Abstract

Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is the population-based optimization algorithm and the generation of random values. The deficiency of the PSO algorithm is prematurely convergent, meaning it quickly finds solutions to local solutions. PSO tidak mampu untuk mencari ruang solusi lebih luas. PSO can not afford to search for wider solution space. In this study modification of the combination of PSO with Genetic Algortihm (GA) or we call M-PSOGA. The advantage of GA taken is to find a wider solution space. M-PSOGA is evaluated on non-linear function problem. The results obtained by M-PSOGA produce the best solution from its predecessor method, PSO and PSOGA. Better on the results of the solutions obtained and the convergent velocity on global solutions.Keywords: Particel Swarm Optimization, Genetic Algorithm, Non-Linier Function.

Abstract

. Irrigation  systems in Indonesia are mostly carried out manually in which opening and closing of irrigation channel to rice field are done in traditional way. Internet of Things (IoT)-based control system on irrigation with Wemos D1 ESP8266is a device designed for assisting farmers to ease water irrigation to their rice fields from far away in the real-time. This device aims at improving the farmer effectiveness in working. It used servo motor as the hardware for portal functioning to obtain data from the water height by HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor as well as serving the control centre by Wemos D1 ESP8266 microcontroller. The control system of irrigation portal was carried out by android application which connected to node controller trough apy key from web hosting. After the portal was opened, the data of water height from controller node was sent and displayed in application. The process of system controlling can be done wher ever and whenever as long as there is a real-time internet connection. The system testing used rice field prototype as the test parameter for the success of control and connectivity functionality. The test employed 3 different connectivity which yielded control delay average with different provider speeds i.e 5.819 seconds, 3.545 seconds, and 7.333 seconds after the controlling process from application.Keywords : android, apy key, Internet of Things, internet, Wemos D1 R2, control.

Abstract

The presence of social media has a huge impact on life today. Social media get a special place on internet usage in Indonesia. As much as 87.4% of internet usage in Indonesia is used by the community to access social media. Government agencies in Indonesia have slowly utilized social media as a means of communication with the community. The concern is that social media users in Indonesia are very large, but public participation on government social media accounts is still low. This study aims to find out the causes or factors that influence public participation on government social media accounts that have never been studied previously. The study is based on literature studies and empirical studies to find the factors that influence public participation on government social media accounts. This research proposed a research model with six variables that represent factors influencing public participation to participate with government social media. Furthermore, the relationship between variables will be validated using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) -PLS method. The object of this research is the community that has become a participant on the government's social media account.The results of this study state that five out of six variables have proven to influence community participation to participate with the social media of the government. Abstract

One of the fastest growing e-commerce business model is e-marketplace. Competition between e-marketplace also took place tight, thus causing an e-marketplace more successfull than other e-marketplace. An e-marketplace is said to be successful and can survive if accepted by users, both from buyers and sellers. Therefore understanding the motivation of people in using e-marketplace is necessary. Most of the existing research has analyzed this only from the external motivation of e-marketplace acceptance by users. This study discusses intrinsic and extrinsic motivation that impact on the acceptance of e-marketplace by internet users, espesially online shoppers in Indonesia. This study uses the expanded of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology by adding a shopping enjoyment construct as part of the flow theory to represent the intrinsic motivation of e-marketplace users. The sample of this study takes the subject of students, workers and housewives. This is based on the result of a 2015 APJII survey which state that the largest internet users in Indonesia is a worker or a self-employed (62%), housewives (16,6%) and students (7,8%). The results of this study are expected to provide information about the motivation of acceptance of e-marketplace by internet users, espesially online shoppers. Abstract

This company needs reserves calculation before doing mining activities such as coal deposit model construction, coal reserves calculation. and Stripping Ratio (SR) value calculation. As a result, it obtains the number of coal reserves which will coal deposit model. This fact became the background of the study. The reserves calculation was carried out by Triangular Method supported by Minescape software. The coal reserves calculation and coal deposit model of Mitra Abadi Mahakam Ltd.. The research result was a coal model which can be seen from the pictures on map attached in this final project report. The coal reserve was 2,347,827.44 tons, while the overburden volume of mining activity site was 8,318,130.05 BCM" and the Striping Ratio was 3.5. Keywords: coal, model, reserve, overburden

Abstract

Diabetic retinopathy is one of diabetes mellitus on eyes which causes permanent blindness. Microaneurysm becomes its sympthom which is signed by a spot with dark red in circle shape. A detection system on microaneurysms is designed to help medical experts. This research employed matched filter method to detect microaneurysms. Matched filter refers to one of matching template techniques. Microaneurysms have intencity profile in Gaussian, therefore a Gaussian matched filter can be used for detecting them. The searching on the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy was calculated by ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristics). The research results obtained from 30 retina images of DIAETDB1 showed the average levels of sensitivity 64.53%, specificity 99.94%, and accuracy 99.90%.Keywords: Diabetic Retinopathy, Microaneurysm, Matched Filter, Gaussian Matched Filter, ROC, DIARETDB1.

Abstract

The game is ways to remove saturation from various kinds of affairs. The game also used as learning media. This educational game is usually used to invite users to play while learning. Languages and games must be complementary. Because of the language is important, it needs an effective and efficient way to increase interest in language learning. So the focus of this research is to create three mobile gaming applications with educational content of Arabic vocabulary which gameplay are different and analyze which applications are effective for users in recognizing Arabic vocabulary. Testing is done to find out if the application is effective for players to know and learn Arabic language. Samples taken are second grade students Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah who know the hijaiyah letters. Pre-test, treatment and post-test are part of the testing phase. Test results were analyzed using ANOVA one way method. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in learning ability of participants through the medium of Arabic educational games with a value of 3.65 beyond the critical value with a significance level of 5% or 0.05 of 3.10. When Hypothesis 0 is rejected, then the comparison test between groups (games) with Scheffe method with critical value 2.48. The result is a third game with a value of 2.57 is said to be effective than the first game (0.58) and the second (2.00). The second game (2.05) is said to be more effective than the first game (0.51).Keywords: Educational Game, Game Effectiveness, Mobile games, Arabic vocabulary, ANOVA.
