The agreement concluded between the PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama with Maro Sebo is indigenous land use agreement for business purposes, as outlined in the letter of agreement. In the agreement, held, determined the rights and obligations of each party, generally the right of the PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama able to use land owned by indigenous peoples for the business activities of plantation until the specified time period with the obligation to pay the price of plantation management is carried out and return the land to indigenous people at the time of expiry of the agreement. While indigenous rights as the owner of land in addition to the plantation also get back their land after the expiration of the agreement. With the changes in the implementation of the agreement without being noticed by the citizens of indigenous Maro Sebo, grow a variety of issues such as: Claiming some of the land of indigenous people has become the property of PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama who previously had no land rights in the region; Revenue results by the citizens of indigenous landowners are no longer in accordance with the treaty agreed upon in advance; and The absence of submission of return of land lease rights to the indigenous peoples while the term of the agreement has expired. The existence of the above problems, there arose a dispute between PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama with the community residents customary right to cultivate the land owner district Maro Sebo. Disputes are not allowed to taper which ultimately could harm one or both sides that were previously bound by the agreement the use of land for plantation, but made various efforts for the settlement of disputes. Abstract One of the issues that arise in divorce life is the maintenance of the child, where the child can no one wants to take care of or between the two spouses want each other to take care or control of the child. To demonstrate responsibility for the maintenance of the child, the husband and wife were divorced sometimes scrambling to master, eventually a dispute between the two. With a dispute for control of the child resulting solution should be up to the courts. Perjanjian jual beli perumahan yang diadakan antara Bank Internasional Indonesia Cabang Jambi dengan konsumen PT. Putra Sentosa Prakarsa, pihak bank menyerahkan rumah yang dikehendaki oleh pihak konsumen dan sebaliknya pihak konsumen membayar sejumlah uang atas harga rumah tersebut, tetapi pihak bank belum memberikan sertifikat hak milik atas tanah rumah tersebut sebelum keseluruhan harga rumah itu dilunasi oleh konsumen.Dikarenakan perjanjian jual beli perumahan antara Bank Internasional Indonesia dengan konsumen PT. Putra Sentosa Prakarsa berjalan dalam waktu yang cukup lama, yaitu bisa 5 tahun, 10 tahun dan ada juga hingga 15 tahun, maka tidak selamanya seluruh perjanjian yang diadakan berjalan lancar sebagaimana yang diharapkan, tetapi ada ditemui permasalahan hingga merugikan salah satu pihak atau kedua belah pihak.Adanya permasalahan yang ditemui akan mengingkari perjanjian jual beli yang telah disepakati bersama yang secara otomatis melanggar ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku khususnya yang mengatur mengenai perjanjian itu sendiri. Perjanjian jaminan pemeliharaan kesehatan yang diadakan antara PT. Cantika Mandiri Pratama dengan PT. Jamsostek Cabang Jambi adalah perjanjian asuransi kesehatan yang diikat dalam surat perjanjian pertanggungan kesehatan karyawan.Setelah diikat dalam suatu perjanjian yang disepakati bersama, maka kedua belah pihak harus melaksanakan seluruh ketentuan yang ada dalam perjanjian tanpa harus mengurangi atau melebihi.Terwujudnya jaminan pemeliharaan kesehatan dari PT. Jamsostek Cabang Jambi adalah pada saat pemberian dana kepada karyawan yang mengajukan klaim pemeliharaan kesehatannya. PT. Jamsostek Cabang Jambi wajib menyerahkan dana jaminan pemeliharaan kesehatan pada saat karyawan mengajukan klaim sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah disepakati. Namun dalam kenyataan, pada pelaksanaan jaminan pemeliharaan kesehatan terdapat adanya wanprestasi (ingkar janji) yang dilakukan oleh salah satu pihak, yaitu PT. Jamsostek Cabang Jambi hingga merugikan pihak karyawan PT. Cantika Mandiri Pratama.Karyawan hanya merupakan objek dari perjanjian pertanggungan pemeliharaan kesehatan yang diadakan antara PT. Cantika Mandiri Pratama dengan PT. Jamsostek Cabang Jambi, sangat dimungkinkan kurang atau tidak adanya perlindungan hukum terhadap karyawan dalam hal penerimaan jaminan pemeliharaan kesehatannya. Abstract Sekalipun perjanjian pemborongan pekerjaan yang diadakan antara Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dengan perusahaan swasta telah diatur dalam Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Perdata, tetapi untuk memperkuat dan mempertegasnya para pihak membuat surat perjanjian kerja.Dikarenakan dalam perjanjian pemborongan pekerjaan antara pihak pemerintah dengan pihak swasta menggunakan dana negara yang berasal dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara atau menggunakan dana daerah yang berasal dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah, maka ketentuan Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Perdata tidaklah dirasakan cukup, sehingga pemerintah menambahkan ketentuan yang wajib diikuti dalam perjanjian pemborongan pekerjaan, yang untuk saat sekarang pengaturannya diatur dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 70 Tahun 2012 Tentang Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa.Dengan keadaan tersebut di atas, maka segala ketentuan yang dibuat dan disepakati dalam perjanjian pemborongan pekerjaan, haruslah mencerminkan dan mencakup ketentuan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 70 Tahun 2012. Notaris yang merupakan pejabat umum yang memiliki kewenangan khusus dari Negara untuk membuat akta autentik yang merupakan salah satu bukti atau alas hak yang sah. Dalam melakukan tugas jabatannya Notaris pasti pernah khilaf dan membuat kesalahan, dan oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengawasan terhadap Notaris dalam melaksanakan tugas jabatannya tersebut. Untuk itu dibentuklah suatu badan yang melakukan pengawasan khusus terhadap Notaris yaitu Majelis Pengawas Notaris. Majelis Pengawas yang terbagi atas Majelis Pengawas Daerah, Majelis Pengawas Wilayah dan Majelis Pengawas Pusat memiliki tugas dan fungsi masing-masing. Majelis Pengawas Daerah merupakan dasar utama pengawasan yang dilakukan terhadap Notaris. Bentuk pengawasan yang dilakukan yaitu pemeriksaan berkala setiap 6 (enam) bulan sekali. Majelis Pengawas Daerah sama peranannya di seluruh Indonesia seperti juga Majelis Pengawas Daerah Notaris di Kota Jambi. Permasalahan adalah bagaimanakah pelaksanaan pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh majelis pengawas daerah notaris dalam upaya melakukan pengawasan terhadap notaris di kota jambi, apa saja faktor yang menghambat bagi majelis pengawas daerah notaris dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap notaris di kota jambi, bagaimana upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh majelis pengawas daerah notaris mengatasi hambatan-hambatan yang ditemui dalam melaksanakan pengawasan terhadap notaris di kota jambi. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peranan yang dilakukan oleh majelis pengawas daerah notaris dalam upaya melakukan pengawasan terhadap notaris di kota jambi, mengetahui faktor yang menghambat bagi majelis pengawas daerah notaris dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap notaris di kota jambi, mengetahui upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh majelis pengawas daerah notaris mengatasi hambatan-hambatan yang ditemui dalam melaksanakan pengawasan terhadap notaris di kota jambi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan Yuridis Empiris, yaitu mempelajari peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku berkenaan kenotarisan dan melihat prakteknya pada pelaksanaan pengawasan yang dilakukan Majelis Pengawas Daerah Kota Jambi.
