Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) To determine the effect of participation in the budgetary performance of Local Government Officers Batang Hari, the data collection method used survey method was used to obtain information from respondents by using interview techniques and disseminate a list of questions and using the measurement scale Likert. The population in this study is covering the whole head of SKPD, Number 52 stratified random sampling data with the allocation of two respondents each stratum, in this case on education as strata. Data analysis tool used is multiple regression method using computer assistance through the program SPSS 20.0 for windows.The results of the analysis show participation, positive and significant effect on the performance of local government officials. Keywords: Participation, Performance and Local Government Officials Batang Hari

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine .Partially Effect of work environment to employees performance at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Desa Bulian Jaya Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari . Partially Effect of work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Desa Bulian Jaya Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari.  Simultaneously the influence of the working environment and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Desa Bulian Jaya Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and tools using SPSS 20.0 for windows. The results showed that partially (1) work environment (X1) has a positive effect on the performance of employees at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Desa Bulian Jaya Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari. By using t test showed tcount 3,011 > 1,649 ttabel, then Ho is rejected. (2) work discipline (X2) has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Desa Bulian Jaya Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari. Based on the t test results showed the value of tcount 3,316 > 1,649 ttabel, then Ho is rejected. Then simultaneously by using F test showed that the value of fcount = 15:13 > ftable = 2.76. So that the working environment (X1) and work discipline (X2) has a positive effect on employee performance (Y) at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur Desa Bulian Jaya Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batang Hari.Key word:       Work environment, Work discipline, Employees performance  PT. Abstract

The aim of this study to know the effect of job stress, job pressure and job fatigue on employee performance at BNK BRI of Muara Bulian Are. Data collecting used survey method, that is to obtain information from respondents by using interview techniques and spreading the list of questions and to measureit by using Likert scale. Population of the research is employees at BANK BRI of Muara Bulian Area. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression, this method using computer assistance through program SPSS 20.0 for windows. From the calculation of SPSS 20.0, it found that is the job stress variable is 2,193, because tcount> from ttable, (2,193> 1.68195 hence Ho accepted and Ha rejected, it means that independent variable has influence to dependent variable, which means there is partial influence between job stress to employees performance at Bank BRI of MuaraBulian Area.Variable job pressure of 0.254, Because tcount<of ttable, (0.254 <1.68195) Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, it means that independent variable has no influence on dependent variable, meaning there is no partial influence between job pressure on employee performance at Bank BRI of Muara Bulian Area.Job fatigue variable is 9.461 Because to tcount> from ttable, (9.461> 1.68195) then Ha accepted and Ho accepted, Ha rejected means that the independent variable has influence on the dependent variable, which means there is partial influence between job fatigue on employee performance on Bank BRI of Muara Bulian Area.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) To find out the influence of motivation in the development of budget to the performance of  Batang Hari Regency Government, 2. To find out the influence of job satisfaction in the development of budget to the performance Batang Hari Regency Government . Data collection method used this survey method is used to get information from respondents by using techniques of interview and spread a list of questions and using the measurement likert scale. Population in this research is includes the whole head SKPD has the data, the number of 104 random sampling stratifikasi allocation with 2 respondents every strata, in this case SKPD has as strata. The appliance data analysis is used multiple regression method using this computer assistance program through SPSS 20.0 for windows.The results of the analysis shows the motivation,influential positive and significant impact to the performance local government forces, and job satisfaction has positive effect and singnifikan to the performance of the employees of local government.Key Words : motivation, job satisfaction, performance and Local Government of Batang Hari.