan sistem penerimaan siswa baru yang terintegrasi, akurat dan transparan, Melaksanakan penerimaan siswa baru dengan lebih praktis dan efisien, Menyediakan basis data sekolah yang akurat, Memberi fasilitas akses informasi bagi masyarakat dengan cepat, mudah dan akurat. Penggunaan PPBD online telah diberlakukan dalam beberapa waktu tahun kebelakang. Akan tetapi nyatanya masih banyak masyarakat yang mengeluh dan merasa dibodohi. Hal ini disebabkan karena para Orang tua tidak mengerti dan merasa sulit dengan pelaksanaan PPDB sehingga membuat kekisruhan pada saat berlangsungnya. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk melakukan analisis terhadap kualitas layanan Website Siap PPBD Online dengan menggunakan metode webqual dan pengujian dengan uji validitas reliabilitas, analisis Paired Samples T Test, Analysis Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Kata kunci: ppbd online, model webqual, ipa Abstract: READY PPDB Online, is a system designed to automate the selection of new admissions (PSB), starting from the registration process, the selection until the announcement of the result of the selection, which is done based online real-time (realtime). Which aims to improve the quality of educational services, creating new admissions system integrated, accurate and transparent, implement a new student with a more practical and efficient, provide a database of accurate school, Facilitate public access to information quickly, easily and accurately. The use of online PPBD have been enacted in some time years back. But in fact there are many people who complain and feel fooled. This is because the parents did not understand and find it difficult to PPDB implementation so as to make at the time of the muddle. Abstract

SMK Yadika Library 13 Tambun Utara is a Vocational High School Library which has library management personnel, has a collection of books according to the standard of Vocational High School Library, has adequate tools and equipment in the Library room. Students and students have been required to become a member of the School Library to facilitate the process of borrowing books. But the process of service is currently done conventionally that all the data collection process is still written in a book and when searching the required data must open the book and check the book one by one. This leads to slowness in the process of searching data, borrowing and return transactions, or making a report. To meet these needs, the efforts undertaken by the Library is to utilize a Library Information Systems-based technology website. It is expected to help Library staff in managing data, preparation of reports quickly and accurately. And help students in finding the required books.

Abstract

Yayasan Dharma Kasih Jakarta timur merupakan yayasan sosial yang didirikan karena sebuah keprihatinan lingkungan dimana banyak terdapat anak-anak terlantar baik karena terlahir dari keluarga tidak mampu maupun karena anak yatim/piatu yang mempunyai tujuan untuk membantu meringankan kebutuhan mereka, YDKJT mempunyai cita-cita agar dapat membantu pemerintah dalam menangani masalah sosial salah satunya adalah anak-anak terlantar , dengan orientasi kegiatannya adalah dibidang kegiatan Pendidikan,Sosial /kemanusiaan, Kesehatan dan agama.Untuk mencapai tujuan YDKJT dalam mengumpulkan masyarakat yang peduli dan prihatin dengan permasalahan bangsa ini, dan ingin turut andil membantu pemerintah dalam menangani masalah anak-anak terlantar.Salah satu strategi yang penting adalah melalui sosialisasi dengan tampilan-tampilan visual yang disesuaikan dengan karakter pada Yayasan Dharma Jakarta Timur (YDKJT), target utama promosinya yaitu seluruh masyarakat indonesia Pengenalan atau promosi Profile Yayasan berguna sebagai sarana mempromosikan layanan dan kegiatan apa saja yang terdapat pada Yayasan Dharma Jakarta Timur (YDKJT), Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan pengetahuan mereka untuk pemanfaatan teknologi komputer terutama memanfaatkan internet sebagai sarana untuk memperkenalkan atau promosi dari Profile Yayasan serta maksud dan tujuan dari Yayasan Dharma Kasih Jakarta timur dalam bentuk content yang menarik yang dapat dilihat melalui social media. Sebagai solusi untuk menambah pengetahuan mereka akan strategi promosi profile Yayasan dalam bentuk content yang menarik melalui social media, pemanfaatan teknologi computer dan internet maka diselenggarakanlah pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan copywriting untuk membantu dalam membuat promosi profile Yayasan yang menarik melalui social media, yang bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan kepada masyarakat Indonesia profile dan kegiatan dari Yayasan Dharma Kasih Jakarta Timur.
