Abstract

The existence of repositioning and recreation of post-reform parliament has put Parliament in a position parallel to the local government, and restored to proper functioning as the regional legislature. Placed before Parliament as part of the Local Government Council is not able to play a lead role as it should. With repositioning and recreation of this, Parliament should be able to play a role in local governance, including the formation of legislation are realized through the implementation of the right to initiate draft.Keyword :   Ranperda Council initiative

Abstract

Lagan village Tengan Eastern District Geragai Tanjab District is one of the village is still experiencing problems in meeting the electricity needs for the community, but the middle of the village crossed by the river lagan lagan.River is a river lagan adequate when used as a power plant to meet the needs of rural communities. Abstract

This study aims to determine the growth response to soil ultisol cocoa seedlings in polybags with fertilizer NPK (16:16:16) and to determine the dose of fertilizer NPK (16:16:16) which can give a better effect on the growth of cocoa seedlingsThe research was carried out at RT: 01 Pakuan New South Jambi District. For 6 months. This research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 standard treatment, consisting of: T0 = Without Giving NPK (16:16:16), T1 = NPK fertilizer (16:16:16) at a dose of 2.5 g, T2 = fertilizer NPK (16:16:16) at a dose of 5 g, T3 = fertilizer NPK (16:16:16) at a dose of 7.5 g, T4 = fertilizer NPK (16:16:16) at a dose 10 g. Treatment was repeated four times so that there are 20 plots of each treatment plot consisted of 3 plants, so there are 60 plants, 2 plants per plot were taken as samples. The parameters measured were plant height stem diameter, total leaf area, canopy dry weight, root dry weight, root crown ratio.The results showed that fertilizer NPK (16:16:16) at a dose of 10 g (T4) provides the best results for plant height, stem diameter 26.27% 16.98%, 68.34% total leaf area, canopy dry bert 195 , 09%, 76.31% dry weight of roots and root crown ratio is 66.67% when compared with no treatment (T0 / Control)Keywords: Growth, NPK fertilizer, cocoa seeds.

Abstract

Coaching program for elderly inmates in Prison Class IIA Jambi conducted under the provisions of Penal Law, but the implementation is tailored to the age, ability and needs of the elderly concerned. However, because of the circumstances they are in general already senile, frail, deaf and suffering from acute disease, then the coaching program that has been programmed by the prison to them, can not be effectively implemented so that the purpose of punishment can not be done. It is necessary for the conception of sentencing policy should be applied to elderly criminals are adopting the provisions of the Penal Code governing the criminal reduction and alternative sentencing and punishment provisions of the Criminal Code Bill to the elderly so as to obtain a conviction against setting elderly criminals are able to meet the statutory objectives and sentencing goals effectively.Keyword :  Coaching, offenders, Correctional Institutions

Abstract

As a result of the loss of employment in the rural farming , also affect women as a component of rural households. In the end, the women find employment outside the sector agriculture in both rural and urban region . During this time that the concentration of development economists is more focused on the study of women workers who migrate to the city areas . However, in reality there are many women workers are still living in rural areas and engage in various economic activities .The involvement of women in economic activity and the activity at the same time stairs to do with changes in the economic structure , especially in rural areas is one of the interesting things that has not been revealed , especially women who are bound in the Company PT.PSUT Kec.Jambi Lauar City Bird's Nest . In this area to work in the industrial sector is one of the types of businesses that the majority of women do . Abstract

Palm oil mill wastewater ( LCPKS ) or palm oil mill effluent ( POME ) is one type of organic agro-industrial wastes . So that the waste can be useful as a fertilizer it must be free of pollutants and high nutrient levels . The research aims to determine the diversity and level of reduction of nutrient content and LCPKS contaminants in the processing of primary anaerobic pond I, II secondary anaerobic pond to the aerobic pond . The experiment was conducted at PT . Sumbertama Nusa Pertiwi District Kumpeh Hulu Muaro Jambi and in the Laboratory , lasted for 3 months . Implementation research using survey methods at the site of primary anaerobic pond treatment LCPKS I, II secondary anaerobic pond and aerobic pond LCPKS then analyzed in the laboratory . The results showed that the levels of nutrients N , P , K , COD , BOD , TSS and C - organic LCPKS acidification pond is higher than the first secondary anaerobic pond and aerobic pond , while Al and Fe content varies . Ca and Mg levels are higher in the aerobic pond . LCPKS acidification has an acidic pH , the first secondary anaerobic pond rather sour and slightly alkaline aerobic pond . Highest total in an aerobic fungi and total bacteria in an anaerobic highest first secondary .Keywords: Characteristics of Palm Oil Mill Effluent