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to clarify the effect of leadership and disciplinary sanctions against employment of employees at PT. Mega Finance branch Muara Bulian . The analytical method used is quantitative tool which uses linear regression analysis . significant variables influence the leadership (X1) and Sanctions Work as an independ- ent variable, and Employee Discipline (Y) as the dependent variable done t test and test F. Results of hypothesis testing on Leadership variables influence the Employee Discipline that amounted to 10 531 t count > t table of numbers and figures a significance of 1.67866 (Sig) 0000 <) 0.05 (5%) with this it can beaon the level of significance seen that this leadership has influence on Employee Discipline. Results of testing hypotheses on variables sanctions work against Discipline Employee that the value t count equal to 3,605 and the significant level of 5% was obtained t table 1.67866 this case we can see that the value t calculate equal to 3,605> of the numbers t table 1.67866 and figures significance of (Sig ) 0001 <) 0.05 (5%) with this itaon the level of significance ( can be seen that the sanctions this work has an influence on Employee Discipline. Results of testing the hypothesis on the variables of leadership and disciplinary sanctions against employees' job directing that the value of F obtained F count with a significance level of 70 074 (0.000 < 0.05). F value table at 3.19 this means that F count (70 074 )> F table (3.1) thus ditolaktinya Ho and Ha accepted, meaning that leadership (X1) and Sanctions work (X2) has positive effect simultaneously or together Employee Discipline against the PT. Mega Finance branch Muarabulian Batang regency.Adjusted R Square generated at 0.738. So we can conclude percentage Leadership influence and Sanctions Against Public Employee Discipline in PT. Mega Finance Branch Muarabulian by 73.8% and 26.2% influenced other variables that are not researched in this study. Keyword: Leadership, Work Sanctions. Discipline Employee at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study were (1) .To determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance of PT Inti Subur Indosawit Maro Sebo Ilir in Batanghari regency. (2) .To determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance PT.Inti Indosawit Fertile Maro Sebo Ilir in Batanghari regency. (3) .To determine the effect of leadership style and work environment to employees performance at PT.Inti Indosawit Fertile Maro Sebo Ilir in the district of Batanghari.Methods of data collection used a survey method was used to obtain information from respondents by using interview techniques and distribute a list of questions and by using a Likert scale measurement. The population in this study is covering all employees at PT. Subur Indosawit core Maro Sebo Ilir Batanghari regency. The number of 57 employees. Data analysis tool used is multiple regression method uses computer assistance through the program SPSS 20.0 for windows.Leadership Style analysis results showed positive and significant impact on the performance of employees at PT.Inti Indosawit Subur in Batanghari regency. Abstract

This study is intended to explain the influence of Discipline and work motivation on employee performance in the department's Office of Education and Culture, Batang day.Analissis method used is quantitative method that uses path analysis tool (part analisysis). Testing the significance of the study variables influence employee Discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) as an independ- ent variable, and employee performance as the dependent variable (Y). Test performed F and t test.The results of hypothesis testing for the effect of variable discipline to employee performance shows that the value of t = 2.503 at 78 degrees and α = 5% greater than the value daari t table = 1.665. This significant effect and variable individual discipline on employee performance. Great influence on the performance of employee discipline is 8.80% (0.088) > The magnitude of the indirect effect of education employees through employee training on job performance is 4.10% (0.041).The results of hypothesis testing for the effect of variable motivation on employee performance showed the value t = 2.163 in the degrees of freedom = 78 and α = 5% greater than the value of the t table = 1.665.The third hypothesis testing results on the influence of variables on the performance of discipline and motivation shows that the value of F count = 11,800 in the degrees of freedom = 77 and α = 5% greater than the value of F table = 3.960.  This means that together there is a significant influence of variables on the performance of discipline and motivation.The amount of influence jointly given by the variables on the performance of discipline and motivation is 0.235 or 23.5 percent of the independent variables are influential or well explain the changes in the performance of employees and 76.5 percent are influenced by other factors not included in the model.Based on these results it can be concluded that the influence of Discipline and motivation together significantly affect employee performanceKeyword: Discipline and Motivation, Office of Education and Culture department, Batanghari.