Abstract

Though the agreement held between the job of chartering public works with private companies have been set up in the book of the law of civil law, but to strengthen and mempertegasnya of the parties making the agreement work.Due to the agreement between the Government of chartering with private parties using State funds that come from the budget of revenue and Expenditure of the country or region using funds derived from Budget revenues and Spending areas, then the provisions of the book of the law of civil law is not enough, so the Government is perceived to add provisions in the agreement which is mandatory for a contractor job, which for the moment are now setting it is set in the presidential regulation Number 70 in 2012 On the procurement of goods and services.With the circumstances mentioned above, then all provisions are made and agreed upon in the agreement must reflect the work, the contractor and includes provisions presidential regulation Number 70 in 2012.Keyword :  aspects of the law, the Treaty work, procurement of goods and services

Abstract

Indonesia in 2004 an estimated 475,000 people and now every one of the 150 children born autism. Impaired social interaction is often found in people with autism and is a typical symptom of autism. This study is a quantitative research design (pre-experimental designs), to form one group pretest-posttest design. This study aims to determine the effect of Play Therapy on Children Autism Social Interaction. The population is all people with autism in SLB Prof. Dr. Sri Soedewi Masjchun Sofwan, SH Jambi were 17 childrens who grade 1-3 (age 6-8 years). This study was conducted in July 2014, data was collected by observation. Then analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. Bivariate analysis using t-test. The results of the statistical test p-value 0:00 obtained it can be concluded there effect Play Therapy on Social Interaction Autistic Children in SLB Prof. Dr. Sri Soedewi Masjchun Sofwan, SH Jambi in 2014. Expected SDLB may consider the use of play therapy as an adjunctive therapy for people with autism.Keyword: terapi bermain, interaksi sosial, autisme

Abstract

This research aims to know the effectiveness of turmeric extract (c. domestical) as anti-bacterial tetas power against egg fish gourami (o. gouramy) maintained in controlled inside the Aquarium. This research was carried out in the installation of ornamental fish Orchid Garden, Jambi.Egg test used in this research is egg fish gourami (o. gouramy) obtained from BBAT Gelam River as much as 1200 eggs with dense stocking 100 rounds/container. The containers used in the immersion uses the jar with a volume of 1 liter of water for 20 minutes, then moved into an aquarium sized 50x40x40 cm as many as 12 fruit, filled water as much as 20 litres/containers and each equipped with aeration and water heater.The design used was Complete Random Design (RAL) with 4 treatment with turmeric extract is concentration of awarding 0 ml/l, 5 ml/l, 10 l, and ml/15 ml/l each with three times in Deuteronomy. The parameters observed were power tetas egg and Larval survival. The results were analyzed with the prints, then proceed with test Duncan (DNMRT) at the 5% level.From the results of the analysis of differences range shows that yout soaking with turmeric extract shows the influence of the very real power of success against tetas egg and Larval survival of fish gourami (o. gouramy). From the results of research conducted showed that treatment with 10 ml/l concentration gave results that are highly optimized for a successful power 75% of eggs tetas whereas larval survival of 75%.Keyword : test the effectiveness of turmeric extract, eggs, fish gourami

Abstract

The development of technology and the environment is different than on the previous generation resulted in the development of the adolescents of today including knowledge and information on sexuality. Increasingly easy access to information to make today's teens are more likely to quickly know what the name of the relationship between the sexes or sex. The role of parents in pendidikans very necessary to reduce problem behavior sex in teens. It can be seen from didesa kedemangan teen years 213 2013 36 of them ended with the marriage of early childhoodThe research is the research Deskriftik that aims to see the description of the role of parents in the education of sex in teens in Rt 04 village Kedemangan work-area Clinics Stun Refuse Muaro Jambi Regency. Popuasi in this research are the parents who have older children in the village of Kedemangan 09 RT totalling 167 's parents while the sample research totalling 118 respondents who have children aged teens. Samples taken with the technique of simple random sampling.The results showed that out of 118 respondents 74 (62.7%) have a less Good Role in pendidikas sex and 44 (37.3%) has a good role in sex education on adolescents.Expected parents can Live his Role as best as possible and deepen their knowledge in the field of sex education, while also Granting techniques in sex education Note so that it does not cause any Haul parents and teens.Keyword : the role of parents, sex education

Abstract

The average total absenteeism without explanation in the last five years as much as 0.14%. The average realized sales target achievement at PT. Suka Fajar Ltd Jambi in the last five years amounted to 71.21%. This fact shows that employees can achieve the target given to him.Indicators of discipline among others, the size of the compensation, the existence of exemplary leadership, whether there is a definite rule that can be used as a handle, courage leadership in taking action, presence or absence of supervision leaders, the presence or absence of attention to employees as well as the creation of habits that support the establishment of discipline. While performance indicators include the effective, efficient, quality, timeliness, productivity and safety.PT. Suka Fajar Ltd.Jambi is one company that is engaged in the automotive field. The company first gained the confidence to handle American vehicle is a car brand Ford. Seiiring the era of progress and improvement as well as development of business, PT. SukaFajar Ltd Jambi managed to enter into an agreement with PT. KTB which is the sole distributor of automotive brands Mitsubishi.Results SPSS 20 get the regression equation Y = -0.208 + 1.083 X. R2 value of 0.848 this number stating that the variable X or discipline capable of explaining the variable Y or performance of employees at PT. Suka Fajar Ltd Jambi amounted 84.80% 15.20% otherwise be caused by other variables outside variables studied. The correlation coefficient between disciplines on the performance of employees at PT. Suka Fajar Ltd Jambi is 0.921, meaning that there is a very close relationship between the variables X or Y or discipline and employee performance.Work discipline and performance of employees at PT. Suka Fajar Ltd Jambi high. Based on the test of hypothesis testing is known that there is significant influence between disciplines on the performance of employees at PT. Suka Fajar Ltd Jambi. Leaders should emphasize the importance of cooperation and communication with fellow employees. Thus, the synergy that will grow healthy and conducive working environment. Should be targeting the achievement of work must be neat and realistic. Thus, the employee will be more focused to achieve the output has been on target .Keyword : discipline, employee performance
