The purpose of this study is to describe thedeterminants of the appearance of dressingin the West Kalimantan Dormitory (DaraDjuanti). This research is a kind ofquantitative descriptive research, usingquestionnaire and documentation. Dataanalysis technique using descriptive analysiswith saturated sample technique. Validity testand instrument reliability using productmoment and Reliability test using AlphaCronbach formula. The results showed thatthe determinants of dress appearanceaccording to most respondents in thecategory high enough with a relativefrequency of 50%. The determinant factor ofdress appearance consists of internal factorsand external factors with the explanation asfollows. (1) Internal factors of dressappearance consisting of personality, bodyshape, age, and knowledge of most studentsof West Kalimantan Dormitory (DaraDjuanti) included in category enough withfrequency 47,5%. (2) External factors ofdress appearance consisting of communityenvironment, association and informationmedia most of the female students in enoughcategory with frequency 87,5%

The purpose of this study is to describe theapplication of hygiene and sanitation in thelaboratory of Boga, including understanding,implementation, and supporting factors and itsinhibitors. The research used descriptivequalitative with object hygiene and sanitationcatering laboratory at State Vocational HighSchool (SMKN) 1 Kalasan Yogyakarta. Methods ofdata collection: observation, interview,documentation. Data validity using triangulationtechnique. Data analysis techniques include datareduction, data presentation, conclusions, andverification. The results show students'understanding of hygiene-sanitation is still low,teachers should always be reminded. Theapplication of hygiene and sanitation in thelaboratory is quite good, it is shown that studentsalways keep clean clothes, nails, hair, cleanenough room, good ventilation, well-groomedsinks, fluid ducts, well-groomed practiceequipment, and neatly arranged. Factorssupporting the implementation of hygiene andsanitation in the laboratory of Boga, namely: theavailability of facilities that are complete enoughto support the smoothness of students practices,cleanliness equipment, and adequate water.Inhibiting factors do not yet have laboratory staff,there are no standard operational procedures(SOP) that regulate hygiene-sanitation in thelaboratory and the sanctions are firm

The purpose of this study is to analyzethe relationship of interest and learningachievement of sewing simultaneously andpartially with the readiness of student work inSMKN I Pogalan-Trenggalek. This research is acorrelational descriptive with quantitativeapproach. The population of this study is thestudents of Class XII of the Year 2012201/20/2016 Fashion Skill Program by usingproportional random sampling 60% and 10%reserve. The number of samples in this studywas 50 students. Data collection of interest andreadiness of work using questionnaires withLikert scale, while the data of learningachievement sewing using secondary data fromthe value of report cards. Data analysistechniques to test hypotheses 1 and 2 are partialcorrelations whereas hypothesis 3 uses multipleregression correlation techniques. The resultsshowed that simultaneously and partially therewas a positive and significant relationshipbetween interest and learning achievement ofsewing to the readiness of work

The purpose of this study analyzed the influenceof family business on welfare. This research isan ex-post facto research with data collectionmethod using questionnaire and documentation.The research population is the family in KepekWonosari Village Gunungkidul who develop abusiness. The sampling technique usedproportional random sampling. Data analysistechniques using descriptive analysis techniquesand hypothesis test using Product Momentcorrelation test preceded test prerequisiteanalysis, the test of normality and linearity. Theresults showed there was a positive andsignificant influence of family business on theirwelfare. The business developed by the familycan increase the welfare of 35.1%. The familybusiness developed in Kepek Wonosari Villageplays a very big role in promoting the welfare ofthe community, so the more creative andinnovative in developing its potential throughentrepreneurship, such as trading to improvethe welfare of his family life.

The purpose of this study is toimprove students' learning achievement of SMPNegeri 1 Pulokulon Grobogan Regency CentralJava Province with inquiry based method on thesubject Local content of dressing skills. Thisresearch includes a classroom action researchconsisting of planning, action, observation, andreflection. The subjects of the study were thestudents of class VIII A. Techniques of datacollection using the method of documentation,test, observation. The technique of data analysisusing a descriptive method by comparingstudent learning outcomes before action andafter an action. The results of the research inthe first cycle obtained 35% of students arecomplete and 65% of students have not beencompleted. In the second cycle do someimprovements in the process of implementationof learning guided inquiry based trainingmethod (guided inquiry). Data cycle II resultsobtained 100% increase in students complete, orlearning outcomes meet the standard value

The research aims to analyze theinfluence of learning outcomes of industrypractice on students' readiness. This type ofresearch is ex-post facto. Methods of datacollection using questionnaires anddocumentation. Data analysis technique usingdescriptive analysis and hypothesis test usingProduct Moment correlation precededprerequisite analysis test, that is the test ofnormality and linearity. The researchpopulation is all students of class XII ofDepartment of Clothing, Light VehicleTechnique and Motorcycle Technique whichhas conducted industrial practice at SMKNegeri 8 Purworejo. Sampling techniqueusing proportional random sampling were 93students. The results showed that there was apositive and significant effect on industrialpractice learning outcomes on job readiness,with a contribution of 28.9%. The contributionis relatively small because students have notbeen able to utilize the cognitive, affective,and psychomotor abilities gained in schools toprepare themselves in the real world of work.Most only follow the practice of industry asthe task of the school that must beimplemented without trying to improveknowledge and skill

The research aimed to analyze therelation of learning result of productivesubjects with interest to open fashionbusiness at Vocational State Senior HighSchool (SMKN) 6 Yogyakarta. Thisresearch is a type of ex-post factoresearch with data collection methodsusing questionnaires and documentation.Data analysis techniques usingdescriptive analysis techniques andhypothesis test using Product Momentcorrelation test preceded testrequirements analysis, the test ofnormality and linearity. The resultsshowed there was a positive andsignificant relationship between thelearning result of productive subjectswith the interest of opening a fashionbusiness, with a contribution of 20.7%.Productive subjects can equip SMKstudents to produce the new innovationsthat are needed when they open abusiness

The purpose of the study to find out thedescription of Muslim dress ethics includedressing in accordance with the provisions ofsyar'I include: model or harmony, color,texture, material, motif. This researchincludes a quantitative descriptive researchtype with an ex-post facto approach. Methodsof data collection using the method ofobservation and documentation. Dataanalysis techniques using descriptiveanalysis. The results showed that the ethics ofMuslim dress in accordance with theprovisions of syar'i in a good category with arelative frequency of 47.29%. The category issupported by the observation of Islamic dressethics covering the way of dress inaccordance with the provisions of syar'i seenfrom the aspect of the model, color, and style.The model indicators fall into either categorywith a relative frequency of 45.95%. Thecolor indicator is included in either categorywith a relative frequency of 55.41%. Thepattern indicator is included in the excellentcategory with a relative frequency of 56.76%.Students are very concerned about how todress Muslims based on Islamic syar'i, solook harmonious and appropriate. Studentscan also choose the model, color, and style ofMuslim fashion exactly according to theopportunity, age, body shape, and skin color
