Abstract:This study aims to: a) determine the distribution of student learning styles of PGSD UAD, b) determine the dominant learning styles is owned by Students PGSD UAD, c) Know the learning style that is owned by student (single or multiple). The study applied a quantitative approach specificaly survey. The data were collected through a questionnaire. The study popullation was all student PGSD UAD academic year 2013/2014. The data were descriptively analyzed. The results of the study are as follows. (1) 81% of studentshave asociallearningstyle, 51% of students have a visual and verbal leraning style, 48% of student have a solitary learning style, 47% student have a physical learning style, and 40% of student have a auditory learning style. (2) Social learning style is a type of learning style most commonly owned by students PGSD UAD. Auditory learning style is a style of learning that is at least owned by students PGSD UAD. (3) None of the students who only have one learning style.Â Keywords: leraning styles, memletics learning styles, learning modality.

Â Abstract:This research aims to enhance the activity of learning and learning outcomescivic educationÂ (PKn) using active learning strategies in the type of Index Card Match Elementary School VI students Potorono , Bantul . This research was classroom action research was conducted in two cycles . Subjects in the study were students of class VI Semester Elementary School Potorono odd numbering 30 students . The object of this research is the activity of learning and learning outcomes Civics . Data was collected using observation sheets, tests and documentation . The data analysis technique observation sheet is done by calculating the percentage of each indicator , for the achievement test is done by calculating the average grade . The results of the study shows that after application of active learning type of index cards match , active learning and learning outcomes has increased . Judging from the result of an increase in the average percentage of the activity of students in the first cycle of 63.89 % , an increase in cycle II to 80.56 %. The results of studying the average value before action 59.36 , an increase in the first cycle to 67.86 , rising again in the second cycle becomes 75.13 . Thus it can be said that the study of this class action succeeded in increasing the activity of learning and learning outcomes PKn in Elementary School VI students Potorono Bantul , because they have met the success criteria specified .Â

Â Abstract: The development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has an important contribution in education, especially in learning process. Shortages and bottlenecks in the learning process can be overcome with the use of ICT. Social studies as one of Sciences relating to the development of human life both in terms of economic, social relations, culture, history, law and its interaction with the natural environment is closely associated with the level of human civilization, including today's technology. All aspects of human life is the object of study in Social studies. Â Abstract:Jean Piaget is known as the founder of constructivist learning. The theory regardes basically each studenthasknowledge before they have been treated in learning process. Cognitive development is also covering theory of moral logical development.Â A social study learning is learning closely related to value and morality, a social study learning will tend to social cognition so influents studentsâ€™ morality. In fact, social study learning is still experiencing some problems. Therefore, value and moralityinternalizationto social study learning needs to be prepared and planned continuously by pressing to each different level.Â The higher cognitive level is the more mature comprehensive element and responsibility. Due to, the attitude and their action will always be based by responsibility to their selves and environment.

Â Abstract: The aim of this research was to improve the study activities on social study by using strategy inquiry discovery learning of students class VI SD Negeri Monggang Sewon Bantul Yogyakarta. The action hypothesis on this research was strategy inquiry discovery learning can improve study activities on social study of students class VI SD Negeri Monggang Sewon Bantul Yogyakarta. The subject of this research was 19 students of class VI SD Negeri Monggang Sewon Bantul Yogyakarta. The object of this research was students study activities on social study. The teqnique for data collect on this research by using observation and documentation teqnique. An analysis teqnique for data observation result to know increase students study activities. The result of this research showed that the use of strategy inquiry discovery learning can improve study activities on social study has increased by anincrease in the result average students study activities of 57,19 % in the pre action, in thefirst cycle improved with average 66,31 % and 78,94 % in the second cycle.Â Â

Â Abstract: Many researches has been done in searching the advantages and disadvantages, both Cooperative and competitive model of teaching. Each of them has many advantages as well as disadvantages. Accordingly, the task of teachers is to take the advantages and eliminate its disadvantages.This article tries to propose Team Game Tournament as a meansin integrating cooperative and competitive aspects of instructional activity.with is distinctive feature, TGT can combines both cooperative and competitive spirits of student. As a result, hopefully, student achievement will increase.Theachers of PKn should change their circumstances, chiefly their traditional instructional practices. Implementation of TGT in some right occasion is one of means in increasing instructional effectiveness.

Â Abstract: The purposes of this research is to improve the activity and learning outcomes in mathematics of students 4th grade Klagaran Public Elementary School through cooperative learning type Think Pair Share with beach ball. The subjects of this research were 24 students of 4th grade Klagaran Public Elementary. The object of this research was studentâ€™s activity and mathematics learning outcomes. The result showed that after treatment with cooperative learning type Think Pair Share with beach ball at 4th grade Klagaran Public Elementary School, activity and mathematics learning outcomes of students has increased. This was indicated by an increasing in the result percentage average activity is70,83% at the first cycle, improves in the second cycle to 100%. Mathematics learning outcomes of students also increased. The average of students learning outcomes in pre-action was 61,54. In the first cycle, the average result improves to 65,00. In the second cycle, the average result improves to 65,59. In conclusion, cooperative learning type Think Pair Share with beach ball can improve activity and mathematics learning outcomes.

Â Abstract: The purpose of this research was describe about process skills approach used to improve learning process and science achievement students of class VI SDN Giricahyo, Gunungkidul. This research used Classroom Action Research and implemented in two cycle. Data collection techniques using observation, testing, and documentation. Learning process result 67,09% in cycle I, increased 80,10% in second. The precentage of learning outcomes in precycle was 35,71%, increased 64,29% in first cycle and increased 78,57% in the second. So, it can be included that process skill approach can improve learning process and science achievement.Â

Â Abstract:This study aims to describe the characteristics of the type and method of decision makingin the education budgetTaman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. Researchc arried out for six months with research subjects Ibu Pawiyatan chief, Chairman of the Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan, teachers at Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan, treasurer, some of the staff involved in the preparation of the budget, the parents of students involved in the sourcing offunds, and people who are always critical in every decision making and budgeting, both at the level ofthe Assembly Ibu Pawiyatan or in part Taman Muda Ibu Pawiyatan. Data were collected by in depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed with data analysis techniques Hubermanand Milesversion consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.The results showed that the characteristics of the type of education budget decision making principals is situational, sometimes using his authority, but incertain situations involving subordinates democratically. The results also showthat the characteristics of the education budget decision making method is selective minority principals, seniority, and scientific authoritarian.Â

Â Abstract: The purpose of this research was to describe the increase of telling experience skills through role play methods in III grade students of SD Tirtomulyo Bantul academic year 2014/2015. This methods of this research was Classroom Action Research. The quantitative data analysis was used to analyze the test results and qualitative was used to analyze the result of observation. Based on observation of the learning process, the students ability to tell the esxperience increased after using role play methods. The success or increasing the quality of learning seen from the learning process and increasing students learning behaviors of each cycle. The average score of the test telling experience skillswas increased after actioning in cycle I and cycle II. The average value in pra-action which was 65,29 increased to 67,65 in cycle I. In cycle II increased to 72,69. Percentage of students obtained KKM also increased. In pra-action percentage reached 41.18%, in the cycle I increased to 47.06% and the cycle II becomes 76.47%. It shows that the method of learning role play has a positive effect that is the result of an increase in the test telling experience skills of III grade students of SD Tirtomulyo Bantul academic year 2014/2015.Â