Abstract

The movement of sediment on straight channel  especially on altitude area with the alluvial, scour sediment or erosion as well transportation sediments influential to change the form of channel is very .If we see the day of the day flow on the basis   of the move will undermined if the speed flow produce voltage critical shear,  exceed speed  and voltage shear allowable .Scour sediment larger on the stream velocity around the bend if compared to channel  on straight .Big  and small scour sediment depent also to stream velocity at the channel and also  depend kinds of the material   .Reseach done on straight up for flow in twist destroy the outside of the bend channel cliff always ,while on the part in the corner occured and large depositional hangs from the discharge of channel and morpologinya alittle depotional .Length of time jetting to achieved equilibrium (stabile) .Stabile condition achieved where there is balance between the sediment carried over with sediment incoming balanced and changes shape cross section almost nothing .  On probation review channel alluvial this  made six different   jetting time .but the discharge of the sama with  q=0,00354 m3/det and  D50=0,0004  and the tools sower of sand(sandfeeder) the installed on upstream channelKey words : discharge, material ,time  equilibrium,stream velocity

Abstract

Mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh antara servicescape terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa Universitas Batanghari. Mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis dimensi servicescape yang dominan mempengaruhi  kepuasan mahasiswa.  Populasi adalah gabungan seluruh elemen yang memiliki serangkaian karakteristik serupa yang mencakup semesta untuk kepentingan masalah riset pemasaran (Maholtra, 2005). Parameter populasi biasanya adalah angka. Informasi mengenai parameter populasi bisa diperoleh dengan mengambil sensus atau sampel. Yang menjadi populasi pada penelitian ini adalah para mahasiswa Universitas Batanghari di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP). Jumlah mahasiswa Universitas Batanghari pada tahun 2012 sebanyak 5.296 orang. Berdasarkan analisis terbukti bahwa ambient factor, faktor desain dan faktor sosial memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa Universitas Batanghari. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian terbukti bahwa secara parsial variabel ambient factor dan faktor sosial yang dapat memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa Universitas Batanghari, sementara variabel faktor desain tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa Universitas Batanghari. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan ditemukan bahwa variabel ambient factor dan faktor sosial yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa Universitas Batanghari, dalam penelitian ini variabel independen yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap variabel dependen adalah ambient factor.Keywords: Analysis, Servicescape,  Students’ Satisfaction.

Abstract

Fisheries sub-sector is one of the potential of marine resources and fisheries that have contributed significantly to the Indonesian economy . West Tanjung Jabung area has the potential of fishing is big enough that extends from West Tanjung Jabung border to the border with the province of Riau , with the potential for marine waters in 2010 reached 21,497.7 tons . The purpose of this study was to determine : 1 ) . Magnitude of fishermen household income , 2 ) . Magnitude of the contribution of fishing effort in meeting the needs of fishermen households , 3 ) . Magnitude Exchange Fishermen ( NTN ) , and 4 ) . Fishermen welfare level . The sampling technique used was a randomized ( random sampling ) with a total sample of 245 households of fishermen or of ± 26 % of total revenues of venture populasiUntuk analyze fisheries used the formula : TR = Q x P , analyzing profit : π = TR - TC , analyze revenue contribution : Kp = Pp / Prt x 100 % , then to analyze the exchange rate Fishermen : NTN = Yt / Et and analyze Fishermen Exchange Index : INTN = ( IYT / IET ) x 100 % .The results showed that , the average amount per month of income to fishing in West Tanjung Jabung Rp.6.007.385 , 00 , gross income from non-operating fishing Rp.122.816 , 33 . Total household income of fishermen Rp.6.130.201 , 33 . Contribution to fishing on total household income of fishermen in West Tanjung Jabung amounting Rp.6.007.385 , 00 or 98.00 % , the remaining Rp . 122,816.33 or 2.00 % comes from non to fishing. Exchange fishermen in West Tanjung Jabung during the period August-September 2013, the total household income of fishermen is at 1.72 and the exchange rate of the income of fishermen to fishing at 2.34 , indicating that households are concerned fishermen have welfare level sufficient to meet the primary needs of life and has the potential to consume non primary needs or to save money, either from the family or of the total revenue receipts to fishing.Keywords: NTN, INTN, Contribution