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to: 1) To know the organizational culture at the Office of the head of the subdistrict Maro Sebo Ilir; 2) to work on the discipline Office Camat Kecamatan Maro Sebo ilir; 3) To know the influence of the culture of the Organization and discipline work against the performance of the employees of the Office of the head of the subdistrict Maro Sebo Ilir. Data collection methods used in this survey method is used to obtain information from respondents using interview techniques and disseminate a list of questions as well as using the likert scale measurements. Data analysis tools are used multiple regression is a method using computer assistance through the program SPSS 20.0 for windows. The results of the analysis showed. Variable Buduya Organization thitung ttabel 3,320 > value ttable 169726 means the organizational culture positive significant effect against the performance of civil servants in the Office of the head of the subdistrict Maro Sebo Ilir. Variable Working Discipline (X2) value thitung ttable 169726 > 3,108 Disciplined work means a positive significant effect against the performance of civil servants in the Office of the head of the subdistrict Maro Sebo Ilir. The F-test is used to determine whether the variable X1 (organizational culture) and X2 (the discipline of work) can affect the Y (Employee Performance) simultaneously (simultaneous). distribution of F in df = 33 of 3.28, this means that the value of Fhitung > value Ftable (39.901 > 3.28), and significant value 0.000 < 0.06 then follows the variable X1 (organizational culture) and X2 (the discipline of work) the simultaneous and significant effect against Y (Employee Performance) at the head of the subdistrict Office Maro Sebo Ilir. The coefficient of Determination is used to find the percentage of independent variable influences the dependent variables against. Adjusted R2 value of 0.709 in statistics show the value of influence in percentage or relative free variables used in this study i.e. organizational culture (X1) and discipline work (X2) against the variable performance employees (Y). the value of 0.709 means 70.9% employee performance (Y) at the Office of the head of the subdistrict Maro Sebo Ilir is influenced by organizational culture (X1) and discipline work (X2). The rest amounted to 29.1% is affected by factors or other variables that are not included in this researchKeywords: organizational culture, work discipline and performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence analysis of organizational climate and motivation to work commitment of employees at PT Mataram Way Muara Bulian in this study used primary data , data collection techniques by spreading questionnaires to employees at PT Mataram Way Bulian Estuary. The analysis used in this study are in diskritif qualitative and SPSS software . The results obtained by using multiple linear regression hypothesis . By using two hypotheses testing are partial test and test simultaneously . The results show that the partial effect that the influence of Organizational Climate on the commitment of employees at PT Mataram Way Bulian Estuary . Similarly, the results of variable organizational  and Motivation on Commitment.

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative research that is research using data expressed in numerical form on parts and phenomena and their relationships. This research usually aims to develop and use mathematical models, theories or hypotheses related to natural phenomena. This research is a survey and interview directly to the owners of coconut and areca nut business and records everything that the writer needs in connection with the problem of the writer. In this study using data analysis methods, namely qualitative data analysis. Qualitative data is data in the form of not numbers but with words that can be used to describe, complete and explain and strengthen quantitative data directly in the field. (Sugiyono, 2011: 23). production costs are all costs associated with the goods produced, wherein there are elements of raw material costs, direct labor costs and factory overhead costs. Based on the time period, production can be divided into short-term and long-term. In the short term the company during its production period can add one factor of production while other factors of production are considered constant. This means that some factors of production cannot be added. Whereas in the long run, companies can change or add to all factors of production they use. The initial investment of a coconut plantation business is Rp.37,004,000 which is calculated before the production period of 7 (seven) years and the initial investment of areca nut plantation is Rp.34,750,000 which is calculated before the production period for 4 (four) years, for production costs in one the coconut plantation business year is obtained at Rp.5,600,000 and the production cost of the areca nut business in one year is Rp.108,200,000, the comparison between the coconut plantation business income and the areca nut business revenue is obtained for the income of the coconut plantation business income for one year of Rp. .14,400,000 and the results of areca nut business revenue for one year amounted to Rp. 110,200,000 So, it can be concluded that the biggest income is in the nut business compared to the coconut business.
