Abstract

Patterns of livestock business partnership among farmers / ranchers are often known as "rowdy". This livestock rowdy system is also used by the government in efforts to develop livestock in the community and increase the welfare of farmers / ranchers. The farmer group who are members of Sido Mulyo Cooperative in Dusun Mudo Village Muara Kapalik Sub-district of Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency is one of the farmer groups that get cattle donation from the government with the rowdy system tied up with the Letter of Agreement. An agreement with the pattern of partnership should apply the principle of proportionality in order to balance the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with their respective capabilities.Keywords : Partnership Patterns, Rowdy, The Principle Of Proportionality.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to: 1) To know the organizational culture at the Office of the head of the subdistrict Maro Sebo Ilir; 2) to work on the discipline Office Camat Kecamatan Maro Sebo ilir; 3) To know the influence of the culture of the Organization and discipline work against the performance of the employees of the Office of the head of the subdistrict Maro Sebo Ilir. Data collection methods used in this survey method is used to obtain information from respondents using interview techniques and disseminate a list of questions as well as using the likert scale measurements. Data analysis tools are used multiple regression is a method using computer assistance through the program SPSS 20.0 for windows. The results of the analysis showed. Variable Buduya Organization thitung ttabel 3,320 > value ttable 169726 means the organizational culture positive significant effect against the performance of civil servants in the Office of the head of the subdistrict Maro Sebo Ilir. Variable Working Discipline (X2) value thitung ttable 169726 > 3,108 Disciplined work means a positive significant effect against the performance of civil servants in the Office of the head of the subdistrict Maro Sebo Ilir. The F-test is used to determine whether the variable X1 (organizational culture) and X2 (the discipline of work) can affect the Y (Employee Performance) simultaneously (simultaneous). distribution of F in df = 33 of 3.28, this means that the value of Fhitung > value Ftable (39.901 > 3.28), and significant value 0.000 < 0.06 then follows the variable X1 (organizational culture) and X2 (the discipline of work) the simultaneous and significant effect against Y (Employee Performance) at the head of the subdistrict Office Maro Sebo Ilir. The coefficient of Determination is used to find the percentage of independent variable influences the dependent variables against. Adjusted R2 value of 0.709 in statistics show the value of influence in percentage or relative free variables used in this study i.e. organizational culture (X1) and discipline work (X2) against the variable performance employees (Y). the value of 0.709 means 70.9% employee performance (Y) at the Office of the head of the subdistrict Maro Sebo Ilir is influenced by organizational culture (X1) and discipline work (X2). The rest amounted to 29.1% is affected by factors or other variables that are not included in this researchKeywords: organizational culture, work discipline and performance.

Abstract

Acute respiratori infections have occurred in infant. Incidence  of infants is estimated to be 0.29 episodes of role / year in developing countries and 0.05 episodes / year in developed countries. Most cases occur in India (43 Million), China (21 Million) and Pakistan (10 Million) and Bangladesh, Indonesia and Nigeria respectively 6 million Prevalence of ARI in infants in Indonesia as many as 25.0% with the highest characteristic occur in age group 1-4 years (25.8%). In Jambi , ISPA disease of 10 major diseases.This research is a pre experimental using One Group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted at Posyandu Bambu Kuning Jambi. The population in this study amounted to 84 people with a sample of 20 respondents. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis. The Result known that from 20 Respondents majority of respondents (60.0%) have good knowledge before given health education. After being given health education to 95.0% of respondents have good knowledge. The result of bivariate analysis shows that there is a significant influence between the knowledge of the respondents before and after being given health education with p-value = 0,00. It is hoped that the puskesmas is primarily responsible for posyandu or health promotion to give  a continue and scheduled counseling to mothers especially those with toddlers so as to improve healthy life behavior especially in the prevention and management of ISPA.Keywords: Knowledge, Health education, ISPA in Infant

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the interest of customers to use ATM at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) 46 tbk Cashier Office of Muara Bulian. The technique used to analyze the research data is descriptive analysis method that is reveal the condition of findings on the object of research both in the form of qualitative and quantitative data. The result of the research is obtained that the factors that influence the interest of customers to use ATM at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) 46 tbk Cash Office Muara Bulian consists of several factors, namely technology factor, area factor, facility factor, account factor, location factor, ATM number factor and tariff factor. Of the factors that exist there are 3 (three) factors that have significant influence is the technological factor of 4.78, facilities factor of 4.68, and the location factor of 4.66.Keyword: (customer interest, technology factor, facility factor and location factor).

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the financial performance of the cooperative civil servants (KPN) Swakerta at Dinas Koperasi SMEC Jambi province in raising the rest of the business results (SHU) as well as the ability to know how the financial performance cooperative public servants (KPN) Swakerta at Dinas Koperasi SMEC jambi province in fulfilling the obligations of both short term and long term review of financial ratio analysis. This research is descriptive research with data types used are secondary data, obtained directly from KPN Swakerta Cooperative Agency of SMALL MEDIUM ENTERPRISES in Jambi province with a period of pemangamatan years 2011 to 2015. Methods of analysis used is ratio analysis based on the decision of the Minister of cooperatives and small and medium enterprises no. 06/Per/m. KUKM/V/2006 performance assessment guidelines of the cooperative. Based on the results of research financial performance based on the ratio of earning ratios as measured by return on assets (ROA) acquired for 7.66% with standard 7%-< 10% performance dikatergori good and based on return on equity of 10.11% with standard 9%-< 15% performance categorized quite well. Based on liquidity ratio obtained 752.61% with standard < 125 s/d > 325% categorized poorly performing. While the financial performance based on solvency ratio is categorized very well based on the debt to asset ratio (DAR) and debt to equity ratio (DER) with 40% and standard < < 70%. To improve the performance of financial liquidity ratio of the cooperative civil servants (KPN) Swakerta at Dinas Koperasi SMEC Jambi province should have to raise and add to the amount of debt and further enhance the smooth smooth asset to be able to optimize lancarnya funds so that it could reduce the funds that are idle. For subsequent researchers are advised to add the variable or ratio-a ratio more as well as assess the performance of cooperatives are more comprehensive.Keywords: cooperatives, financial statements, ratio analysis, financial performance
