English is a language widely used by many countries in the world. It has many grammar rules in which each has structural pattern regulating composition of clause, phrase, and words in natural language. Simple Present Tense is one of 16 tenses in English Grammar. It is the first and basic tense which used to express regular and habitual action. Most Junior High School students have difficulty in determining grammar pattern of tenses, particularly in Simple Present Tense. This research discussed about an application for determining English sentence pattern of Simple Present Tense by using Bottom Up Parsing Method. This is one of Parsing methods used for unscrambling sentence. The English sentence was broken down and translated into pattern forms. The constructed form had rule-base character and implemented Context Free Grammar (CFG). Among 110 inputs of testing, the usage of Bottom Up Parsing Method in determining a sentence pattern got 88.1% data accuracy. In this case, the system could not detect the name of person in interrogative sentence which located at the second word functioning as a subject.

Considering the number of severe malnutrision cases or Balita di Bawah Garis Merah (BGM) to the deaths of children is still often happen, due to the lack of information of children growth development, service standards, and incomplete medical records also clinic rules that aren't obeyed. Example case is focused on Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS).Decision making system for this BGM-KSM based children growth development is very appropriate to be applied on problems handling which need solution from computer to process toddlers data with rapid and accurate calculation. So the decision making system which can be used is Fuzzy Logic Mamdani reasoning.Fuzzy Logic Mamdani is also known as max-min method which can search for fuzzy set from fuzzy rule composition, while the output is resulted from that fuzzy set's domain. To modify the output from fuzzy numbers to firm numbers or defuzzytion using Centroid (Composite Moment) method which is used to search for Centre of Area (COA). This research is conducted to get fuzzy rule value, and then to determine health state and get the solution of energy/calori needed based on age, body weight, and body height.

This study contains about Image Retrieval system image on Lingga Yoni at historical sites Trowulan. In the area Trowulan is a legacy of work Majapahit era where the majority of people it is a Hindu, so many relics found in the form of Linga Yoni which serves as the worship of Lord Shiva. Data retrieval image Yoni Linga Linga Yoni as many as 50 images using a digital camera, and the image size Lingga Yoni 200 x 300 pixels in BMP file format. Stages Image Retrieval system on the study include segmentation stages: (1) Smoothing using the method Pas Low Filter to soften the image of the noise; (2) the extraction step texture by using Region Growing by altering the RGB color image is converted into to facilitate the HSL color groups; (3) Region Region Merging Growing did for the incorporation of color image corresponding to the object Linga Yoni; (4) to get to extraction stage form was originally looking for edge detection using Canny edge; (5) the image is converted into binary form to the morphology using opening and closing. At Stages Image Retrieval 50 Linga Yoni image texture extraction step performed using the 4 corners of each feature value GLCM with Different Inverse Moment IDM to revise the results of Image Retrieval using methods Precision and Recall.

Improper use of the internet could negatively impact on users, especially students. This is because a lot of their time is spent just to access websites and online game services providers or friendship website known as social media, even used to access and download images or videos that fall into the category of pornography. Therefore, it needs a system that can be used to restrict access to the internet usage in the campus area, with the aim to overcome the problems that occur with the better. This study was undertaken to design a system that can be used to restrict user access to the website address which is intended to implement the system of filtering access to websites on the Proxy Server, as well as a way to authorize users based on the type of account that is used to access the Internet using a mechanism classification account based group on Lightweight Directory Access Protocol. If his account common types, then the user will not be able to access the game's website, social media, and even pornography. However, if his account special types, such as its example is a lecturer, then the user can access all websites except websites that contain pornography. So that the system is built is expected to reduce the use of the Internet that is not useful, especially campus environment, and the use of internet facilities can be beneficial to both for teaching and learning environment of the campus.

Institut Teknologi Adhi Tama Surabaya (ITATS) is an institute that has relatively wide territory and complicated building arrangement for outsiders especially related to identification of buildings that they want to visit. To overcome this problem, an android based application that can be used to gain information related to those buildings, locations of places or important places in real-time is required. Augmented Reality (AR) is the appropriate technology to display environment and locations information at ITATS in real-time. The implementation of Augmented Reality technology on android based smartphones using Speeded Up Robust Features (SURF) can identify pictures continuously and has proper identification speed. Speeded Up Robust Features (SURF) is an algorithm that has been commonly applied in correspondence matching because it is faster than Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) and has appropriate and accurate performance maintenance. In designing this application, there are three main stages that should be considered, namely: initialization, tracking marker, and object rendering. Initialization is the stage where images that becomes the database is preliminary processed with Speeded Up Robust Features (SURF) algorithm and the preparation of the displayed information on the users’ smartphones. The second is tracking marker, smartphone camera takes pictures continuously while processing every inputted image applying Speeded Up Robust Features (SURF) and conducting matching process of images in the database. The final stage, after a match is found, this application displays the text information which corresponds with the matching result. The reliability of this system in recognizing locations at ITATS is 81.66% and average time required is 2.333 seconds.

There is increasing number of Indonesian people untilizing video streaming application in ther daily life. Video streaming can be used for farious activities such as distant learning, or as a monitoring facility. Public network (internet) has some suscepbtiilities on the scurity of the data being transmitted. To  overcome this,  Tunneling network technology is  used.  In  QOS  video streaming  analysis  on  EOIP  protocol the  process  start  with  system  designing,  hardware installation, video server installation of EOIP, PQ method implementation, PCQ methot implementation, data retival end data analisys. In this research, the followings are anallyzed: video streaming QOS (Quality of Service) on EOIP (Ethernet Over Internet Protocol) by means of PQ (Priority Queuing) and PCQ (Per Connection Queue), covering QOS parameter i.e. Delay, Jitter and Throughput. The result show that on the video streaming with PQ(Priority Queuing) and (Per Connection Queue) there is a discrepancy of QoS. PQ method is supportive towards QOS for the highest priority client. This is because streaming server can give priority service for client having the highest priority, so as to have a better QOS. PCQ method is very supportive towards QOS among clients because streaming server can distribute service to several clients doing streaming activity simultaneously.

Spectroscopy method can be used to identify the type of gas by passing light into the sample gas and light are described using a monochromator. The resulting light captured using the detector that will produce different spectra for each gas. The light source can use incandescent lamps or using Light Emitting Diode (LED). If the tested gas is a type of gas that is difficult to be taken, such as the type of toxic gas, gas from the output of the volcano, so this way you will have trouble, and the data obtained is not real time. In this study designed a system of identification of gas or smoke in the air using a spectrophotometer using solar light. The spectrum of light that has been absorbed by the gas or fumes captured using a telescope, then described using a monochromator produces gray level curve representing the absorption of each wavelength of light. The sample used in this study is the smoke of burning oil, sulfur and dry leaves. The curve of each sample generated, analyzed and identified the type of smoke using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) with backpropagation training algorithm. The architecture consists of input layer, hidden and output. Input node number is 197, the number of neurons in the first hidden layer is 150, the number of neurons in the second hidden layer is 20, and the number of neurons in the output layer is 4. In this ANN learning process entails iterating as many as 900 epoch and the results can distinguish the smoke oil , sulfur and dry leaves. The success rate of 70% for oil and dried leaves, 80% for sulfur.
